Visited today with my worried daughter who couldn’t get one of her earrings back in having left it out for a day. All sorted, lovely helpful and friendly staff, and some ear piercing aftercare solution purchased for the future. Thank you so much.

Extremely rude Staff on Christmas Eve! My elderly deaf mother was waiting 2mtrs away from Staff when two men (customerspushed in front, they were served first whilst my mother was told to "wait outside". Rude, disrespectful Staff! Absolutely disgraceful behaviour towards an elderly vulnerable women. Shameful!!

A first visit. Excellent window displays attracted me inside where I was met by a friendly sales lady who was interested in who the gift was for and on what occasion. She helped me find a suitable present at the right price with no sales pressure. I came away feeling satisfied and well served.

The staff in carmarthen were really helpful i found exactly what i was looking for and they made sure i knew i could pop back in and get the ring resized if I found it was a few sizes too big.

What a lovely visit to F. Hinds the Jewellers today! We were greeted on arrival by a friendly lady, who couldnt have done any more to help me. I just wanted a simple chain for my pendant, but she went to so much trouble to find me the right one, offered us a seat, so we had a very comfortable and happy visit. I ended up buying several extra items, but I was quite happy to do so, they were all useful and things I wanted. I even found a present for my friends birthday, and of course, my chain. I will be back, as soon as I can.

Helpful and cheerful service. Jane was able to suggest the length of chain to suit my purpose. Silver chain was good quality and a reasonable price.

Had a ring repaired that is of great sentimental value. Its looking as good as new, and the staff were excellent throughout - really helpful, kept me informed. Very happy!

Staff at the Carmarthen branch couldn’t be more helpful. They are professional and welcoming; they tried so hard to make sure our daughters ring was with us before her birthday. In fact they went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for that special gift.

Massive quality product range from rings to watches. Repairs and alteration services available too. The shop is beautifully presented and well merchandised. The staff are professional, helpful and welcoming. Pricing is competitive. Although no external parking directly outside there are a number of on street parking spaces and nearby car parks available.
