Not a good customer service. I asked for change and they straight out refused that it was being kept for “other customers” lack of customer service with commercial deposits.
I was doing fine with 1st bank until I came here.. If Its not in the policy theyll make the rule up!
I having banking here for over 30 years. At one point we had 4 accounts and a safe deposit box at this bank.They offer online banking and their app is pretty good. I love being able to quickly check my accounts with the app and move money from one account to an other or pay an invoice almost immediately. I can also send money to family or friends thru Zelle also immediately, if they also have signed up with their bank.If you have multiple transactions during the day and one is a deposit they always credit the deposit first. I have heard that is not always the case at some banks.The staff is always professional and friendly and I rarely have to wait long.

Tried to open a trust account, the associate never introduced herself or asked me my name. She told me I needed to complete a credit check application as IF I could not pass...really? I will take my business to Wells Fargo to include a new home loan. Will never do business with them!

I found no matter what location I was at.. to be less than helpful in the client rapport building and dedication to top-knotch problem solving/experience.Upon opening an online account and then funding it, in person, with ID as per request... i received a call they needed my ID verification. I brought in my ID again and as my wallet opened up.. i realized i must have left my hard copy in another wallet by mistake. I had the temporary and blissfully unaware as I made small talk I was tastelessly told "good luck!" With no empathy or understanding and i have remained calm and friendly despite realizing my temporary had expired. The teller dismissed me like I was an idiot, and though we ALL have bad days.. who treats a stranger this way? Even a manager at another branch was tactless and less than respectable in his approach about my ID. I understand compliance but i find it absurd to be belitted for no good reason. Not everyone is up to no good so why assume someone is until they arent?Their mantra of service is a joke.However.. one teller made one experience enjoyable. Why be a financial institution employee if you cannot conduct yourself respectfully to clients who would LIKE to make deposits?????

Great branch, always friendly. Some of the tellers have been there for years and get to know the customers, even those that are not there every day. I usually go during high volume times and I find them to be quick and efficient. I have my safety deposit box here and they are always respectful and courteous when I have to go in it. Thanks for providing such a pleasant and easy experience.

I went into this first bank today hoping to close my account knowing that I had an overdraft fee that I cannot take care of at the moment. I called earlier and was given to a billing supervisor who told me that this can be done but it might be best to do it inside of a location. Immediately when I walked in the door I was given nasty looks by the teller. Which ended up serving me. Her name was Lynn lee. Never in my life have I felt more disrespected I went in there to bank today andshe told me today that I could not close my account with an overdraft fee which I had talk to someone on the phone in billing who said this can be done under circumstance. Instead of getting that response I was mocked and laughed for even suggesting the idea.which I never wouldve done if I was not told in the first place that this can be done. So I brushed off your attitude and went outside and made the call to go and then they use mediately shut down my account. The way I was responded to you and the way I was dealt with was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Speaking to friends and family and customers at First Bank they have also experiences from the exact same lady and other tellers at this location. Im not sure the sense of entitlement these bankers have but they try to belittle people. I suggest nobody bank here. Dave the supervisor was helpful but never have I felt such disrespect from someone when I was nothing but nice.

Falsely advertise Free checking but you will be charged yearly fees to use the ATM card unlike most other banks.
