First my agents name is Melinda, Absolutely, has to be the best. First time she found me the best discounts the price was so great i was able to get it for 6 months. This time she went all the way she suggested full car insurance. Once again i was very resistant because full coverage is so expensive. Once again she took on the challenge, found me the best price .Now i have absolute full coverage for next 6 months next time she said we might try for the year. lol i love that she not pushing you, she finds solutions, takes her time and has a lot of patients her customer service on point makes u want to take her out for lunch lol. I have signed two different policies with them, their inability to keep up with BOTH have caused my policies to be canceled leaving me without auto insurance. All they can do is shrug when they come up short. I had a vehicle inspection toss me from one policy they never submitted. The other, they never updated my payment information. Bad business.

Just showed up here to pay my car insurance @ 5:58 (they are open until 7 mon-fri). I was told by the manager that it was closed because he had to leave, so I had to leave. I saw him walking around the office for 15min without leaving. My insurance is due today. Unacceptable.

This guy never answers the damn phone or returns phone calls!! If you have a question about your policy your on your own. You’ve been WARNED!

I have been calling since 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday to figure out what is going on with my car insurance policy I called various times the month before and I had to go to another Fiesta location because they never answered or returned my calls and I shouldnt have to come in person to see why theyre not picking up their phones. Today supposedly theyre saying that their phones are down but they are open for business and I come at 3:30 p.m. to find that the location is completely turned off and locked. Dont tell me that you are open for business and I come all the way over here from 30 minutes away and not find anyone in an office.
