Five Guys in Lake County

As always the food and service were fine. My issue comes with two small burgers and order of fries in a medium drink cost us $30. For that reason alone, I wont go back into the prices become more reasonable

Multiple roaches in the kitchen. Definitely needs a health inspection. Id stay away from there.

They say franchise is fresh cut.but is not .they just in basket above hot oil..for hours..when I eat is hard..because is dry out..small fries is $4,40 plus tax..and full size $7,50. ..best fries I eat in KFC and popeye..I dont how people eat there..

My burger was wrapped wrong and fell apart when I tried to grab it from the bag and they gave me another one for no charge. Good service. One of the better five guys locations around.

This place has the best burgers that I have ever eaten. The buns are soft with sesame seeds on them, and the patties are thick and juicy. The fountain drinks are also great, with tons of variety making sure that every person can get something that they like. The food is a tad expensive, but the quality of the burgers more than makes up for the price.

This Five Guys resto is the best! Really recommending this! The ambiance of the place is perfect and I love how the vibes really sets up my mood. It is very homey and peaceful. The place is also well organized, neat, clean, unique, tidy and bright. Really loving it here. I came here a few days ago with a friend of mine and we really did love our experience in here. The staff greeted us the first time we walked in and I can say that their service is phenomenal! Their staff are great, well trained, cooperative, patient, professional, kind and friendly. They would talk to you properly and assist you with your menu and with other things (finding a place to sit on, questions about the place itself, etc. Other than their great service and great ambiance, is their high quality foods. Their foods on the menu are really highlighted with delicious treats and goodies that would really satisfy your cravings. We ordered their multiple Cajun Fries, Large Bacon cheese burgers, and our favorite drinks to pair it with. Their burgers are literally the best burgers in lake county. Great place, neat service, awesome people to be with and high quality mouth-craving foods! would definitely like to go back here again if ever we had our free time! Product is good but way overpriced. Bacon cheeseburger and fries with no drink $18. I dont think so.

Update: going up to 4 stars. They’ve been solid again at this location and the burgers have always been good if not a little pricey.Recently they’ve been screwing up orders a lot. Even worse, I ordered a fry ($5and it was literally a tiny cup with no other fries like usual.

the restaurant is nice everything looks clean the food is good but for the type of food I think almost $ 35 for two burgers one fries and a soda is a lot of money.Based on the price I was expecting slightly larger burgers.The taste quite good the meat well cooked

IPDATE 11/2021. While the quality is still amazing and the staff is very friendly. THEIR COVID PROTOCOL COMPLIANCE IS DISTURBING. Allowing unmasked patrons to not wear masks while entering, ordering, walking about is going to keep me from dining in !Great burgers and French fries to die for!

This is The only Five guys in lake County that I go to. The service is fantastic and the people are very respectable. Never had trouble with any of my orders, and the guys can take a joke.

Two young guys working on a Wednesday noon were fantastic, super friendly and awesome costumer service. Than You.

How is it that you serve our food with rubber gloves on and you be touching our food with them?? I think that for sanitary reason you should change gloves after you grab the stainless steel or other things in the restaurant I saw a server make my shakes and serve me my shakes even when he had touched the money he charge me for the food!!! That’s uncalled for. Never again 5 guys will I buy food at any of your locations.

There has never been a time we have walked away from there hungry. The taste.. remarkable! Portions still big as a house! We totally enjoyed our visit & will come back. Thank you also for letting us dine inside.. that was the first bit of normalcy Ive experienced since March. So, thank you, for truly making my day! You guys are loved!

Fries were throw in the bag. Cold the burgers were raw in the middle first time to try this place and the last time. Ive heard good things about the place. The price I spent 30 buck on food we threw away. Sorry..

Wont take my order at the counter really , went next door where they did take my order at the counter, way to lose sales at this difficult time, would be more understanding if this wasnt the only restaurant acting like this

Its a normal Five Guys but instead of it being near a Dicks Sporting Goods its next to a Potbellys and Chipotle. Like all Five Guys its very expensive. A regular cheeseburger starts out at a whopping $9 not including any fries or drink. Its good but its not $12-15 per person good.

Cajun fries, OMG! So good!!
