The older woman at the window was talking to someone she went to school with. We had to wait over 15 minutes for their conversation to end. My little sisters cheesecake was melted because it had been sitting on top of the food. The breadsticks, spaghetti, fettuccine alfredo and cheesecake were really good. The lasagna tasted like it was spoiled and when I scraped the sauce off of it, it was a dark brown color in some spots. Im glad I only took one bite, but I still ended up sick for a few days. Ill be avoiding the lasagna from now on, which is sad because it used to be delicious.

Food good and prices decent. However, not happy hearing staff talking bad about customers while Im trying to eat. And using foul language, even the f word. Not. cool.We dont get to eat out often, and this is not what we Want to experience.Restaurant very clean, as was the bathroom.

Dine-in service was great. However, spaghetti was good but not great, especially based on the prices Ive paid over the last 6 months. Got really, really skimped on the amount of spaghetti from the drive thru last time. Ordered regular size but received small size. Felt cheated. Used to be a favorite.....now, just another high-priced menu.

Staff is friendly. When we arrived a lot of dirty tables with plates and trash on them that hadnt been cleaned, and most were still there when we left. The bread sticks which are usually amazing were doughy and squished. The pop machine area a little of a mess. Would come back if other options were slim.

Was having a bad day. You know the one where everything you attempt to do goes wrong. Well I came into Fazoli’s and of course, I spilled my drink by accidentally knocking it over. The staff who helped me clean it was was exceptionally friendly and upbeat. She made my day with her kindness. She lifted my mood and then my food arrived. Just the delicious comfort I needed to lift my spirits!

They had messed an order up and replaced it tonight. It was great. I had no problems getting it. And they also gave me a diet coke while waiting. Got home. Perfect order. Dinner hot! Thank you Ashland KY Fazolis!

I am a frequent customer and I continue to have excellent service from all the friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained. I completely recommend this Fazolis to others.

Dirty tables, people flicking their long hair around while fix food, wiping their faces and brushing hair back with the gloves they serve food with. food was horrible for the 3rd time straight. I spent my last dollar at fazolis. With the cost of food now days this is unacceptable!

Love Fazolis for some inexpensive pasta dishes. Always fresh and delicious through the drive through as well as dine in and service is always great at the Ashland Ky location. Great rewards and generous redeemable points program and they regularly send you great Bogo offers and discounts. Its the only chain restaurant app I use since most arent worth downloading it to your phone.

For the price its extremely affordable. My family of 3 eats here once a week and it usually costs $28 to $32 a trip. Food is prepared quickly and Ive not once had a mishap on my order.

This particular Fazolis is a reasonably priced option for your Mall-going needs when in Ashland.Their beverage line and restaurant were quite clean, food came out in a timely manner, and staff appeared to be on the ball.Our food was hot and tasty!The only drawback to my visit was an empty iced tea dispenser when we were self serving our drinks, otherwise theyd possibly have higher rating.

Wonderful service, actually left my wallet at home and Patty was very helpful. She informed me I could pay through the app and prepared it immediately, couldnt have asked for more.

This place is so awesome. I came here at noon to grab some lunch and the girls and guys are so friendly and made us feel like we was in our own dinning room. Thanks Becca and Jessica for the nice dinning experience.

The food was just ok. Too much salt. Some small dish costs $6, with no drink. Larger meals are more expensive. Its about the same price as a sit down family restaurant. The food is not exceptional. For two children and one adult, i paid around $35.

I have missed you so Fazoli’s!!! All the locations in dallas closed and haven’t had it in years. The staff was very welcoming and brought our food out very quickly and still steaming hot! Breadsticks were as delicious as ever! Thanks for making our experience as great as we remember it !

I had a wonderful experience at Fazoli’s. Becka and Alisha were friendly, and helpful. The food was quick hot,and delicious. I would say it was the best experience I’ve had at Ashland Fazoli’s!!

They we a little busy on our last visit, not too long a wait in the drive thru. Our order was correct, as always. Our food was still hot when we got home, after a 20 minute drive. They package their take out in aluminum pans and place a thick piece of cardboard between the pans and it keeps them hot. We are always pleased with our take out orders because of this. Well the delicious food is the main reason, but the hot meal always satisfies.

I like this location. The staff is pleasant and efficient. The food is good and a nice variety. They put in a regular Coke dispenser/fountain instead of the freestyle machine. Yay, I can have my Coca-Cola without the commingling of the diet sodas and other flavors making it taste terrible. They also put in a self ordering screen, freeing up the cashier to help other customers when it is busy. I had a nice visit.

The service is okay. But the food has way too much salt in it. Everything down to the broccoli in my pasta was just layered in salt. It takes away from the original taste of the food. Other than that good service and quick drive thru times.

Was here tonight around 7 and i have not seen a drive-thru go so fast. The girl taking my order basically talked me into everything on the menu. Got home our food was hot and so yummy. Definitely coming back to this fazolis. Thank you all....💛

The food is good but the service is sub-par at best. Not only did the waitress limit our bread sticks to 4 because we had 4 people at the table (so much for unlimited), but the waitress knocked off my drink and left the mess on the floor. She did bring me a new cup and straw. But 10 minutes later and the mess was still at my feet. I looked back to see if they were ever coming to clean the mess and low and behold, a wet floor sign had appeared. So at least they were legally covered if I fell trying to get up with root beer and ice under my shoes.

10/10 food is amazing, got full after eating half of my chicken Alfredo. My husband had to finish it off for me. The breadsticks were delicious . If you want to get a bang for your buck definitely eat here .

I loved Fazolis, that is until my most recent experience. My husband and I came in last Thursday, and I can’t complain about anything but the service. The little blonde girl with bangs had an awful attitude and brought out HARD breadsticks. Don’t even get me started on the inappropriate conversations being held out in the dining room. My husband has always taken me out to Fazolis. It was our first date and we come on our anniversary every year as well as more visits in between. I’m sad to say I won’t be back due to the service received. Great food, other than the bread of course, would have 0 complaints if there were better employees to give a friendly atmosphere rather than one that makes you feel unwanted upon entrance.

So the lasagna and the spaghetti were very good however the fettuccine alfredo and the penne pasta were way to El Dente for my taste! Bathroom door is gross!!!

For chain fast food... They have a good concept and product.a step above frozen grocery style and a step below casual or chain restaurants. The food was a great alternative to the usual drive thru meal. A diverse menu is served hot and fresh. The taste is better than expected yet not as good as mainstream restaurants. Prices are great for the value. The food is good and exceeded initial expectation.
