Front desk lady named Isabel has an attitude that needs to be adjusted. She makes you repeat what you are asking for if it’s not the word she specifically uses for procedure or name of item or name of personnel. I don’t assume she is illiterate or has a low vocabulary but she really needs to open up to the idea of clients using different terms. She didn’t gain anything from making me repeat myself, numerous times. She either has a poor vocabulary or a poor attitude. Hopefully it’s the later and she can ease off on when other people use different terms than the one she uses. There’s not one right way to say things.

First time to ever get a bikini wax. Angel was the technician that assisted me, and she was great! Very professional and nice. I highly recommend Angel for your waxing needs. Positive vibes as soon as I walked in. Front desk staff was nice and polite.

Fist girl who did my Brazilian was very good at it she moved 😭but after going a couple of time and trying different girls to do Brazilian wax every time they leave hair don’t try to even tweeze it out I even had one girl tell me to try to tweeze it out by myself at home ($60 to go home and finish but crack not even waxed )I’m guessing she was trying to rush to get to the other client and don’t exfoliate with wax like the fist girl did changing spots no longer going back

Was hesitant since I had a bad experience with my previous wax. Hands down recommend Angel, she was very comforting and knowledgeable giving me tips amd talking with me through the whole process. Definetly will be coming back with her.

This has to be one of the best places to get a wax in the valley. They are professional and do a great job. You can even purchase a wax pass so you don’t have to worry about paying for your waxes.

Such a great experience with Angel! I first went to the one in McAllen, and did not have the greatest experience. I was hesitant to book a second appointment, till my friend recommended coming to this one in Pharr. Angel was extremely professional and communicative. She explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions. 10/10 recommend!

They are real quick to have you sign up butalways reschedule if you set your appointment online.They will cancel your account after 11 minutes but somehow run 30 minutes late on their own?!Oh yeah and they never have same day appointments but will schedule new customers for first time wax.

Always friendly and professional. More importantly, my tech always does a great job. Best place to get waxed in the RGV.

Went in for a Brazilian, Eva started then said she didnt have time to finish and suggested I schedule a TOUCH UP appointment so it could be finished. NOT HAPPY.

Total opposite of the Nth 10th location. Ive gone here 3 times and have had only 1 positive experience. I think theyre both managed by the same owner, so Im not sure why the front staff at the Pharr location is so unprofessional or why the estheticians cannot seem to perform their job -- it makes me wonder if theyre licensed. They know they made mistakes and dont even offer discounts or additional appointments to correct the mistakes. I would avoid this location all together. Maybe the owners care more about the Nth 10th location than this one.

Place is very clean front girls are very attentive Selina is beyond awesome I get my Brazilians with her she makes you feel comfortable and explains the whole process

Omg, I can’t say enough good things about this place! Janie has been my waxer since I moved to this area and she’s always been professional and kind. I’m so glad to know that this business isn’t mandating vaccination and letting their employees choose what’s best for themselves and their families. I don’t like supporting businesses that take away the rights of their employees. If you’re uncomfortable, go somewhere else. This business has the best atmosphere and doesn’t need the division and discrimination so many other businesses are choosing.

Loved it! Got a Brazilian and I was nervous, but the receptionist was friendly. My wax specialist was professional and informative. She really made it as pleasant as possible. They recommended an exfoliant and a cheaper plan for my monthly services. I cant wait to get a few sessions under my belt and start seeing less hair!

I had a great service experience. The receptionist is very friendly and took the time to explain the service pass they have. Mari did my service full face, underarms, and brazillian wax. She left my eyebrows on point! She made me feel very confortable. I will be coming back soon and would definitely recomend her.

I love it here!!! I drive from Harlingen over to Pharr because I enjoy it here so much. Ayla (I think that’s how you spell her nameis the best, she always fits me in and gets me right!!! She makes me feel so comfortable too. Also the guy at the front desk is super sweet, too. It’s always great seeing them both, highly recommend it here.

Not too bad for my first time. Staff is very professional I got waxing services with Jaine she was understanding, made me feel comfortable and was very nice. She was able to answer my questions and made my experience as convenient as possible thank you! I got a Brazilian wax from Mari, and it was honestly great service!! She made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, was clean, fast, and professional. The Brazilian wax did hurt a little bit than other waxing sessions Ive had elsewhere, but that might have just been a pain tolerance thing on my end. She got every bit of hair though, so overall, good experience!

Got my Brazilian done by Mari! She was great! Really friendly and fast. What I really loved was that she got every bit of hair! Leaving a lot of hair behind is an issue I’ve had at other wax centers. I was extremely satisfied with my visit.

First Brazilian wax performed by Kay. The absolute best first time experience I could have asked for! Very professional, Kay made me feel relaxed and not so nervous. She had a quick hand and explained what she was doing and why. I highly recommend this wax center.

As a first time client I made an appointment for a simple full face wax just to see what their service was like. Kay waxed my full face very quickly and painlessly! I was so amazed by the professionalism, quality and comfort of the service provided. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. I love this place...they have great staff & they help me out with every question i had. I got my first brazilian wax with Kay, i really recommend her, she is supper friendly, she made my experience great & painless. I am so grateful to have found this place and so close to home every time I need a clean up be my chest, back or nose I can make my appointment with Marisela and she’s always quick and professional and gets me in and out quick. She always educates me on skin care products and recommends what products I can use at the time. I recommend European wax center to everyone I know and I recommend my waxer because of her friendly attitude and professionalism. All the people in front that I have encountered have been so sweet and helpful I always feel at home and welcome when I visit here

Wow this place is so clean, efficient and leaves your skin free of irritation. The products smell amazing and I highly recommend! Alyssa & Alexa were very helpful!!! They made sure I knew all about their services!

Mari will make sure her job is done correctly.Alexis is always professional and makes sure I had no issues with my visit.They train their staff with great precision.If there is something thats not done right, you do have 2 days after your visit for the beautician to correct it free of charge.

My wax technician, Denise, was super professional from the get go and really informative, she did a great job making me feel comfortable, it being my first time. And yes the place is super clean! Also the service was so quick, I mean lightning quick, couldnt believe how fast I was out of there. I will say one negative thing that I definitely didnt like and I think definitely needs to be noted, the front office clerk, though she was helpful when I wanted to know about products, when it came time to ring me up she basically blurted out nice in loud for all to hear what service I had gotten!! I was freaking mortified, I dont know how she didnt get the hint when I went up to the desk and was whispering when I was asking questions about the service. Other than that, that totally embarrassed me, it was nice.

I was serviced by Cass on Sept. 29, 2017 for underarm and upper lip, was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and CLEAN environment. Its been 3 weeks now and my underarms are still very clean from minimal hair re-growth. Highly recommend this place to any one thats looking for wax services.

I love our exclusive comfort blend wax! I was honestly a little skeptical about how great people said it was, but after getting waxed by our awesome wax specialists I can honestly say Im hooked!!
