Steve T our technician did a great job installing a new thermostat to replace the one that was somehow defective. He was thorough and professional and right on time. He also did a factory repair on the furnace.Victor, another Any Hour H&P technician also did a wonderful job a month ago for another issue we were having. He was also very professional, personable and did a great job analyzing what was wrong and how to fix it,I would recommend Any Hour to anyone!!

The gal I Spock with on the phone was very straightforward and informative. She made it known that it was not a ‘charge by hourly’ service.James was the tech that arrived at my house and was kind, informative, friendly, just a genuinely decent person. Fixed my problem quickly, kept me informed on the process, and made an awesome recommendation for future use of my ac/heating system. I’m sure all their technicians are awesome, but any customer with issues would be very please with James and his customer service.

I really appreciated the thoroughness and professionalism Tali displayed during the service appointment. Not to mention super friendly! I was thinking he would be in and out in 20 minutes (due to the $29 A/C tuneup special I purchased), but he was there for over two hours providing a full inspection! I loved how I was notified throughout the day when someone would be showing up so I wasnt just sitting around wondering all day. When Mike Larsen showed up he was polite, very knowledgeable about what he was doing, explained everything to me and again to my husband when I called him at work to tell him our options and didnt seem impatient with me at all as I asked MANY questions. Mike was very respectful of my property and gave me tips to prevent the reason he was there in the first place. I had a very good experience using this company. They respond quickly to text messages, they have good prices and offer a lot of different services. I will be using them again for other services I need in the future and highly recommend them to everyone!

I made an appointment for drain cleaning but asked to be called if anything opened up sooner. I received a text the day before my appointment letting me know they had an opening that afternoon. Mike Perry came at the time he said he’d be there. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what it would cost. The pricing was outstanding, his work was impeccable, and he went above and beyond what was asked.This is the second time we’ve used Any Hour and the second time we’ve had a great experience. Excellent service! Our water heater broke the day before leaving for vacation, I called Anyhour the next day and they had someone out immediately. Our technician, Tanner was awesome. He took a look at our existing unit and explained everything he was looking for to determine if ours really needed to be replaced. It did in fact have to be replaced, he was great going over our options and was sounded like was going to be 3-4hours, he was able to complete in 2 hours. I was appreciative for his help and friendly demeanor. Thank you for taking care of us before leaving town & ensuring we came home to hot water!

Jorge was my installation technician and was very friendly and courteous. He was on time, clear in explaining what he was going to do before the service, communicated effectively during the installation, walked me through what he did, and how to use the new equipment after he was done. There were no surprises on the invoice; I paid exactly what I was quoted, and the work was completed in the amount of time that was estimated. After ensuring I was satisfied with the work, everything was clean when he left. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Tali was very friendly and easy to talk to, he explained things he was going to do then discussed his findings after without taking too much time. In my experience, any hour technicians generally offer additional services or recommendations following the appointment but manage to do so casually without making you feel pressured to buy something. They send an email with the recommendations and costs that you can consider at your convenience. I appreciate this. I never feel like they are pushing really hard to upsell me on everything and the price for the tune up service has consistently been exactly what was advertised. I also appreciate the replacement filter as part of the service.

Edit: I still had a leak after the installation and repair job was done, and Ryan came by to check it out—but it was from the condensation pipe in my A/C unit, not related to the water heater. He was kind enough to help me figure out a workable solution until I can afford to get it permanently fixed, (it’s an old A/C unit).Dylan and Roberto worked super efficiently and got everything done 2 hours earlier than expected. It was awesome--thanks!!

I am so impressed with this company and the great customer service. I had a new heater and air conditioning unit installed. A couple of months later I was talking with them and stated that my temperature is not where I like it. They came back out, decided to put in a new larger unit. They also gave me a great deal on an attic fan and helped me understand how to get the best out of my air conditioner.Everyone that came to my home were respectful, kind, hard working and honest. A bit more expensive than we thought but otherwise great to work with and Casey fixed all of our electrical problems!! He did a great job and was very neat. He made sure cords were out of sight and double checked his work. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing any electrical work done. He was friendly and didnt rush to finish even tho he came after normal business hours and still had to drive over an hour to get home once he was done at our house. You wont be disappointed if they send him to do the job!

Trent was amazing from start to finish. He didnt have the part needed in his van but went to the closest supplier and got what he needed in record time came back and fixed my air conditioner and now my house is finally starting to cool down! We have suffered for 3 days and now will be able to sleep because of Trent!! Thank you again for all you did and you were such a nice guy. I hope that your company recognizes what a great employee they have in you!!

