Pros: Great waitress, outdoor dining option is enclosed by high walls to somewhat shield Coastal Highway maelstrom, pet friendly area, umbrella tables, casual atmosphere indoor and out with great attention to decor detail, newer facility, some appetizers are entree size, decent menu size.Cons: No split checks permitted (?!), no happy hour on Saturdays, food is ok but not memorable, cocktail was weak

Super delicious jumbo lump crab cakes!! The tartar sauce was superb! Ordered the paella which was not as good as the crabcakes but then again thats what I get ordering a paella at a seafood place instead of a Spanish restaurant. Margaritas were good too. Service was 10/10 thanks shelly!

The food was good, service excellent. The only downfall was maybe a few less stools at the bar to allow for some elbow room.

Nice lunch place and pub. Seafood chowder was good, as was my burger and tater tots. Children’s menu included salmon and asparagus and came with a scoop of ice cream for dessert. Salads and crab cakes were also very good.

What happened to Fins? So disappointed! We visit Rehoboth Beach on a yearly basis and usually end up going to Fins almost every night because it is so good. We visited Fins on Friday, 9/2. Our waitress name was Lisa. I am not sure what Lisas issue was that night, but we were made to feel like we were an intrusion and she was doing us a favor. If we go back, I guarantee you that Lisa will not be our waitress....terrible service. We ordered oysters on the half shell, which were very sandy. Our food was good, but not as good as it usually is. It is usually something that we talk about and crave. The bathrooms were dirty. The dining room was dirty. Needless to say, I am not sure if we will be visiting Fins again. There are so many other restaurants out there to experience. Fins ~ we used to have to wait to get in the door.....What happened? Please rectify your situation. Its a shame where you have ended up.

Came here with my family and had a great experience. I believe our servers name was Shelby, she was fantastic. I ordered the blackened Mahi Mahi and it was delicious. My sons got burgers and I stole a bite, also incredible. Atmosphere was laid back, food and service were top notch, 10/10 would recommend.

Upstairs with a baby sleeping in a stroller? There were tables empty outside. They sat me outside per my request a half hour went by we still were not greeted we got up and left. Terrible service

Very nice server. Buffalo shrimp po boy was very good. Plenty of fresh shrimp and not too much bread. Wife thought her shrimp tacos were pretty good too. Can’t beat $5 orange crushes though and made great! Nice atmosphere as well. Mac and cheese was good except a little runny. Daughter got chicken tenders and fries which was hard to mess up. Over all pleasant experience. It’s our 20 year wedding anniversary too!

While on my vacation in Rehoboth Beach, I decided that I would try this place for dinner. It looked rather elegant and the menu options sounded delicious. They were. The salmon I had was very good. My mother had the "catch of the day (build your own)" plate. The mac n cheese and the Lobster sauce were very tasty aswell. Definitely would go back.

Chef’s can’t even cook a burger! Ordered a rare burger came out medium well, a kid in our group ordered a kids burger and came out charred, past well done. Our waitress was super nice, felt bad for her apologizing for the incompetence of the “chef’s”. Go somewhere else, not worth it, there’s plenty of other options in the area.

The flounder wasnt hot and what we thought would cost $30 cost $42. The server didnt explain this when we ordered. They have a daily special menu with flounder and a regular menu with flounder. They look the same but when you order off the regular menu you get up charged. Not going back.

Just ok. Horrible seating or hosting. Everyone pushes to get ahead of others. Its not their fault the customers are so pushy. The food was ok. Best Margarita, Ive had on Rt 1.

Maryland native here and we know how to do seafood and crushes.Pros-Our server Annie was great!-Calamari was awesome!Cons-Crushes were not good at all especially the watermelon crush.-Local Flounder Bake was extremely bland. Kitchen needs a fundamental lesson with seasoning.-Burgers were not cooked to temp. We asked for medium burgers and they all came out well done or burnt... twice! We sent the burgers back and the same thing happened with the second round. Please invest in a digital thermometer so the chefs understand how to cook foods to temp.Rockfish BakeSmall, over cooked, and not really sure why most of the dish was redish pink?Ahi Tuna SandwichAsk for the tuna to be cooked med rare and came out well done. No pink whatsoever.

Service was so bad for us I have to give it one star. First, the hostess was acting all snotty with my friends and I. After we were seated you can tell she was talking about us because she was look over at us and the talk to another employee. The other employees started to look over and then started talking amongst themselves. Dont know what they were talking about but didnt feel good. The we were sat in the bar area and never assigned a waitress...so we just waited in the cold. Way too clod. They should turn down their AC. Many people around us were covering up their legs with the cloth napkins.Waitress was nice... food was not what I would expect based on the ratings. I got the fried calamari ... not bad. My friend got the Quesadilla with some chipotle mayo. She took a couple bites and that wS it. We only order apps and left. Went to The Pond across the street. Food was just ok.. typical sports bar food but the service was outstanding.

