Fancy Nails is best nail salon in nky i have been coming here for years…Jenny and her staff are all friendly and do a fantastic job!!!

I have come here for years. Jenny is so good and fast. Won’t go anywhere else. Best in nky.

I hadn’t had acrylic for 20 years prior to three weeks before using this shop. Anyways I went for a fill in with gel. I’ve used them twice. Although, Linda is nice and does ok with nails, Jenny will sit and talk bad about her clients when they are not there.I almost went back yesterday after her being rude with me yet again when I call in to schedule an appointment. However am so happy she claimed they were busy. I will never use this shop again, no matter how desperate I am. Don’t ever miss your appointment orReschedule, she will talk about you like trash to others in the shop. Nky has the rudest nail techs.

The salon needs to have a deep cleaning. They open at 10am, but no one was there until 10:10am. I would expect them to be there earlier to 10am to be ready for their customers. One lady got annoyed and left.

The staff is very friendly with me and my young daughter. They listen to us and do a great job I love all the color choices.We both have had pedicures and manicures and leave satisfied each time. Its nice they are open later for us working parents.

Worst mani/dip/pedi ever! Nails were rough, thick, chunky and poorly shaped. Didn’t even push back or trim or moisturize my cuticles! Thankfully I have a nail dremmel and gel with a UV cure lamp at home. Had to go home and fix it the best I could. Pedi looks good but I question sanitary practice as they don’t use single use pumice stones, only have one nail brush for all to use at the sink, and no disposable pedicure bath liner. I’m probably going to get nail fungus and ingrown nails bc I look down and she is cutting up the side of my nail. No need! I don’t have ingrown nails! Yet…. Never go back. It was WAY overpriced for the end result!

Workers talked more to each other than to us, the customers. Nails chipped within 2 days of having service completed.

Customer service was very rude. The older guy right behind the register has always been rude the amount of times I’ve been there. I had called and asked how much to get acrylic nails removed and was told 10 then he tried to charge me 15 and made a big deal when I told him I had previously called. Another time I had went the lady was rude and had messed up my nails and all the paint chipped right after I left and I had gotten acrylic nails. I do NOT recommend going here they’re over priced and do a horrible job.

The customer service was lackluster and unprofessional. The salon doesn’t close til 8 pm, and the salon had no customers when I walked in at six. It was a man doing his own pedicure and the only one human that greeted me with some decency. The staff spoke among themselves trying to figure out who would take me then gave me to a noticeable sick tech who was in the back. She coughed every two seconds thank goodness she had a mask, and barely spoke even to utter any form of directions. When it came to getting my gel manicure she told me my hands were terrible. Will never go back again! I just stayed because the service was already started, and it was late. I refuse to give my hard earned money to any business that lack professionalism and courtesy at minimum.

I really wanted to like this place after a coworkers recommendation but I am beyond disappointed. One thing lead to another. It started when I asked for dip powder & tips. The woman told me it would look prettier without tips, even though I insisted I wanted tips.Then I asked for a French ombré to which I was told my nails were too short to do. (After I’d just asked for tips).Then she proceeded to do a French tip with the wrong color natural pink (after a coworker pointed it out to her, she kept doing it). Then switched after the first layer..They are extremely thick, bubbly, bumpy & uneven. I will not be back here.She didn’t ask me what shape nail I wanted, continued to file my nails down, and did not remove any of the excess skin around my nails. My middle finger on my right hand looks like a toe nail.

The building itself is nice and it was good for someone who gets off of work late however the young lady who was completing the work was very rude and didn’t want to hear about what I wanted. I understand they have a “professional view” but I don’t care how long or short someone else wants my nails nor do I need you to sigh in my face when I don’t agree with you. Not that it matters too much but I will not be coming back here.

I received a very bad pedicure! I pointed out things that were wrong and they rushed through the fixes. I was charged full price and when I complained they said they would do better the next time. Why would I return?

They are pretty good, quick, nice, just cut the girls toe nails super low with the pedi, other wise they did a great job, also the prices are pretty good.

My mom and I were looking for a walk-in place to do a manicure. Fancy Nails fit us right in even though they were pretty busy. A gentleman did my manicure, and I was very pleasantly surprised at the high quality of work I received. It was honestly the best manicure experience I had in a very long time. I highly recommend them!!

This was my first visit in the area. All were friendly. Andrew gave an excellent pedicure. He was very conscientious about not hurting my sensitive feet. I will go back and I recommend this service.

They did a GREAT JOB however i persoally feel its rude to speak another language that someone doesnt understand. I think there is a place and time that is more suitable.

I’ve NEVER reviewed a business... until now. Asked for “almond shape, not too long” and THIS is what I got, barely off the nail, ROUND. THEY’RE BASICALLY CIRCLES ON MY FINGER TIPS! This is embarrassing. There’s not even enough nail left to try to fix! Tried stopping him before I got in too deep and was ignored. Oh! And they only accept cash tips and expect you to use their ATM that screams high service fees. What kind of nail salon has it’s own ATM?! Why don’t you just say you don’t pay taxes?! Unbelievably terrible service, after I waited close to an hour.

I used to love this nail salon, but the last two visits, I have been unsatisfied. Felt rushed the last time, and I got the deluxe pedicure, and it definitely wasnt deluxe. Nail techs are rough, and I have been nicked the past few times. My mom got an infection on her toenail from this place. I have since taken business elsewhere.

Friendly and quick to get in. Over all the salon was well kept. It looked like their children chairs could be better kept or updated. Over all the experience was good and prices fair.

Wonderful experience. The gentleman that did my gel manicure was so detailed. He took his time and cleaned my nails so well. I would give the hand massage a two compared to what I am use to, but overall, I am happy with my service. I was just in town visiting and felt like I got as good of service as when I am home.

When you first walk in everything is fine. Everyone there is very nice. We got the powdered nails, which ended up looking very nice. But the entire process was very painful. My daughter says blood was shed, and that she did not like the overall experience. Although the nails looked nice, we will not be coming back.

HORRIBLE! The older woman with the glass is horrible. My hands hurt for days after a simple manicure. She cut me under my thumb nail with the cuticle trimmer, cut THREE cuticles which left three hangnails. I could not put hands in water for days. BEWARE!!!

Pros-good location-quick service-nails are normally done wellCons-no tip option on receipt like other salons-bad customer service from everyone but Jenny. It seems like she is the only that cares to be there. The rest (especially malesthat work there act like their doing you a favor by just being there.-the guy that I somehow always get always seems to cut my finger, to the point that it bleeds...and then he start putting some kind of chemical on my open wound. I have no idea what hes putting in my blood stream and would like to be told and asked. That is a law suit waiting to happen..

I went for the first time tonight & was not very pleased. I got shellac done & the first thing that went wrong was the service. They were not very happy to see me come in. Then I pick out my color & it goes on a complete different color than the label. Not at all what I wanted. Then my nails got filed all the way down to the nub. I want to try this place again just because it is so close to my home & a good price, however, I will not be getting shellac done there again.
