Andrea you make me smile even if you didnt try, you help me save money and laugh. I always come here, over 13 plus now. Price is normally good but if it goes up you can always try to have them help, love that! Every person I met their has been so nice, you know how to pick them extra storage !!

The Southern Blvd 0976 is a wonderful storage facility. Employees care about the facility and the customers in ways that most businesses these days have let go by the wayside. That said, I am primarily sharing this review because Andrea in particular just reconfirmed why we continue to keep our unit at this location even though the distance is now approximately 30 miles away from us. Andrea is helpful and personable and it has been employees like her at this location over the years that have kept us there. Keep this location in mind when considering your storage needs. Speaking from many years of experience with a variety of storage facilities, Extra Space Storage is tops above all others. They really care about keeping their customers happy and for the long-term. The people are Lovely and treat you with such care, it feels like a family and the Manager Andrea Rodriguez helped me to get my stuff into a storage quickly. Shes amazing! The staff there was very professional and friendly both times with me getting a unit and me closing out the unit. The lady even cut one if the locks since I couldnt find the key. That was taken care of promptly. Also the upkeep is very well. It is a clean location

This place was reasonably priced and people were very pleasant. Used this facility for several years until July this year. When I forgot my passcode to get in they were more than accommodating I would come back if needed. They kept the grounds clean and always felt safe.

We sold our home back in 2021 and didn’t realize that we needed a larger storage. When I contacted the front desk I immediately told the Clark that the storage I had gotten was to small, she came out to take a look at what all that I had and found me a storage that was large enough to place our furniture in. Good customer goes a long way with me and my husband. Thanks Extra I will use you again if I’m in the need of your service.

We were in a tight spot with our initial storage not being enough space. They were very helpful and assisted me with getting a second storage unit. They were very courteous and professional.

I have had a storage unit here for the past few years! Today I had an issue with my locks. Sandra was so so helpful with getting them cut open for me. She was so friendly and answered all of my questions! Such a sweet and helpful lady! I highly recommend this storage unit to anyone it! I always felt safe when coming to the unit!

I spoke to Bobbie over the phone and then went in to the location and paid for my lease. Bobbie made it a very smooth and easy transaction. She was very friendly and personable. I have been to some other facilities and they were not as accommodating or courteous so I am very happy I was able to have her help me out.

Jay at the West Palm Beach location was amazing. The leasing process was very easy and we were able to take care of everything over the phone. I truly appreciate all his help and patience.

Katrina is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with, to say the least. The lack of respect she has for customers is completely unprofessional and I have had enough. I am requesting a district manager contact me immediately and if I am not contacted by such person then I will place a 1 star review along with a complaint every single day until I am contacted. I am fed up with her nasty attitude and lack of respect. I am a loyal customer with 3 units and I pay on time every month. I am at the point where I am considering taking my business and hard earned money elsewhere! I want a call within 48 hours!!!

Can I just say one of the BEST decisions I made was getting a unit at Extra Space? I have zero storage space in my house and I absolutely love the roomy unit we have at this location - all my holiday decorations, photo memories and more are securely kept here and I have no worries about my things when theyre out of sight. Cliff was very patient and showed us different options and we are very happy with rate for the unit. Highly recommend this location, very close to the turnpike and SR80, an easy drive to I95.

Probably the most helpful facility I have encountered. We had some seriously large last minute storage needs and they came through right away. Not only do we have all the space we need but they were accommodating with the price. We have gone back to them for additional storage needs and they continue to be extremely helpful and courteous. Cliff is fantastic and very willing to get you whatever it is to meet your needs. Completely recommend.

My partner and I were having a little trouble figuring out how to move out of our storage unit since it was our first time renting one. Eddie was not only friendly and extremely helpful but he went above and beyond. To make sure our experience was smooth and stress free especially with the pandemic going on. What an amazing experience. I’ve been having an awful day and this place was such a pleasant experience. Amy was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and got me setup quickly. She went above and beyond what I’d expect from any storage unit.Not to mention I called EVERY storage unit around here and Extra Space was a solid 10% cheaper.I rarely write reviews but this place deserves it. 5/5 experience, great price, super clean, looks new... don’t bother looking around... this is it.

My first experience with a storage facility and this location and facility has been wonderful. The staff is super helpful. Twice I had changed my card which the storage debuted and I always received a phone call to let me know. When I did move out after a year I only had to pay the pro rated amount for the month. Highly recommend.

If I could give Josh (managerand Extra Space Storage a 10 star rating I would. Im very happy I found them. Firstly, the price is the best of any comparable storage facility around. It is very clean and you just got that good feeling that your leaving your belongings in a well maintained, problem free facility. Everything appeared clean and secure, with functional and monitored security camera system. Josh was very personable and friendly yet very professional. Everything was fully explained to my satisfaction. His knowledge of the moving process made my moving experience that much easier. I value companies that makes their customers feel appreciated, and Josh and Extra Space Storage made me feel just that. So the bottom line is this facility has got your storage needs covered.
