Disappointed to say the least. I would NOT recommend letting these people look after your rental properties as they work for the tenant and not the landlords.We moved back into our investment property and have been waiting for 2 weeks to even get a call back from them in regards to unresolved issues from the final inspection.They will use excuses like the power was off so I could not check that the appliances work, as I have done research with other agencies it became apparent that tenants are instructed to leave power on until exit report is completed.My rent was often late and when I would ring to find out why was spoken to like it was an inconvenience to the property managers.Now we are left playing phone tag with the principal who can not do anything until the property manager in question returns from holidays. In the mean time my family has not been able to have home cooked meals as the oven is just one issue that has not been resolved. I am sure if I was a tenant it would not take this long to resolve this issues.
