I’m really thankful to have found Extra Space Storage. I looked at many places in the region but this was the best. It always felt safe no matter when I visited, and the staff was wonderful. Patrick did a great job when I joined of helping me. And Ed was wonderful to work with as well. He made the process seamless, once I was ready to leave. When or if I need to come back, this will be the place. It’s really the best storage facility in Bucks and Montgomery County.

Really cant say enough good stuff about my experience here - Im more comfortable storing my belongings here, the facilities are excellent and well maintained, and the staff is amazing. This entire process was made incredibly easy by Ed. I came in to rent a unit, and we explored our options and had our things stored within an hour!

The storage bins are clean, access is easy, options for space and prices clearly explained verbally and in writing, able to see spaces and their locations in the buildings so size and distance from loading can be understood. Very good experience thanks to Ed and his customer appreciation.

I reserved a storage unit online and the process to get one went very smooth. When I arrived to the facility, I was happy to see how clean it was. I did get a little lost within the facility, but Ed was there to assist me with finding my way around and talking me through everything I needed to know about having a storage unit, how to lock it, etc. This was a huge relief for me because this is my first time ever renting a storage unit. So, thank you Ed and Extra Space Storage for making the process so seamless. :)

So the Reviews ar True!!! Joe and Ed are Fabulous!!! So I am selling my house, needed storage area during time lapse move out, to buying another house, Goggled this location since it is close to my work and read the reviews. Couldnt believe what i was reading!!! So i stopped in and met Joe and then met Ed the next day and like I said the reviews are True!!! Another review said they treat you like Family and I agree 100% !!! When I left to go home and talk to my wife about renting here, i was so excited you would have thought i was buying a Bugatti. The place is spotless and the climate control in the building works better than my central air at house!!! its like 95 outside today and i go into the building for my unit and it feels like i just walked into a 5 Star Hotel. You will just have to go and see for yourself how Great it is and how everything was explained to me, i was takin on a tour before and after renting my storage unit and i got to see the Actual Unit that i Rented also!!! I can not Thank Them Both Enough for the Level of Professional Service I received!!! If it was Legal I would be moving in Here, instead of looking for another house, that`s how great it is here!!!! Again Thank You Both for taking one thing of stress off my plate during this crazy moving time for me and making this part enjoyable!!!

The level of customer service at this site is absolutely fantastic! They could not have been more helpful and were very clear on all the options that were available to us. If I could I would give it a six star rating. It was my first time visiting this facility and Ed was super helpful, professional and courteous. Truly amazing experience. The place was super clean and they go out of their way to help you and answer all your questions. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a storage place.

Clean. Clean. Clean. 👍 Have to say clean 3 times in a row. No smells. 👍 Well air-conditioned. 👍 Super friendly staff. 👍 Rent & arrive and lock was already inside unit. Superb. 👏 3 heavy duty move carts ready at the door, if needed. Highly recommend to everyone reading this. Ok, now a few additional observations/heads up thoughts: 1. On a rare occasion, gate is already open. Its weird because you dont know if you should drive thru or still put in code. I put in code because I want it known Im there. Stay aware if anyone follows you through. 2. Hallways for inside storage are narrow. While we navigated it fine with what we had to store, prepare if you have really large items. 3. After it rains, a couple spots on outside ground on premises puddle up. Puddles dont immediately drain. I guess drainage issues? Now am I worried in life about driving thru puddles, no. But, if you just washed your car, drive around them. 😁 4. It may just be my hang up but Im not fond of nosy people or people looking at what youre bringing in. If your unit faces County Line Rd., be mindful of lookers going down the street. 5. Lastly, this is a very well kept beautiful looking facility. If you rent, treat it as such. You love your stuff, right? Well they love us customers because they roll out the red carpet, so to speak, for our stuff. 😁👏👍

The managers at Extra Space storage could not have been any nicer or more helpful.When we arrived to load one of the units I realized that I had forgotten our blankets. Went into the office to purchase some and the employees made sure to show us where the bathrooms were, water, coffee and anything else we could have needed while there. The facility is probably one of the best kept facilities I have been to. Everything is well maintained and kept on. I would highly recommend this facility.

