First State Community Bank in Saint Francois County

So I deposit $10 to prevent an overdraft fee for being -$8. Every other time I used an atm to fix this I never had a problem. Suddenly today I wake up to a $30 overdraft charge. I call and I can’t even get through to someone at the Farmington branch. I live paycheck to paycheck and struggle to make rent as a 20 year old. Does this bank really need my money that I use for food? All over $8? Screw this place

This is the second location I have dealt with in 2 days. I am nothing but impressed and satisfied with the customer service. It was the most friendly , professional service. I am moving from Park Hills to Pevely. I will definitely be using a branch of this bank. Well done First state!

Absolutely the best bank in town. Parks Peterson and Britney (not sure of last namehelped us purchase a property that every other bank in town wanted faaar more down. Thank you both for going above and beyond and helping us buy our home. Your the best!
