FiiZ Drinks Ogden Junction in Weber County

So went back for them to fix my drink bc it was diet not regular soda.... they informed me that their "Dr pepper was tasting funny". Which was not told to me for ordering.. they didnt check the bip in the back to make sure its hooked up to the correct one..unable to replaced the drink I paid for, then ignored me to help the people that just walked in... well never go to this location again... my experience at others was way better and tastier

Ok so Im from North Ogden and Im not really a Fizz drinker so much. I end up going to Fizz when someone else wants to go. Its not that I dont like it, its just not a habit or focus, or something. I dont have time to sit in that long line forever. 🤷‍♂️But anyways, This Fizz, the one at the Junction. Is SOOo much better, that itd be worth the time to go out of my way from North Ogden down to the Junction in Ogden just to get a drink. Mainly because the Employees here know what customer service is and how to actually make the drinks.If you are from North Ogden and drink at Fizz and for some reason you are reading my review, go down to the junction Fizz indtead.(oh and everyone should look at the app Visit Ogden Savings Pass. Sometimes I feel like I go here too much. But I sure like it. They sure a lot more than just drinks. Make sure to try them. People are always nice.

The place is always clean, theyre friendly and efficient here too. My 6 year old asks for his order a very specific way (no whip, gumball on the side, weird right?And theyre always so nice about it. Convenient location, although parking can be a bit dicey at times.

Fun store to take your soda addic kids. 😁 Endless selection of fantasy flavors. Highly recommended! Great location too.

Loved how they made the ice cream (nitrogen gas shower on liquid while being hand mixed). Loved the ice cream taste too.

The drinks we got were good, but the lady who took our orders, Emma, has an absolute horrible attitude. She was so snotty and rude to all of us. The other girl, Aspen, was super sweet and the only reason Id consider coming back.

Ive been to all of the drink stores around and my favorite Mt Dew drink is the Shrute Fruit at Fiiz. The cookies are good but not my favorite...

In my opinion Fiiz is the place to go for your custom soda. Its hands, shoulders, and above the rest of the pack. Their creations will amaze you and quench the thirsty desires of your throat.

Very quick, and the drinks were very good. Ive gone to Fiiz a few times in the past, and Im pretty much wanting to go get one of their drinks when Im in the area.

My favorite drink is the mango strawberry smoothie with white monster mixed in it. They have a great staff and its always been nice and clean when Ive been there. Highly recommend this location!

Good place for drinks cause they have a lot of different kinds of flavored drinks like ( I love Lucy, Rock A Round The Clockand they all have different flavors in them depending on the kind your in the mood for.

Light ice is over half the height of the cup. I can only imagine how much regular is. Theyre getting worse.Stuff tastes fine, but every time I go, theres more and more and more ice. Ill be trying to find somewhere thats not cost cutting with their ice machine.

Their sodas are always so good. And the cashier, Aspen I think was her name, was so sweet and to me. It made my day😊

Staff was very friendly the drink I had was surprisingly good Came with quite a big group and they got us served fast.

First off I love fiiz, I was disappointed this location doesn’t have a drive thru. So I went inside not wearing a mask but was social distancing from others. The girl behind the counter asked if I had a mask, which I didn’t. Normally when business require masks they have them there for the customer. So she told me to use my shirt. She proceeded to make a scene, which coming from a high school girl felt very disrespectful. I told her I was going to contact ownership, and she said go right ahead! I understand the use for masks but she didn’t have to go about it the way she did.

This is the best Fix in town, I go out of my way to frequent this location over others that are closer.

My wife n I absolutely love this location and will travel a distance if we have to, to receive the customer service we are given everytime we visit. Outstanding!! Thank you to everyone who works there.

Fiiz is the best drink place to go. They have some awesome combinations and you can customize it however you like(I suggest getting the app, as you can look through it all on your own and not make them wait on you). They are always quick and professional, and it is surprisingly inexpensive. Even for Monster based drinks, it is still low priced.

Always friendly,clean and well stocked. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to give recommendations. Even without a drive thru it is quick and convenient. The staff remembers my family and our drinks. Its great when they ask if we want the "usual ". The Pretzel with cheese is BOMB. Best cheese sauce around. Also if your a Dr.Pepper give "The Queen" a try its AMAZING ❤🥤

We pulled up and saw the place was packed full of people with no room to social distance. We decided to do a curbside order from the website. When it was 10mins past the time our order was supposed to come out, my husband masked up and went into the crowd to get our drinks. Not happy about him having to do that.

