Exquisite Brows in Ku-ring-gai

Went to try out again after a few months and the lady working today on 14/10/22 was very rough with her technique. She was also rude and was rushing. Do not recommend. Avoid. Will be going back to Diva Brows in Burwood.

The service I have received from Bina over the last year has been absolutely first class. She not only made me feel extremely welcome but on every single occasion has really goes above and beyond with her service. I would never go anywhere else or see anyone else. A lot of companies could learn from this exceptional customer service.

My eyebrows are no longer even related.

my first time coming here the lady did a good job cleaning my brows. however the second time (today), a different lady threaded my brows and did an awful job. i did not pay $20 for this. she was extremely rough on my skin and made my brows uneven! so disappointed. never going back.i went there at around 12pm today.

Beena is such a passionate worker - she delayed her break to provide her services to me. She has so much passion for what she does and i appreciate her patience and time with doing my brows. Thank you Beena - you defs are a great asset to the company

Love coming here for my eyebrows. Sonam always does such a great job always walk away happy when she does my brows, provides an amazing customer service and does an amazing job on my brows. Just wish she was in working more often as I prefer to see Sonam for my brows.

Disappointed. Eyebrows threaded uneven and poor quality tint job. When I told the lady they looked uneven she told me they weren’t and it’s just the shape of my brows but they have very clearly been shaped different and the tint job was not shaped well but at least that washes off, now I have to wait for my eyebrows to fully grow out so that I can get them shaped by someone who will do an even job.

Bad service, It’s supposed to be open till 6:00pm but at 5:45pm is already closed, no matter if you come far away. The lady has to go home early.

i was there today after being dissatisfied with another lady who did my eye brows at top Ryde. I told Sunita exactly what i wanted and she reassured me she can fix my eyebrows and she did, she spent good amount of time on my eyebrows, whereas at top Ryde it was barely 30 seconds on each eyebrow. Am happy with the result. First time with sunita and will definitely go back to her again. Good job lady.

Today I had my eyebrows done. I was not asked what I would like with the shape, I was not greeted. I was told to sit and then hold here. (on my eyes Before allowing the technician to start, I had to ask the technician to wash her hands after dealing with the previous client; i saw her drop an eyebrow brush on the floor after using it on a previous customer and then try and use it on me so I said id like a new one. When I commented one eyebrow was thicker than the other, she cut the hairs shorter and now I have a patch. I will never return. The worst experience. No customer care and no concept of hygiene. A hygiene risk for customers. Its a wonder you dont get customers with a lot of infection.

The lady there ruined my brows. She was terrible. I specifically told her not to make my brows thin. But she removed everything until it became a very thin line. Then she tries recomending something "from india" that is apparently going to grow back my brows and costs "50" bucks. The brows are also completely different shapes.Do NOT go there, find somewhere else of you love your eyebrows.

Get my eyebrows threaded here all the time. Niktika is my beautician and shes always quick, painless and precise. Lovee this place

Saw the lady that was there yesterday (Sundayand despite telling her what NOT TO DO i.e dont over pluck certain sections, only tidy the eye brow hairs that are away from the shape, she still went right to the shape and over plucked! When she was done I Couldnt see the damage with the little mirror. I left went to a store where there was a big mirror and literally saw what she had done! Went back to her and gave her a piece of my mind for ocer plucking my eye brow, making it not only thinner but left a gap.I said to her you are responsible for listening to a customer and being extremely cautious how much you pluck especially when they hv given you clear as day instructions.She felt bad and gave a refund but i said it isnt about the money. It took me months to get my eye brow in order only to hv her RUIN it in one go!

By far one of the worst eyebrow threading experience Ive ever been to. There are stray hairs everywhere still - an absolute rubbish job. Waste of $20 when care is not even taken to try do to a clean job.

So beyond happy with my eyebrow tint and threading ~ I wish I knew the girls name but I will 100% be coming back to see her monthly as my brows have never looked better!

The present lady in the counter was very rude and highly unprofessional. I had a very good experience in terms of Customer service with the other lady who unfortunately doesn’t work full time anymore.

Really disappointed with the overall experience. Lashes were not even when I walked out and I went back after the appointment on the same day because of glue marks that looked clumpy, gappy and uneven. The lady said this is normal when having 7D lashes, however I have had 7D lashes before and this has never happened. Not even a week later and they started falling out dramatically. Would not recommend this service to anyone!

I went today to request an appointment and the lady ( who was on the phone approached to me in a very bad angry attitude wing WHAT DAY. Not hello, not asking me what the services i wanted ...nothing !! She wrote in a little random paper the day and time...Very unprofessional !!! I am cancelling asap and after seeing all the ratings and complains definately not going ! This is Just because of your very bad costumer services i am not pleased to go a try even once !!! Change your girls you will get a higher and nicer review!!!!!

Hi,After being a weekly customer for about a year now since I moved to Ryde.I have been seeing Nitika every week on the day she is rostered on. She is very skilled, and professional, she always does the perfect job. I have the threading and henna service on my eyebrows. I am quite a particular person so like my eyebrows neat / clean and very symmetrical. I wouldnt trust anyone other than the lovely Nitika! I believe she is your best worker.She is always very pleasant to her customers and greets with a smile. I look forward to my weekly visits and chats. This place is a good place for a quick eye threading.

$20 for eyebrow threading that was literally done in less than 5mins. Barely any difference at all... so not worth it. Go up to Wax It Betty - $15 eyebrow waxing, $18 eyebrow threading. 👍🏼 neat & precise.

Very poor experience just now. Specifically requested the lady to be careful as I didnt want any gaps at the front of my eyebrows. Which of course ended up having gaps!! Not to mention the cuts and how painful the whole experience was. The lady was not friendly and i had to ask things to be corrected 3 times. Also I would recommend the staff wash their hands after eating food as the smell was disgusting!!

Bad experience this week Didn’t get my brows done neatly by a girl name nikkiti and she was continuously busy with her phone not in a mood to entertain customer. Wouldn’t recommend

Went here with my grandma as she was going to treat me to having my eyebrows done. Approached the store and 2 young girls didnt even acknowledge me , they were both on their phones , glanced up at us and gave us the filthiest look. Didnt feel welcome at all so ended up leaving and using another service

Quick clean service but my brows werent even. Likely not return.
