میں نے پاکستان اپنی 70 سالہ بیمار بہن کو 27 اگست 2021 کو پیسے بیھجے۔national bank of pakistan Frankfurt branch سے ۔وہ ہر دن بینک جاتی جواب ملتا آپ کے پیسے نہیں آئے۔اج 6 ستمبر 2021 کو بینک نی بتایا آپ کا پن کوڈ 12 ہندسوں کا ہے جو 14 ہندسوں کا ہونا چاہیے تھا۔میں نے فرنکفرٹ برانچ سے کنفرم کیاتو وہاں کے ایک فرد نے بڑی لاپرواہی سے بتایا جی ہاں 2 ہندسے کم لکھے ہیں ھماری غلطی ہے۔اپ اندازہ لگا سکتے ہیں اگر یہ غلطی یہاں کا بینک کرے تو اس کے ساتھ کیا ہو سکتا ہے۔لیکن ہمارے ہاں تو بادشاہت ہے کون پوچھے گا ان کو۔پیسے ابھی تک نہیں ملے۔اردو میں لکھنے کا مقصد یہ ھے کہ ہر خاص و عام سمجھ سکےاورشایدوہ لوگ بھی جو اس قابل نہیں کہ اپنے ملک میں ایسی جگہوں پرکام کر سکیں بجائے اس کے یورپ میں ایسی حرکتیں کریں

Went to deposit fee for some consulate document processing fee. Very grumpy and unwelcoming staff. Appears they have been forcefully hired or posted from Pakistan.

I sent money online at NBP for the first time once in my life. but unfortunately it took over three weeks. I would always have to call the bank employee. they are working for new pakistan. Very very ???