Horrible service!!! My pregnant wife went and order 4 large frozen hot chocolates but asked to put them into two 44 oz. Cups for easy handling. (Not complicated Then when they put the drinks down for her, they was so far out of the way to grab them she knocked it over and spilt on the counter. My wife started to clean the mess as all the girls watched her struggle!!! Then had to pay another $9.00. Also ordered two pretzels with cheese, and she got two dipping cups, half filled. Why not just one cup then!!! Never agian, I am so disappointed with fizz!!!

I have never had a bad problem here!They always are really nice and get you ordered quickly.Its very clean here! BUT dont have a bathroom. that is a downfall.BUT they got kids movies playing most the time ;)

Older woman was here around 2pm they seemed very sweet, had 2 staff members who did not seem happy to even be here. One employee had great makeup, but was zoning out as I ordered, and was extremely rude, and because of attitude I will not come back to this location.Also have restroom signs but no public restroom.Drinks were great tho so I guess that was nice

Love the Fizz, but I have to get out of my car and its hard to find parking at this location sometimes. But I will push through the pain for my Fizz drink! I usually get my regular large Diet Coke CampFire Smore.

They have so many fun concoctions and different starter sodas to use. Or you could make your own instead of one that is premade for you too! They also have ice cream, smoothies, and cookies which is pretty cool.

Why is this a thing? I went with a group of friends and was rather disappointed. Overpriced ultra-sugar soda served in big styrofoam cups. Im tired of seeing single-use containers being so pointlessly used. If you enjoy the ambiance, go for it. If you just want soda, go to a store and save your money. (For bonus points, bring a reusable cup.)

My DIL and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Rachel is just sooo fetchin sweet. The customer service thus far has been top notch, there is a lil bit of a wait when there is a line, but I expect that when I am getting personal attention and care for my drinks. I love the atmosphere there, its fun and everyone has a smile!! Keep up the good work guys, BTW are ya hiring?? LOL

The other fiizs in the area seem to be better than this one but it is nice that they are usually less busy here. The drinks are fine. The cookies are usually terrible, especially for the price (not just this fiiz, but all of them Would be nice if they ran some specials for businesses that are located close in proximity to this store. I think if this fiiz would market to them a little more, they might be able to drive some extra business. Would make sense to me especially since they are never busy during the daytime.

I usually dont go to this location, but the other night when I did it wasnt that great. The place itself was clean and looked nice, but the place was all of a sudden full of loud rowdy teenagers getting free drinks from their friends. There was a group of about 10 kids that came in that all got free drinks. One of the girls working there knows my friend, and she bragged about hooking all of her friends up with free drinks. Im not sure if this is the policy, but it was hard to enjoy my time with a bunch of kids yelling and making noise.

So I went to this location the other night wanting a hot chocolate and one of the employees told me they didnt have any because the manager didnt want to order some yet. So then I get my usual soda praying that they make it and it tastes well and it was disgusting. This is the third time Ive given this location a chance to make some decent soda and all three times its been horrible. Im new to ogden and next time Im totally just going to make the drive to layton and get soda sience...

I have never had a bad experience until now. The last time I went in, the employee told me I had 15 points, which was enough for a free cookie and drink.... I go in to redeem my points, and the employee says that I have ZERO points, and there was NOTHING she could do about it. I go there regularly, so for me to not have ANY points BUT ZERO is not correct. I showed the employee my electronic receipts on my phone, and all she said was that maybe someone had used my points with my number. Ok..... well thats not my fault. She said she could do nothing to help. I asked her what they were doing to prevent this from happening again.... and she just rudely replied, just tell us. SERIOUSLY, thats what Im trying to do right now. And OBVIOUSLY she is not doing anything to make it right. Its not my fault that they gave away my free items to someone else due to their negligence of not checking phone numbers. WORSE CUSTOMER service ever. Fizz please train your employees to better handle these kind of complaints.

This place normally is pretty good. Came in Friday night and there was only one girl working. We walked in and she actually signed out loud, not excited at all to have to make a few drinks. I get a Friday night by yourself sucks, but you still got to give some sort of positive customer service. Definitely wont be back to this location again.

