When I stared out with insurance, the presentation of how insurance works and what is the coverage im paying for. They broke it down and explained what the State minimum to what is actually best. When it comes to Natalie Mercado’s office I appreciate the time they took with me to break everything and showed me what a good auto insurance/policy looks like!When it came down to Natalie Mercado’s office presenting life insurance policies to me, they really say down and broke what the coverage means, how can it benefit me, and the office really asked questions that made me start thinking, if I was to die today who’s going to pay for the expenses of a death? They sat down with me a gave me amazing illustration of how life insurance works and why is it important. Definitely appreciate the time they took to educate me where it matters, thank you Natalie and Ziomara!

Natalie and Zio presented insurance to my husband and I in a way I’ve never understood before. They are both very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them!

Visited Natalie today and she was amazing. She helped my husband and I through our entire insurance experience. We were signing up for insurance on our own for the first time and she was very knowledgeable and kind. The office is also very clean and all COVID procedures are being followed. I would definitely recommend going to her. She will walk you through all the steps and make sure you are well informed.

My experience with Natalie Mercado has been dissatisfactory from the start. I requested a quote for home insurance and was roped into bundling an auto and umbrella policy as well. I agreed to this willingly, knowing it would offer discounted premiums. Thats when the headache began. Firstly, my payment information was incorrectly entered by the agent (twiceso my first payments were delayed. Next, I was unable to reach the agent via email and she and her associates insisted on discussing everything over the phone. Whether that meant no paper trail or what, Im not sure but my 8a-8p job made scheduling phone conversations almost impossible. Most frustratingly, I realized a month later that I had also been enrolled in a life insurance policy! While we had discussed this option in our first conversation, I had never signed anything for the life insurance policy (intentionally, I wanted to see the policy premiums and projections firstbut was somehow enrolled in the policy anyway. When I tried to call Natalies office several times with my complaint, I couldnt reach her. I followed up with an email. She finally responded with a voicemail explaining that I had indeed agreed to a life insurance policy (news to me! remember, no application or documents signed for this -- only the auto/home/umbrellain order to receive further discounted auto/home/umbrella premiums. She has yet to provide me any policy documents and Ive been enrolled for six weeks now allegedly.Lastly, readers should know that she offers all her customers Starbucks gift cards for writing reviews. She hounded me at the start to write one so I could get my gift card but I didnt because I didnt feel comfortable without having received any service. So heres my honest review finally. Lets see if I still get a gift card

I came into the office pretty clueless looking for a quote. Ziomara greeted me and welcomed me into their office. After a short wait, she explained their auto policy very well. It was a very informative experience and I learned a lot more than I expected. She did a wonderful job of breaking everything down for me. Natalie walked in after and politely greeted me as well. Their sanitation and covid protocol is very well done. They have implemented plexi glass all around their desks for safety and also wear face shields for extra protection. I would gladly recommend anybody to make an appointment and stop by for a quote.

By far, the best customer service I have received. Natalie and staff are a pleasure to work with. In the past, I had brokers who didnt educate me on the proper coverage and how I might be affected.
