Slow service only 2 cashiers on the first of the month but the employees are nice.
The customer service here horrible and I mean horrible that may be a understatement today I said in a drive-through just sitting waiting for service as one cashier standing behind the other cashier watching her and after five minutes of waiting another car pulls up and miraculously one of the ladies turns around and go straight to the speaker for the person who just pulled up while she had to look right by me or threw me either way she seen me sitting there why would you go straight to him when I’m already at the window and as I’m telling her screaming out yo I’m standing here you don’t see me she just talks over me as you turn the speaker on how can I help you how can I help you how can I help you they are known for horrible customer service and fifth third won’t even address the issue I know they see these messages these bad reviews and it continues to be like this because they don’t care because we continue to give them my business but this will be my last time I’m going to a credit union and anybody else reading this should to.
Worst experience ever. Never been 2 a bank with metal detectors inside and poor customer service. If I could give this branch a negative star, I would! If you can avoid going 2 this branch please do so. I went into Pilsen branch and was treated way way better. Very disappointed in my own black people
I opened an account at this location in 2019 and had a great experience. I returned March of 2021 to help my 8 year old open her first bank account and the team here really outdid themselves. From the time I scheduled an appointment with the help of the manager Elizabeth L, to the moment we sat down with the banker Mary W, I felt truly listened to, guided and welcomed. My daughter had the absolute best experience and is so proud to have a bank account. They even had a birthday treat ready for her. They definitely redefined the meaning of customer service. Thank you so much!
Slowest customer service Ive ever experienced. The Chase bank down the street had multiple kiosks in every store, and a minimal wait time. I switched over to 5/3rd and have deeply regretted the decision
They have limited staff so extremely slow.Reply to comment back: The teller told me I cannot call in to make a transfer from my account to someone elses account. Also to get money orders. 5th third needs to update its technology. To be able to do things other banks can now do.
This place has no customer service at all. No workersNo one to help you no one to assist you, been here two days in a row waited over a hour and still didn’t get the assistance I needed. I’ve been banking here for 4 years. North side branches actually assist you. But moving south I see they don’t care about the service because they are in a black neighborhood. Even the security guard stays outside on cell phone all day.
Easy Convenient location to Indiana tollway and friendly Tellers here. I will return again.
This bank is a safety risk. They do nothing about the crowd of people that gangs in front. Drug sales and loitering is popular here. This bank vows to do nothing about the safety of its customers. I highly recommend Not going to this establishment
Overall I would never suggest banking with them! This location is most definitely the worst that Ive been to. The older woman is the nastiest of them all. I always manage to get her, one day she sent my deposit to the wrong account and I couldnt pay my attorney.FYI this location got robbed like 5 months ago and noone from the branch reached out and said anything! Now I have to stop by today because someone hacked into my account and I have to get a new card and what not.I thought they were suppose to make our lives a fifth third better and they actually do the opposite!
This location is very slow they are confused and dont know there job and they never answer there phone period not very good customer service either

This branch location is extremely slow both inside and drive thru. After 4 months of coming here I have yet encountered a friendly employee. I would definitely not recommend this bank to anyone.
They violated my private told a person who was depositing into my account where I lived 🤬🤬Im.pissed and will be persuing further with this !!!
This branch was really nice!! From the security to the tellers. Most of the time when you go to banks and you are having issues they treat you with no compassion and don’t even try to go the extra mild to help.! Well today I was experiencing some issues with my account and I was super upset when I arrived to the bank. I was able to sit down with Mrs. R. White and she treated my issue as if it was hers and got the problem resolved.! For that I am grateful and I will be visiting this branch more often.! Thank you for providing excellent service Mrs. White.

This is one of the slowest banks on the east side of Chicago, there is always one teller working and the lines are always long, save yourself the frustration and irritation and bank somewhere else

This is the worst 5/3 branch ever! I received a ripped bill from the ATM. I went inside the bank to find that you have to take your phone your keys and everything out of your pockets and go through a metal detector to enter. Upon entering I see 2 older tellers and a line of 5 guests. I stood in line for 23 minutes before being serviced the ladies name tag said "manager" she did not apologize for the wait. When she spoke to me she said good morning not even looking at me. When I told her the issue she didnt say Im sorry I could fix that. I just feel like when you have a long wait for no reason, when you have an issue that shouldnt be an issue an apology and a warm smile goes a long way. I gave her the ripped twenty she snatched it and threw a fresh twenty on the counter without even saying have a great day. This is terrible Im 19 and I understand good customer service. I literally would chose to go downtown on the bus as opposed to walking to this location.
This place need to be shut down they are so slow
This is the slowest bank ever, they need to hire younger tellers to help speed up the transactions , the sign in drive up days no wait no worry but every time I come Im waiting almost fifteen minutes, this is unacceptable
