I struggle with dealership as a whole I was referred to First National Fleet & Lease and from start they were easy to deal with as I did everything via email & text. I went in for one reason to sign the deal. I signed & left the lot in a new (to mevehicle. I never felt pressure to come in to do any paperwork. They let me be the lead which felt good.

Leo was great and made the process really smooth. He went above and beyond in making sure I got the car I came there for.Good sense humor and kind.The whole staff showed a great customer service.Go check them up and ask for Leo.

Smooth from start to finish. Very professional experience in buying my vehicle in a very efficient timely manner.

Ended up getting a car from them and it ended up having all kinds of issues and the check engine light came on a day after I got it. I also was told it had a brand new clutch right before I signed papers but then I was told a week later that there was no new clutch put in. They showed me paperwork claiming it had a new clutch and them showed me completely different paperwork after I bought it that showed no clutch. I dont feel like I got a good deal whatsoever and this is my first car Ive ever bought from a dealership

This is are 2nd purchase from this car lot! The car salesman that helped my husband and I was Leo Recabarren. He was so AMAZING ask for him if you get need help getting a car! I needed to buy a quality, reliable crossover suv. I was really nervous about the buying process, but Leo at First National Fleet made my car buying process super smooth and memorable. Leo made sure that I got a car that met my needs, and that’s something that I am incredibly appreciative for.

This shop engages in highly unethical and illegal sales tactics. A truck was advertised at a certain price on True Car. But when we were starting the paperwork to do the sale, the salesman found out that I had more to spend and literally as soon as he got that information, the price magically increased to just a few hundred dollars more than my budget. "What you wanna do," the guy asked. I want you to honor the prices advertised, as required by law! Im registering a complaint with the WA attorney general and the better business bureau.

I had the joy of working with Leo. I needed to get a second car for my son. My credit is okay, but his is very low. My son found a low milage vehical that he loved. Leo put in extra time to explore options to make this work. He was able to arrange financing with a monthy payment my son could afford. Although it was important to me It was so much more to my son. Whenever we felt discouraged Leo would say you are in my world. And I will make this happen. He did.

I came out of a 6 month recovery program and need transportation for work. I talked to a gentleman named Leo. Not only was he polite, he was extremely straight forward. Absolutely no pressure or hassle was experienced during the process to see if I qualified for a vehicle. I walked out of the dealership with a very affordable payment and a reliable car that will allow me to maintain my job and positive lifestyle. I am grateful for the positive experience.

I walked in about 1 o clock in the afternoon knowing exactly what I wanted and drove out with my car about 330. Thomas was amazingly friendly and professional. They worked with me on the down payment and found a better loan for me than I had found before coming. All the cars on the lot looked taken care of and everyone else I talked to was amazingly friendly and professional.

Excellent experience! We looked at a lot of other cars at a lot of other lots - First National had great service with the most competitive prices. Thomas was great to work with and made the whole experience really easy, and even found us a great rate to finance. Highly recommend!

This being my first time car, I got a good service however reception wasnt welcoming.I went in and the car I was looking for I did not find but I got an alternative 2014 jeep Cherokee with 54145miles at $19k. The car is good. Call service centre is very poor, however the guy I was dealing with was nice...I hope the car will last with that huge amount to me.

I was working with tristian smith the salesman. I got to say base off my experience with him the customer serive was very good and responsive before I purchase the vehicle. Once I purchase the vehicle I would not get no response or he wouldnt even answer my phone calls His name for google review was all good but I guess if you purchase from him and nothing they owe you is fine, but for my case it was one of the worst salesman I dealt with ever. The agreement was to get my parts replaced so I would purchase the vehicle but the lack of communication is the biggest issue I have. There was no communication on when to come in for parts. When I finally got a text response from him about my parts, He told me he was busy couldnt answer my phone call ok I get that hes busy but he wouldnt call me back. I have never seen any sales that are so busy they couldnt  give a phone call back. He is by far one of the worst salesman I dealt with. When I finally went in get my parts replaced I was told to wait for Tristan at the waiting area. He didnt even show up that day and I waited for 45 minutes till someone finally came up and ask why I was there. There was no other customer in the building beside me and 2 others so I dont see why I had to wait that long till someone came up and ask me. this is totally the worst dealership I dealt with.Even when I get my license plate there was no calls when to come in to get my license plate my temporary one was going to expire in 3 days I called them they said it was already at the dealship. This dealership got cheaper listing price but you get what you paid for their customer service is by far the worst dealership I had experienced.

They sold a broken car to my boyfriend and never fixed the issues as they promised. We wasted too much time going south and north for months because of them. Then after they realized that they re not able to fix the issues they refused all responsibilities. And refused to pay us our refund. Caused us thousands of dollars of financial damage. They also charged my boyfriend $1015 more than the advertised price. This is fraud ! We already reported them with Attorney General Office, Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. Also sued with Small Claims Court. We ll keep track on it. They caused us really hard times and hopefully they will pay for it in the court. For your money s sake do not even consider them !