I love Fiiz! BUT I went 7/27/18 and had some of the worst service I have ever had. Two young girls working were not friendly were not helpful and did not care to help me or my friend and they were out of EVERYTHING...every drink I asked for they said "were out, we dont have that" which is not there fault. I was just displeased with those girls attitude. Fiiz in Roy is my OG they are so friendly and so helpful, need a good Fiiz experience go to Roy.

The drinks are great. But when you have one person working whom clearly doesn’t know how to multitask; ending up waiting for close to 15 minutes for a drink. I am sorry but super poor service and maybe if you train properly in the customer service it wouldn’t be so bad. As about 10 plus people entered this place zero greeting or anything. Shame, cause as I stated great drink, oh and as I am writing this 7 people walked out due to zero communication.

Bigger is better right? Wrong, this place missed the memo that bigger is not always better. I got there new and improved (because its biggersugar cookie. It was awful the outside was tough, not crunch or Krispy but tough like a poorly cooked then dried out steak. I swear a dog would spit it out. However if you like sugar cookie dough you will love the middle of the cookie. This place used to have my five stars but now that I have been there more I have realized they screw up my order %75 of the time. I just dont care enough to turn around. I think I am done here. the place is awful for your health anyhow.

Love the drinks here, but the staff has gotten so rude and passive. It is like they did not even care. I brought my puppy in once because it was too hot to leave her in the car and she was pulling on her leash and I was clearly struggling. I was apologizing and trying not to be too inconvenient and they just stared at me and they did not even put the lid on my cup so I am struggling to put the lid on my cup and get a straw all while being pulled around by a puppy and they just watched me with blank looks on their faces. The only reason I go there is because it is closest

I drove past several times and couldn’t find it. I finally did - it’s pretty hard to see from the street. When I finally got there, the line was almost too the door! I quickly realized it wasn’t worth the wait. I saw several others leave too. This was an afternoon on a weekday! I love FIIZ but this was a first for me at this location and it was a disappointment.

The workers were so friendly and we had our drinks instantly.

I ordered 3 drinks and two out of the three were not what I ordered. I love Fiiz, but when Im paying that much for a drink I really want it to be what I ordered. It was also Black Friday and the drinks were supposed to be 50% off, and I got charged full price.

Good place to get a flavorful drink of your favorite soda. This location always messes up our order they will only get it right if you order a drink from the menu instead of doing a custom drink. Overall a nice place with friendly service. * Edit: If youre in Clinton try Swig instead the flavors are better and the cookies are great it will make it hard the go back to fizz

The ladies there were nice and drinks were good. BUT the guy kid working was a jerk. We just purchased a bunch of drinks and he comes over a says "dang, your gonna leave a generous tip right?" and i reply "not now after that comment" as i put my money back in my comment. Ive worked in a place that accepts tip and i would personally never tell a customer that. Im not from here but from out of state and my family from here recommended it and it was a good drink experience but a bad customer experience.

New management has taken this business down an unfortunate road. The lead manager is immature and frantic, does not know how to lead a company. One time I went to get a drink and the employee who worked the opening shift (only onewas left in the cold because no manager showed up to unlock the door, she was left freezing until they showed up and I went without a drink that I drove out of my way to get. Take the extra trip to another franchise. (south Ogden is run by the same people as the junction)

I have been coming here for a long time. I know the ownership has changed and ever since then so has almost everything. All the stars are for the employees. I always have a great costumer service expirience while I am there. The employees are so friendly and helpful! The management however needs some help. They are always out of something!!! Its very frustrating for me as a customer and Im sure to the employees as well to always be out of stuff. It was never like this when Brady was the owner. I still love fiiz and will continue to go there, but I just am sick of having to order something new because they are always out of something.

Normally FIIZ is soo good! The last few times the drinks have been wrong with flavor and size, and they dont fix it. Need to get adults in there to supervise or train some staff better. Most of the time they are great

The drinks were pretty good. I didnt particularly love mine, but that was probably because of my flavor choice, not due to the store. The store does have a nice feel and look to it

The team at this location treated us like gold! We had an issue with our drinks the night before and we were contacted almost immediately by the store manager to have us come in and make it right. When we went back the team made our drinks perfectly. I was very impressed by this experience. Thank you South Ogden Fiiz!
