First Horizon Bank in Yadkin County

Since the bank merged with who ever. The tellers are unfriendly and rude, especially Lauren. The ATM is out of service alot now. Then you get charged when you get money else where and they wont refund your fee. You cant get a exact balance from the 800 number, it tells you one thing, then you get charged with overdrawn, now all of this is because I had fees from other ATMs because their ATM is always down, and they wont refund my money. Lauren tried to charge me $64 for a $4.77 overdraw due to fees. Called main office and they fixed it. Lauren has to go.

The women that work here are very snotty and rude, they need to learn some manners, and quit the dirty looks.