The process started with Reagen B coming by for a bid. He explained all the options and laid out the fees accordingly. My original problem was a leaking stop and waste valve but due to its close proximity to the water line and the age of my house, Reagan explained replacing the water line in addition to the stop and waste would be a good idea. ( If your home has the original galvanized water line from the meter to the house, you need to seriously consider replacing it. )The excavation crew, Dakota and Caesar were right on time. Both were personable and professional. The job threw a couple curves along the way, but the team was able to get past them. By the end of the day, everything was finished up.I used Any Hour because they did my neighbor’s water line and that team left a good impression. All the work at my house was professionally done for the price quoted. I highly recommend Any Hour for you plumbing work.

We had our Main Sewer line "break" on us at the beginning of July. Any hour was quick to come out and take a look at the line for us and quickly determined some thing was not right.Once we had our finances in order they quickly got us on the schedule to have an exploratory dig done, to discover exactly what the problem was.They arrived on time on the scheduled day and worked quickly and efficiently.Juan Y, Juan C and Gavin were a fantastic crew. They were both thorough and friendly.

Josh and Carlos did an amazing job at replacing my A/C and furnace. They arrived on time, were professional, and kept me informed on what they were doing, where they were at in the installation, and when they would be finished. They were approachable and answered all my questions. Im so glad I went with this company and will definitely go to them for any future needs/repairs. Highly recommend them.

Mike L. Was an amazing tech! He was professional and personable and very thorough. Best of all, after taking the time to look over everything and taking the time to see it all through, I was told no charge! Wow! So apparently, if they dont find a problem to fix ( in this case she had done a quick fix before a trip which turned out to be enoughor if they dont fix the problem then its free of charge. Troy, the plumber, was very personablewell equipped, and professional. He clearly explained the different options and the pros and cons of each one. He let us decide which solution to use and did not pressure us to use a more expensive method when the least expensive method was all that we needed. He fixed the shower drain problem quickly and very professionally and even informed us of coupons that would lower the price. We will definitely recommend this plumber.

I had excellent services performed by Scott Nixon and Ryan Sabina primarily with assistance from Roberto and David. They showed up on time and did their work in an outstanding professional and thoughtful manner. I was very impressed with the care they put in doing some difficult work as in working on tight spaces and crawl spaces. This was not an easy job and varied. All was done in a cheerful professional manner. I think we became friends throughout this time. So thanks a lot, Scott, Ryan, Roberto and David.

I scheduled an AC tune up for $30 special radio promotion. I was pleased when the technician arrived because he was on time, he was very clean cut, polite, professional and respected my home by wearing shoe covers when he walked in. He was genuine and had a happy attitude. He informed me about issues without any pressure to hire him to do extra service. I trust Any Hour Service to honor their advertised promotions and would hire them to help me in the future.

Trent came right out . He was very pleasant and quickly diagnosed and fixed our AC problem with in an hour. So grateful for the service and have a cool home again. He did not try to price gouge us and the final bill was way less than I had anticipated. Great guy, great service great value! The only company I would recommend or use in the future.

We had a backup of our drain in the basement. They came right away this morning to fix it. The technician took a good amount of time to ensure he had identified the issue. He gave me several options and price points. I decided to just have them unclog it for $29 and schedule the clean out of the pipes later. He was very friendly and professional. Once he diagnosed the problem and we agreed on an option it took him maybe 15 minutes to fix it. Very worth it. He went above and beyond taking time to ensure he understood. I especially appreciate Any Hour techs don’t talk down to me just cause I’m not an expert like them.

I cannot say enough about Jake and his team! It was easy to set up an appointment and they did an excellent job of letting me know when they would arrive and arriving promptly. They were very professional and worked on troubleshooting through the issues that I had before offering a number of options to address these issues. The job ended up being a rather large one because I chose to upgrade my system, but the electricians stayed late into the evening to finish it for me, which I appreciated greatly. Jake and his team were smart, courteous and had great communication skills as well as technical ability, in addition to a wonderful work ethic. I am thrilled with the work they did and I have already booked them to come back and work on the installation of new ceiling fans. I recommend them most highly! Thanks guys!

Chris and Josh did an awesome job installing my new heating and air conditioning system. They were very professional. They arrived when they said they’d be here and took the time to explain everything that they were doing. I also appreciated the care they took to protect my floors and clean up afterwards. I felt comfortable and safe with Chris and Josh in my home. I have been very pleased with the quality of service from Any Hour and will most likely continue to be their customer.

We booked an online appointment. It was very easy and straightforward. While you don’t have a rough time estimate of when a technician will show up on your appointed day, the text updates were nice and have a heads up a half hour beforehand. Mike P. showed up and he was great! He was very friendly and explained what he needed from me as well as what he would be doing. The entire thing was painless from start to finish.

