Extra Space Storage in Weber County

I really loved how clean the inside units were and I loved my storage unit! It was clean perfect and spacious I will miss my storage space it was just what I needed, and just the right size I was sad the price increased but I was paying for a nice storage unit. The man was so helpful and understanding with my situation and was just so kind to. Thanks for letting me store my stuff here! It was so clean and perfect. And nicely lit inside as well.

The facility was as needed. The employees were helpful and friendly. Good experience.

I purchased an unit at auction and had some medical issue with my daughter getting sick and could not make it out to pay within the 24 hour period and the property manager Ali was very understanding and helped me out by waiting 72 hours when my daughter was well again and she also went above and beyond setting me up with a additional unit to transfer the auction into with the best deals and services i could ask for , I look forward to working with her the extend of my rental period needed , would definitely rent there again if needed in the future and recommend my friends there

I love having a storage here but when it comes down to trying to call and get ahold of someone and actually talk to a person. Its beyond frustrating and irritating! The automated system Is frustrating! Other than that 5 stars for sure

The perception of renting a storage unit is that this would not be the same kind of customer service. I was incorrect! The folks at Extra Space Storage were fantastic and professional. Great storage space! New and safe. Very clean and the staff is very helpful when needed. More expensive than most other companies within 5 miles. But I don’t mind paying a little more for convenience, security, cleanliness, also, I don’t want to move my stuff again. Lol

Ran into Ellee at Costco, still wearing her Extra Space Storage shirt. We got to talking about how we used to rent from Debbie in Layton. We were sad to see her go. Ellee told us shes still working at the West Haven spot. Thought Debbie would like to know we were happy with her while we rented. Its not the space but the people that made our rental good. Ellen gave me her card so we can see about a rental in Ogden. Super helpful and not pushy.

Setting up online was so quick and easy and Debbie at the front desk was so helpful getting me all the information I needed!

I rented a unit online but when I went to look at it it was too small. When I went in to ask for a bigger unit they were very understanding and kind and helped me figure out what it was I needed, no issue at all! Outstanding service

This unit was clean, spacious and just what we needed. Easy to access and we were able to keep the things we didn’t need in our home here till we had more space. The facility was as great as the people who work there and their customer service was great. Moving out was easy and a smooth process.

Rachael was the best! She assisted me so well with the documentation to move into my unit. She was also very responsive and communicated very well with me. Their prices are hands down affordable and they overall have a very clean and secure environment. Would 10/10 recommend if you need a storage unit.

I just rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in West Haven. The office gal was pleasant and efficient and made the process quick and easy. These units are brand new, autopsy. Clean, and have good lighting and security, and its simple to gain access to my unit by just punching a gate code. The units are designed to keep your property clean and dry, with raised floors to prevent water seeping in. So far I am very satisfied with the customer service and the storage. Best of all, the first month was free! There is access from 6 am-10 pm, and they text you when your payment is due, so you dont get a late fee (20% of the monthly rate, so be sure to pay on time or set up autopay!)

Definitely secure and great customer service from the young man. The other fellow wasnt so great. The only thing I do not like was having to drive all the way around with a trailer to type in an 8digit code to get out. Just let the gate open when we are leaving.

The manager, Katlynn, was very kind when I mistakenly called the wrong store trying to move out of my unit. She was able to help me close my account after I no longer needed storage.I would recommend Extra Space to anyone because the staff is great, the place is clean, and they treat you well!Thanks Katlynn!

Whoa! These guys are pros. Great systems for quality control. The Manager was helpful and totally geeks out on storage. Unit was almost weirdly clean.
