I always go here for threading and usually have the same technician, Hannah. This time I went and she wasn’t there.I don’t know who the lady is who threaded my eyebrows, but it was super painful and she cut me several times above my right eyelid, which never happened before.My arches are thin, high, and uneven. She threaded my forehead, which I did not ask for and usually never get. She did not draw on me before threading me.I still paid and tipped but I’m really really disappointed.

I think we live in a world of greedy people. I didnt like our first interaction and thats when I should of left. After she threaded my eyebrows, I couldnt believe it. How are you in business doing eyebrows like that. This is the worst Ive ever seen. She really seemed Iike she had no idea what she was doing. If I could give her zero stars I would.

Hannah was very professional. She did my eyebrows , pedicure and manicure perfectly. I am very pleased with the final product. I will be coming back for sure.

Not sure what happened to the lady that used to do my brows and I would give her a 4 star I think she was the sister of the owner if she still worked there.In regards to these new ladies that took over her spot they are no good. I always like to give ppl a couple of chances because I get bad days. I’ve given both a fair shot. Making brows skinnier does not equal better. I also don’t know if they know how to shape correctly as well. Not sure if they both understand this concept but my brows do not require much. Additionally, they need to do a better job listening to what the customer wants. Too many customers let them get away with it like oh I dont wanna make a big deal its just my brows but they need to be doing their job correctly and listening to the customers. I’ve been going to this place for years. Lastly, their rewards program is inconsistent I don’t know when they are or aren’t doing it.

This is my favorite place to get my eyebrows done. The lady and her crew never cease to amaze me. The music is a wholesome vibe and I would never go anywhere else. Everytime I come in, I have to wait, thats what happens when a business thrives! I thought I was smart and showed up 30 mins before they open on a Saturday, and tell me why I was still FOURTH in line!!! Like girl, whaaaaat! I dont mind it. Need your brows on fleek? Come to my fav. Girls place and she wont let you down. I guarantee!

I never went to anyone else to get my eyebrows done. I became a regular and always came here since highschool till wrapping up college. I got the pleasure of coming in during covid and the owner still remembered me. I watched her place grow and renovate! I moved states before I got to say goodbye. But, I wanted to atleast state that if you want your eyebrows done nicely and friendly service. I always recommend this place :)

It was good. My eyebrows look cute but I will mention the thread hurt more than usual. It didnt feel smooth like most so my recommendation is softer thread or dont wait until it snaps to swap it out on the 2nd eyebrow.

If you think microblading is cheaper here, then there is a reason behind it. I went to get miicroblading and retouch twice and my eyebrows still does not look anything like microbladed. Extremely disappointed.

I love this place! I used to pay $30 to have my brows waxed until I started coming here. You cannot beat their prices and service. You do not need an appointment and the space is clean and beautiful! I am always happy with my brows when I leave! Thank you for making me feel beautiful!!

I wanted to get permanent eyebrows because i’m tried of drawing them on and wasting my morning on putting make-up on. They did a great job, i like the shape and the staff is very nice and easy to work with.

While running an errand in the area from Lakewood I looked for a threading studio on Google - I called to see if I needed an appointment but the woman said a walk in is fine.I showed up not even 10 minutes later, she took me back right away and did an amazing job on my brows. Very clean space and the woman was super kind and professional. Might make this my new spot!

I knew this salon was perfect for me after my first visit about a year ago. Hiwot always does a great job with my eyebrows. She has provided consistent, quality service and I dont plan to go to any other eyebrow threading salon as long as I am in Aurora, CO.

So I moved to Denver from California, where there are literally TONS of talented threaders. I quickly discovered that was not the case here in Denver. I have had my eyebrows BUTCHERED by at least 4 different places. It got so bad I was seriously considering going back to waxing :/Ultimately my girl Sangita HOOKED MY EYEBROWS UP! So much so I wish I took before and after pics! She is the perfect trifecta of professionalism, talent and speed, something I know us busy ladies prize above all else!Seriously, if you have been screwed over by other nearby threaders OR new to the area and not sure who to trust with your precious browsPLEASE COME HERE FIRST!

I have been coming here for a year now, I have always been super impressed by my brow lady! She always keeps my brows full and never takes more off than is needed! Today I was so impressed by her work ethic and ability to work well under pressure. I saw her juggle 5 clients and take a client that was not impressed by her eyebrows, Hiwot quickly fit her in and fixed the wrongs without any bashing of her co-worker although the client continued to carry on. I love a place that fixes the customers concerns while keeping a postive and upbeat environment. Thank you Hiwot for all you do! Hiwots postiveness shined through and through today as the client that was frustrated then paid for the gals whos turn it was for letting her get in before her. The lady who works at this Salon, I do not know what her name is, but she looks a new worker at this salon. Her attitude very bad when we came to do face threading her face was like this ☹️ and when we checked out i said thank you to her she doesn’t respond me.

Horrible customer service the lady on the first chair who has only been working at that store for one month just has an attitude i was patiently waiting to get my eyebrows done and I seen nose piercing and the back was falling off like if it was unlock and I told her and she rushed to the counter and locked it and slammed the keys! That’s not professional! I was going to buy a nose ring but not with that attitude! I’ve been coming here for the past two years and never been treated that way!

Such an amazing place! First Ive been going here since about the last 4 years and Ive never gone anywhere else. I moved to Nebraska about 2 and a half years ago and every visit to Colorado I still always only come here. Recently I had the pleasure of having my eyebrows microbladed (took me a while to work up to it because I was nervous it would look weirdand Hanna took great care of me! Let me tell you how AMAZING my eyebrows look and how many COMPLIMENTS I get from everyone around me! Absolutely no one knows that Ive microbladed so I just love it! Thank you Hanna for everything and for making time to see me and just going above and beyond to help me with my crazy schedule!

I came here after the lady at the aurora mall made my eye brow look like a pirate hook!! Mimd u i had to let my eyebrows grow out. I went to the one on chambers in the beauty store and was seen by hana. She was very polite and professional and shapped my eyebrows knowing they were messed up b4. She told me to come back once they had grown in more in a certain area so she could shape them even better. So pleased and happy to have found this place!

I told the woman that I was there just to clean up my brows. She took off so much that there was a tan line from the part of my eyes that had never seen sun.Took off way too much, especially considering that Id not asked for them to be shaped at all.Will not be going back.

Hana is the only person there I would trust. She does an awesome job and very detailed, never too thin. However, I stopped going there because it always takes forever and theyre not good at taking people in order. The final straw was I had someone come in after me and she took them first. Then the girl she helped first was getting all loud and saying she was first. Cant deal with the craziness and crazies. Not to mention had to drive out of my way to go there.

I showed at 7:15 pm because I couldnt make any earlier, they say they close at 7:30 pm she had closed everything down and I asked if she could just do my eyebrows and she refused. Dont say youre closing at a certain time of thats not the case.

Okay as a last resort, but every time I come and ask for a CLEAN UP I end up with a new, way thinner eyebrow shape, even when I ask them to keep them thick. I only come when my regular threader isnt available and I have an upcoming event. A couple of the threaders also have a very slow hand, which makes for an unnecessarily painful experience. Looks like I need to find a new last resort place.

I have been coming here for the past 6 months they have excellent customer service and my eye brows always come out amazing. I would definitely recommend this place😊