This is a review for Corbin Cassingham at Any Hour Services. I cant say enough good about this gentleman. His arrival was within a few hours of my initial phone call and the experience with him was stellar. He quickly evaluated the problems on my AC and took all the time necessary to thoroughly explain all the repair options, and the associated costs. On top of his professionalism, hes very personable and a terrific guy. If I needed repairs, I would call him in a heartbeat. As my furnace and AC was at the end of its life, I decided to forgo repairing the existing equipment and replace it with new. Corbin made arrangements for the person involved in new installations to come by later that very day. Any Hour Services has a real asset in Corbin and I hope they keep him happy because they dont ever want to lose him.This is part 2 of my experience with Any Hour Services. After Corbin and Andrews visits to arrange for new furnace and AC equipment and installation, I had about a 3 week wait, which was miserable because of the heat but no ones fault. I simply had to wait my turn. I get that. However, on the scheduled morning, Terrance Jackson and his partner, Josh, arrived with every everything they needed to go right to work. They spent the entire day (without a lunch break, I might addand got everything put in and working. The installation was thorough and very clean with everything properly routed, tested, and dressed as neatly as the circumstances would allow. In addition, they couldnt have been nicer guys to have in my home and work with. Very pleasant, respectful, and professional. When they were done, everything was cleaned up and hauled away.My entire experience with Any Hour Services was extremely positive and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. In fact, they are doing the same job at my sisters house in a couple of weeks. Very good company with very nice people.

Jay was my technician. We was friendly and courteous at all times. He was very aware of not making a mess and keeping me informed and educated. He cleared my main line for the advertised price. This is our second time using Any Hour. They were easy to schedule with and they had availability within the week we wanted to schedule. They kept us up to date on the status of the technician throughout the day, and gave ample warning when they were on their way. Jeff came in and delivered a solution that was much easier than we were thinking it was going to be, and he was able to complete it same day within a matter of a couple of hours. My favorite part about Any Hour is that the people who are giving the estimates are the ones who are doing the work, so they know what’s possible and can come up with solutions that are truly reflected in the estimates. Would use Any Hour again in the future.

We had the misfortune of waking up to a flooded basement due to pipe break in wall. Then a week later furnace motor decided to freeze up…. We called Any Hour and they fit us in schedule and came right out. We got plumbing issues fixed same day and put on schedule for a new furnace. Techs are great explaining price quotes and work needing to be done. Honestly If I could give more than 5 stars I would.. not sure where they find the quality technicians they have.. very knowledgeable, personable, polite, clean cut. We have been VIP members with Any Hour for a few years and we could not be happier with their service. The technicians have been friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I appreciate that they let me know about 45 minutes before they will be arriving at my house so that I don’t have to sit around all day wondering when they will arrive. I also appreciate their honesty in letting me know all of the options (including costsfor services and how they would or would not benefit our home, and I have never felt pressured to upgrade or add services. We are grateful that Any Hour will be there when we need them!

The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient in identifying what needed to be done. They also informed me about the need to upgrade my electric panel. They gave me three options and pointed out the pluses and minuses of each option. They installed a new panel and fixed the light switch. They checked out all switches and outlets to make sure they all worked. The technicians were neat and cleaned everything before they finished. I was pleased with their work. Mark

Mike Matthys was my assigned technician. He came on time and surmised my AC problems, he explained vividly how and why my AC unit broke down. He was most professional along with the several telephone people I spoke with including Jessica, Keaton, Adriana, and others. I highly recommend this company. Mike replaced three parts and explained how they each were needed to help my unit to cool for a long time. The one year warranty is a special feature that gives us confidence. We also appreciate the discount. We are two senior citizens with a miniature poodle and needed a technician immediately due to this unbearable heat wave. They accomplished the task of getting us cool perfectly and in a timely fashion. Bravo!

Jeff was sent to replace my water heater which had died. Jeff arrived very quickly and we discussed my situation then he gave me the quote. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, then he went to work. I was amazed when he came in and said the work was complete. Everything was clean and sparkling when he was done and my day went from overcast with cold showers to sunshine and blue skies. I personally could not imagine a better ending to what had been a bad day. I would highly recommend calling ANY HOUR SERVICES for your plumbing and electrical needs, thats what I will be doing. Our experience start to finish with Any Hour was excellent. Jordan came out for our initial quote, and he worked hard to get us the best equipment and set up for the best value. He was super personable and friendly, and gave me some great advice on other energy saving tips, even before we gave him our business. He left me with his card, and was always very responsive when I’d send questions. His quote came in a little higher than another company, but we chose Any Hour regardless based solely on the impression he made.Carlos and Blake were our installers and were fantastic. They were on time, respectful of our home, and went the extra miles to leave us happy. They helped set up our new thermostat, gave us a complete walk thru of the new system, cleaned up and left all areas spotless, and were all-around pleasant and kind. We enjoyed having them in our home.I’m wary of “bigger” companies, but after this experience we’d use Any Hour again any time!

