First Federal Savings Bank in Huntington County

Very courteous, service is awesome, very good service on my debit card when it was being hacked online ..They called me right away and let you know about that. I would recommend this bank to anyone..👍👍👍I dont believe it is wrong of them to have you call ahead to request a large amount to be withdrawn from your account..better safe than sorry now days

This is to me a 5 Star Bank. The people that work there are top notch. You can’t ask for any better.

I opened a checking account at this bank on 1/30/15 after moving to Huntington.Since that time I have set up an online account. This bank WILL NOT ALLOW ME to have access to my online account without first retrieving a security code via email. The problem is they dont send it right away and by the time I retrieve the security code, it has expired. I asked for the retrieval method to be changed to a phone text message but I was denied this access.I am a disabled senior and I need online access to my account. I called and spoke with a manager and a so called tech support rep. I was told we dont know what to do for you . This banks actions are not only discriminatory but also harassing in nature because I dont have access to my account.I would like to close this account ASAP but I have one outstanding check for $10 to my son who has already deposited it in his account over 5 days ago.If you are thinking of opening an account with this bank, please reread my complaint. I hope you decide to go elsewhere.