The meal and drinks along with sharing dessert made this an enjoyable and very good dinner! We had the stuffed flounder and crabcakes. Oh the crab dip appetizer was also very good! Very nice choice of meals and friendly service too! This is a little more on the upperside of places to eat but worth it!

Went with a party of 7. We ordered 6 oyster shooters and they took some time to arrive with understanding because the oysters are shucked at the bar. The beer selection was great; I split a flight with someone else. I got two of the sours, the Persephone was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. However, we got two plates of fried green tomatoes ($10one plate of calamari ($15, and the tuna nachos as appetizers ($16). There were only 3 slices of tomato and 5 nachos on the plates which seems rather sparse considering the prices. Myself and one other person in my group were served first with the crab legs and sides. Both of our dishes were not warm when given to us. The rest of the food came out but was not served at the same time; considering the price of the food it’s hard to believe the timing of service is not better. The restrooms are only single stall and formed lines into the dining area. Overall, it was a fine fix for seafood but nothing great.

The crab cake platter is delicious! I love that they hardly put any filler in the cake and it’s big lumps of crab. We have a different experience each time we order here, especially when we do curb side pickup. I suppose it depends on who’s cooking possibly. As sometimes we have great helpings of our sides and sometimes it looks as though someone had eaten half.

Lots to choose from on the menu. Great atmosphere and service. The Baramundi fresh fish special (recommended by our serverwas delicious. They had a nice selection of oysters - very tasty. The crab cake entree was only so-so - not lump and seemed to be lots of filler. Have had better. Steamed mussels were ok, but kind of plain.

My Husband & I had patronized the restaurant 2 years ago pre Covid. The food & drinks were great!! We were in town in May 2022. My husband ordered the fin’s seafood chowder, the soup would have been good except for large piece of tuna which was tough. We also ordered the Fins Cioppino the meal was also good except for the piece of tuna which was also tough! & didn’t look appetizing.Maybe you should select another fish for the dishes. We also had 2 drinks Long Island Ice teaWe didn’t taste any alcohol in the drinks!

Absolutely the best tuna sandwich I have had anywhere. Fries were okay, I mean they are just fries nothing special. The blackened grouper sandwich was delicious, felt the size of fish was underwhelming. The oysters were great as well as the seafood chowder! Loss of star due to unpleasant service. The server seemed like she didnt want to be at work. Which happens but its not the customers fault. Would absolutely eat here again.

Nice low-key location on the North side of Route 1. Good mixed drinks… only waited for a while on one round. Was in the mood for appetizers this evening so we ordered the loaded fries (highly recommendand the crab dip. That was ok but not much crab…still overall a good experience. The waiter was personable and attentive to our needs.

Ordered to go and service was great, the lady was very patient on the phone apparently there are 2 restaurants close by so she verified which one is the closest before we placed the order. The raw oysters was probably the only decent item because everything else was bland. They must have sprinkle old bay after they already steamed the shrimps 🦐, tasteless and the shrimps arent that fresh to begin with. The fish is overcooked, dry and absolutely no flavor again. Finally the oyster stew which there were a few big pieces of oysters in it but they just put them in some heated cream, is missing salt and pepper in the soup. Not sure why the high rating and for $60+, not worth it.

Its pretty good I liked everything but not in love with the place. I wouldnt mind coming again. The staff was great the food came out quickly. The Georgia peach drink was... Not great taste like orange cough syrup and was 12 bucks... Yeah avoid that one. Over all worth stopping by if you are in the area.

Great oysters and a great lobster roll. The happy hour pricing was incredible. The beer selection was also great. Server was helpful and knowledgable and gave good recommendations on beers to try. The only complaint is we were seated directly in the sun on the patio. Would recommend to visit specifically for happy hour!

We had a wonderful time here! The drinks were good, the food was better! I ordered the southwest burger. It was the best burger Ive had at a restaurant in recent memory. Food & service was decent. We made a reservation and our table was not ready when we arrived but they got it put together. Our waitress was nice but it took a long time to get drinks and refills. She kind of forgot about us at one point. If you dont mind spending a lot of money for mediocre then this is the place for you. This is more expensive and for the money I feel they should be more on the ball.

Fins Rehoboth location is pet friendly with a gated outdoor seating area and a 🐕 buddy hostess. Nelson provided friendly service with good dinner recommendations. The steamed mussel appetizer and apricot / beet salad hit the spot. Their kitchen gladly split the daily special for pet sharing. The oysters were as described, but the shucking needs work, some were gritty with shell pieces.

A favorite local restaurant and bar area that consistently meets high expectations for great seafood and drinks. Go here to meet friends for happy hour because their appetizers and drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. The bar area encourages sharing. There are large high top tables that can seat different groups together comfortably. If you love oysters, this is a gem.
