They have always been very reasonable and helpful, they make custom hardwood treads, professional quality finish and well packed for shipment. Lots of options be it wirebrushed or hand scraped, lots of wood species to choose from including exotics, they have the expertise to match colors and textures and they stand by their work. Good work does take time, you should allow a few weeks lead time. They also can make open treads with mitered returns and square noses if you prefer.

Extremely poor quality and rude lack of customer service. I would not recommend this company and will need to locate another to correct their mistake.

Excellent choice for prefinished hardwood steps!

We have used these treads numerous times and find them to be of a good quality. Ive personally installed them and when properly installed have not had an issue with squeaking or cracking or any of the problems listed in other reviews. They have made oak, maple, hickory and tigerwood treads for us. We and our customers have been more than pleased with the results.
