Better train your financing Management. Lisa Tatum . Tifton store. I was called on two different accessions (October-2021 & September 22asking to add on to my account. Both times I did so both times I received a phone call from Ms. Tatum asking me to come in and make a payment. Please understand that my payment wasn’t due for several months. She refused to do the work and look before calling me. If she would have only communicated with the computer or the sales associate all calls and problems could have been avoided.Due to her incompetence on 9/20, and non-communication on 9/14 the product that I add to my account on 9/8 was never delivered. Nor was I notified of this until 9/20 when I went into the office after waiting several hours for a return call.Ms Tatum was a very good SALES ASSOCIATE BUT has awful management skills.As I have explained this wasn’t the first time she has messed up my account. I over looked this mess up in October of 2021 but I just can’t this time. If she has done this to me than how many other customers this behavior has been done to.I am a sales consultant/ therefore I understand the lines of miss communication.But twice, if a customer has been in your office once with an issue, it seems as though you would try to avoid said issues again.Please understand the rest of the team is amazing but Ms. Tatum needs to be better trained or placed back out on the floor. Until.

So to be completely honest, this business was getting on my bad side. After numerous attempts to get them to understand I get paid once a month and at the end of the month, I was getting tired of the calls. But our refrigerator recently went out. And boy was I stressing. But I went to Farmers and this nice young lady named Jessica helped us get in and out without a hiccup. Im so appreciative of her help.

Steve has done it again he came through for me with a back injury my doctor told me I needed a new couch Steve being the man that he is found me what I needed and even held it for me until I could get my other couch sold, which also came from Farmers. There’s something about treating others with compassion and kindness and that is what makes the Tifton Georgia Farmers stand out. There is no I in team and Steve train’s his team to work together and you can feel it when you walk in the store.God Bless You Steve Personally and Professionally and of course a big shout out to Denise Lisa Cheryl Randy and the rest of the Farmers team.

Steve Watson and Farmers Furniture in Tifton, Ga. Donated a Chainsaw to Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association for our TJ Larocco Motorcycle ride. It is one of the things we do to raise money for helping Veterans and also scholarships for veterans children. We sure appreciate Farmers Furniture and Steve Watson the manager for the donation. Its what helps us help other veterans and their families in need.

I can always call Herbert Morrow and he gets things straight from the phone all I have to is to come sign the papers and that saves time. I thank him for his support. I have never missed a payment or been late in over 12 months.

Customer Services was actually 5 star worthy but delivery issues beyond a hassle, if not for the friendly faces would definitely give them 2 star

Farmers is our furniture store. Never had any issues with them. They are always pleasant & helpful. Denise Peacock is awsome.

I will be shopping here again. Very friendly! Greet you as soon as you enter. Eager to answer questions without being pushy. Prices are great! We ended up purchasing a sofa, chair, ottoman, and 3 recliners and an adjustable bed! As I said...we will shop here again!

Nice furniture, just watch the brands, the fabric and quality! I have always special ordered my furniture and have been exceedingly happy.

Sales associates are friendly, but as with any furniture store now beware the wooden furniture. Most of it is particle board. They have been helpful in me dealing with my handicapped mothers account which is nice. They also treat her with respect and courtesy.