It’s been a while since Any Hour services came and finished my AC/furnace install. Sorry for not posting a review earlier. The technician’s that work for Any Hour Services have been Outstanding and very professional. The last technician to visit and install my AC/furnace controller was Steve Thurman. This technician knows his trade! He was very professional and friendly. He took his time to tell me what he was doing and explained everything in detail. Thank You Steve!The salesman I dealt with was another matter but that’s another story. I think your salesman should be paid hourly or salary, Not on commission. I called in my complaint about the salesman and asked for the sales manager to give me a call back….. I’m still waiting. Enough said about that. The people actually doing the work were Awesome!!!!

We used Any Hour to install a new central air and furnace. They showed up on time and were very nice. William always had a smile on his face and had a positive attitude the whole time, despite the project running late. Colin was incredibly respectful and hardworking. When it came time to wire up the electrical, Chris Bishop showed up and also had a positive attitude and stuck around even when his part was finished. This is the second time using Any Hour Service for a major project and theyve been honest and thorough. We wont use anyone else. Thank you William, Colin, and Chris for working so hard to get us air conditioning before the hot summer comes!

Always skeptical that’s my personality. Yes it’s a flaw. They defuse this very quickly. Both of these gentlemen have excellent people skills and are not out to screw you in anyway. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I knew my 22-year-old unit was about ready to die. So I’m replacing it. They were unable to do it within the next week so they fix my old one for free. A very reasonable replacement is scheduled. The reviews on equipment I bought were high and pretty much the best warranty I could find. Use these guys you want regret it.. I never leave reviews but I had to . Very warranted.‘s

Had a technician Todd come to our home we had our floor drain back up into our laundry room. He ran several tests and he ran a snake down our main line out into the sewer. He pulled a bunch of roots out of our drain. Was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of different options in what we can do to repair the issues. Was not pushy or trying to up sell anything super friendly. Was actually a great experience that you wouldn’t expect from having to pay for something to be fixed at your house. And $29 for all the work he did you cannot beat that!

Company was great to work with on scheduling and keeping you posted on when they would come and pricing was reasonable. Travis, the Technician that arrived for electrical work was amazing to work with! He gave pointers on my projects and options to choose from, always professional and prompt and happy to answer any/all questions I had. I will definitely be calling them for the next electrical work I need done.

Very professional, we hired them as the drawstring in our fan had broken off; the drawstring could have been changed out but we decided to install a new fan instead of fixing our fan as it was quite old and it wasnt worth it.Joseph installed it much faster than we had expected and made sure that we checked the installation once he was done, making sure that we were satisfied with the result. And it was beautifully installed. He was very informative whilst explaining our options for the fan, letting us take a moment to decide; as well as informative when it came to the warranty.I recommend them highly.

Robin was our technician for a follow up on our AC/Heater installation. Thoroughly went over features of our units and setup various settings to get the best out of our system. He also ensured we had the appropriate breakers to match our AC units power load to ensure safety. Furthermore, his willingness to help and keen observation lead to additional repairs that enable our heater to function much more safely and efficiently. Immensely pleased with the service and would highly recommend his services to everyone. Looking forward to warm winter nights and cool summer days.

Russell and Simeon were very friendly, prompt, quick, and efficient in their performance. Very courteous as well, wearing plastic coverings over their shoes for walking inside the home. The communication about pricing and coverage of services was very clear and complete. There were several plumbing tasks to be completed all in one visit, and I was amazed at how little time it took them, considering the amount of work involved. Nothing but a positive experience working with these guys...highly recommended!

Logan came out and did an amazing job replacing a shower valve, repairing a leak and fixing water pressure. He had to go through the wall to replace the valve and he cut a perfect sized square and I could use the cutout to fix the wall. I appreciate the extra care he took with the drywall and having the fix in mind for me. Logan is also super friendly and very professional. All any hour employees I spoke with were friendly and professional and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Any hour has been fabulous to work with. They are professional and fairly priced. We got estimates from 5 companies and went with Any Hour because they were the most knowledgeable and transparent about what we needed with a new HVAC system. The installers, William and Austin, were amazing! They worked 10 hours at our house and didnt once seem annoyed or frustrated to be working. Very friendly and clean. They even helped us setup our Google nest thermostat. Highly recommended!

We were beyond impressed with Any Hour! The first technician, Joseph, came over to fix a broken pipe in our laundry room and while he was over, he went out of his way to help us figure out a separate issue that we had been trying to solve for years. He fixed the pipe quickly, and called over another crew to help with the additional work. Tyler, Alex, and Manny were also fantastic. They were quick, thorough, and upfront about all the costs of our project. They even dealt with our insurance so we didn’t have to. It was by far the best experience we’ve had with plumbers so far and we will definitely use them again in the future!

He took the time to listen to our plumbing problem and I felt like he understood our issue. He was respectful of my home, making sure to keep things clean and my floors protected from his equipment.
