I have just begun a fitness program here. I love the "all women" facility, very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Kim and Michelle are experienced . They are very helpful to work with you, explaining the equipment and helping you set goals for yourself. I am very excited to begin the process for my physical wellness, one visit at a time.
