This is a prove that the first is not likely good not to talk of being better or the best. First bank has proved to be the worst and overrated when it comes to customer service. They are just old for nothing . All they are good at is providing top-notch inconvenience to their loyal customers. I really wish there is zero rating 😡😡😡😡

Great Structure and Easy to Locate

For 3 days I have not been able to do any transactions with my Bank Account, I am frustrated with your poor customer service, I have sent several emails to you guys and also to Uromi branch in Edo state and as well as made several calls, yet no positive result. What a bank you call yourself. U deserve lower than 1 star rating

Poor customer service, poor communication of bank policies and regulations. Sent money through Sendwave App, a new dorm account was automatically created without contacting my recipient. I called Sendwave to ask for refund and that first bank should reverse the transaction and close the dorm account, it is not needed. First bank refused to reverse the transaction, sent out email to my recipient. This email should have been sent before creating the dorm account. The email stated you have the option to pick up or we will create a dorm account for you. That was not the case because the dorm account was automatically created without contacting my recipient. Doing business with first bank is at your own risk.

Indeed an old bank but failed on so many things like customer service, and refused to refund back my money for over 1 months after a failed transaction...called several times, filled a complaint form twice, sent a mail no response, Twitter handle no response, remove my money from my account and so on and so forth..telling me stories that doesn’t add up...how can you keep your customers when you failed to satisfy them....the banks needs to upgrade..I’m signing a contract with the board of directors at my office to stop all transactions with Firstbank today...by 3:00pm coz I’ve had enough with your banks....even at that my money must be refunded back to my account coz I won’t give you people a dine of my money.

The building looks great with the touch of gold and wine. I especially love the greenery maintained at the front and entry way of the house. The area is decent and always kept clean. Theres also and ATM gallery for withdrawal, plus since its the headquarters, I love that face that they considered making room for wheelchair-accessible entrance with rails.