I worked with Carlos. He got me into a nice and reliable car! Fast! I had a great experience and able to drive away same day. Just AWESOME!

When I first arrived I met with Tristan and after a brief conversation before the business was done automatically I knew this was were I needed to be. Great customer service, very respectful, understanding, and all the positive things above. If your looking to get yourself a car and you want to be taken care of the right way he’s the man.

I bought a 2013 Dodge Avanger with them last year. The vehicle started overheating same day I bought it. They made a few attempts to fix it. But none lasted more than a month. After they realized that they are not able to fix the issues they refused to take responsibility. I also noticed that they charged me $1000 more than the advertised price for the vehicle. They caused me months of inability to work, unexpected expenses and a huge waste of time and many more. I already put two claims on them with the Attorney General Office also sued them in the Small Claims Court. They are more like a fraud organization than being a honest business. I’d rather throwing my money in garbage than doing business with them again. And I ll keep looking for the ways to get my money back. Don’t even come close to them ! A very huge of wasting money and time !

Terrel Hill, is the absolute best to ever do it!! A man of his word and very honorable.I’ve bought at least 4 cars from this man and he has taken care of me every step of the way.He will literally pull his hair out to help you! 😂If you’re looking for a car and nervous about salesmen, go to him. I had a wonderful experience working with Tristan and Elliot! I walked in there terrified and worried I wasn’t going to walk out with the car I really wanted. They both pulled as many strings as they could to make it possible! I got my 2013 JEEP Grand Cherokee here and had loads of problems. I was sold the Jeep with a few minor issues like the sunroof and stereo not working, the problem is I had to come in 3 times because they would only fix one thing at a time (failure to fill out the proper slip), they then had me delay my cross country move because they failed to order the stereo when I first put in the request. I ended up moving without the stereo (which they mailed meand I then had to pay for the instillation out of pocket. I HAVE HAD THE JEEP FOR LESS THAN 6 MONTHS, and Im finding out today they sold it to me WITH NO FLUID IN THE TRANSFER CASE. I had driven it across country with no idea, and has now caused major damage. My Jeep is completely out with a $3,400 repair in less than 6 months of driving it off this lot.

We had been looking for a BMW for awhile and found one here for a great price. The car and purchase price were fine. However, the customer service is the reason for a two star review.Terrill seemed indifferent throughout the whole process. After purchasing we were told we would get it detailed and have a full tank of gas before we drove it off the lot. Upon getting there to pick it up there was food still in the car and a quarter tank. Terrill said he would go get it filled up for us. After waiting 40 minutes we got the car back and it still didn’t have a full tank. We didn’t feel like waiting any longer. But when my husband went in to tell him his response was, “I owe you”. So unsure what that means.If you are looking for a car that could be slightly cheaper than others this place will be great for you. Just taper your expectations when it comes to the customer service you will receive.

In two days First National got us into our vehicle. The Staff is on point. I was greeted by sales person Kishan Nelson, who was Awesome to work with! I was treated like family. The process was very smooth and professional. We HIGHLY recommend anyone in the greater Seattle area looking to purchase a quality vehicle to strongly consider First National. They ROCK!!

It was rocky at first. The person I was supposed to deal with wasnt there and the numbers we discussed werent accurate. However, Kishawn helped me and got me a better deal in a better car that I wanted all along. He was patient and considerate of my wants n needs. I would recommend to others.

He didn’t try to get us to “just buy” a vehicle , he helped us find the right vehicle for my family ❤️ Gokul was beyond patient, he was sweet and offered lunch for us (my kids and I& also got us Starbucks. The guy I was working with was nice but I called several times ahead to make sure I was approved and that I would come in and walk away with a car. They knew my down payment. They knew I had to pay to get there. Once I was there I was asked double the deposit I said I was able to do. Asked to spend cash and walk away with no car come back a week later and give another thousand dollars before actually having a car. I left, walked a mile down the road to Chuck Olson Kia and had my correct deposit approved for a less expensive 2019 car with only 7,000 miles. Would have wasted my whole day for nothing if I had not found the other dealership. Wouldn’t waste your time here. Picture listed below is the car I got from the other dealership.

Bought a nice Ford f150 here through a gentleman named Gokul. He let me test drive it, take it to the inspection and agreed to do minor repairs that my mechanic pointed out and suggested I ask them to fix.They also had a good variety of reasonably priced trucks that I was tempted to look at for comparison, but just went for the Ford since it was exactly what I had expected based on the description and was in great condition.Gokul and his finance guy helped me thoroughly and informatively through the whole process, not hesitating to answer all my questions. I had to call my insurance and bank to sort few things out and they were thoughtful and understanding, working with me through the whole process.