I am happy to share my experience.Both Ed and Joe were exceptional, when I came to customer service. I have only be coming here these last 2 weeks, they have treated me like I was part of their family. They keep the place very clean, cleaner than any other storage place that I have used.However, it was not only me that they were that kind to. They seem to know customers by name and are always greeting everyone that enters with a smile. There was even 1 time, while I asked to use the restroom, that they were kind enough to explain to a really sweet lady how to load packages into her container.That’s Ed and Joe, always going the extra mile to put a smile on customer’s faces.Kudos to them both 🎉🎉Jim Acker

I just left Extra Space Storage in Warrington with Joe Ed and Marc. I was trying to get a space from my RV they didnt have one available they call around and they finally found it me 1 available. They went way above the Call of Duty to find me an available space and I am so appreciative and they also saved me a lot of money. This is not the 1st time I used them every time I used them they helped me out tremendously thank you guys. The place is very clean and secure. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place for storage.

So far the experience has been really good. The facility is new and it’s still very clean. The gentleman I spoke to was super nice and helpful. The units range and sizes and have screans at the top so that no one can crawl over and get in. There’s security all over, cameras and codes. Best is the prices seem reasonable.

Went there in need on storage with very short notice. The manager, Ed, was there to assist me. When I walked in he was currently helping another customer. Instead of just ignoring me and "getting to me when hes done with the first customer" like you may see in other businesses; Ed made sure to greet me right away and periodically reminding me he hasnt forgotten about me. After 10-15 minutes, Ed finished up with the customer before me then proceeded to help me. Ed had a fantastic attitude and gave off a lot of positive energy, which was something I really needed considering why I had to get the emergency storage space. He answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid about anything I asked. He showed me the space I was curious about and was very patient with me while I decided what to do. I wound up making the purchase and the deal didnt take more then 15 minutes. He even matched a price I found on the internet.. For me customer service is the most important thing, and Ed excelled at it. Not to mention the facility was clean, secure, and convenient to my location. If you need local storage, this is the place to be!

Ed and Joe, both helped me find my perfect storage unit. Both were extremely friendly, polite and attentive to my needs for finding the right size unit. I went ahead and got a unit and feel happy and safe that my valuables are well kept in a clean and safe environment.

Ask for Joe! Registration was less than ten minutes and the unit was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs to find a clean, climate-controlled or outdoor storage space ASAP! The elevators are roomy and there are carts provided to help transport your items to your storage unit.

Extra Space Storage in Warrington is brand new and one of the few facilities that have climate control units with drive up access. I found booking online very easy and convenient . I did visit the site first and found the employees very nice and helpful. I was shown several different sized units both inside and out so I could decide which was best for me. Being a new facility the units are clean. My only grip was that there was no l light in my unit. Not a big deal, I will just have to remember to bring a flashlight if I need to go when it is dark out.

Its not often that you get amazing customer service, and when it happens I feel it should be noted. And if Google had more stars to give, I would do so because Joe at the County Line Extra Space deserves all of them. He was just genuinely nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and engaged in our conversation. He took the time to clearly explain the choices, worked to find a unit that fit my needs (yes, these guys ask questions that make a difference and show they want to help you with your storage), and the best part, gave a super competitive price. All in all, I could not have been more impressed by how this company operates, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage solution.

Hello everyone. I spoke to Ed on the phone about rv storage and he was super nice. No pressure just honest and did a great job with following up. Ive only just signed up which took roughly 10 minutes and dont have much else to add. Security looks par...cameras, gates,etc. Facility is brand new so bathrooms and such all look and operate properly.Thanks again Ed and good luck with the new facility.
