Rude, snotty, never want to experience them on a bad day if she said that they were having a good one.

Fedex Binghamton is terrible. Ask anybody. If you want your stuff to get there- use UPS or USPS. They dont deliver on their own expectations of timeline. They appear to have lost our stuff.

Worst service ever. Received email saying it will be delivered early. Took time from work to be home they never showed. That was on a Monday. Its Thursday and still no package. They have a package that the customer has to sign for and they show up when you are at work. Common sense would tell people oh they work put it at the end of the delivery day might have better luck so you can sign for it. Not these people.

Delivered over $2000 in inventory to the wrong business and doesnt care. They do not care about thier customers!!!!

Parking is plentiful, the staff was pleasant and was able to answer any questions I had. Due to the pandemic and social distancing guidelines, there isnt enough room for one customer at the counter and one waiting so waiting outside was more convenient than waiting inside. To find the location is easy and however it could be easy to miss but signs from the turn off to the building are visible.

Went yesterday to get a shipping quote, the clerk gave me an estimate of $140 to ship my package, came back the next day to ship it, then it was $250 more and they were of no help. Was a huge stressful waste of time and money.

This location came as a saviour. Bang off i81, turn around for semi-trailers, extremely courteous staff. Thank u

Fed Ex has been delivering to our house for 38 years and always left all packages on my front porch. Now they leave then resting ip against my garage door so I will hit when I back onto the garage. LAZY!My drive way you drive in and continue straight out, no turning around. Very easy.

One of their drivers nearly T boned me today blowing through a stop sign entering a highway

Never had a problem with the service of this company, unlike a different company providing the same service. Even a pickup I had to make was serviced quickly and in a friendly manner.

Usually ship centers are full of knowledgeable and helpful employees so I trust this one does what it’s supposed to. However I would like to encourage those living in Broome County to use caution when shipping with FedEx. In August I was accused of committing fraud and all I was doing was helping the company I used to work with get important documents to their clients. I don’t want anyone else to get accused of fraud. Your package may end up in Utah not to mention FedEx opens your packages. USPS is the way to go.

Best place to ship items. Friendly employees who are helpful with packing, providing materials, as well as expertise in order to ensure safe transport of fragile or cumbersome items.

Nice girl works the counter very friendly and knows her stuff. Shipping Christmas gift was a breeze and pretty decent price. I had stopped at the vestal location and had a less then good experience there. I didnt know about the location in Binghamton til I googled it. Ill be taking my business here from now on. If you have shipping needs this is the place to go. Wish I got the girls name at the counter Id mention her!

Cannot deliver to apartments even if you leave your phone number on the building door. The delivery person just do not want to do their jobs. I was home twice when the delivery person just left another note on my door. I also put a note with my number and they just prefer for me to pick it up from their place. What to use a delivery service that do not deliver and indicates different delivery time online then actual time... 6 hours different and I was home.

Wont let me pick-up at Link Drive and no other option but to pay $5.25 for delivery between 5:00-8:00PM ... but I dont get home from work until 6:00PM. FedEx, can you call my boss and tell them I cant attend tomorrows meeting because Im bound by your insane delivery policies?
