Fast and really good! What isnt there to like about five guys! I also tried their shakes for the first time.... And wow! They are really good. The only downside is that they are super expensive....

Food was delicious, but we said what we ordered many many times and the guy still got it wrong. we ordered 5burgers and only the BLT was completely right. Really disappointing, but delicious

PROS: A fine working machine as you watch this crew glue their talents together making this work. The three of these workers filled orders in a blur of happy smiles.CONS: A bit too greasy for my liking, but the fans are going wild!

I ordered 6 cheeseburgers, each with different toppings requested. Each burger was overcooked. And each burger was misnumbered so that when I handed them out, each burger went to the wrong person. The fries were good, though. And the people were nice, despite not being able to get the order correct.

Pretty standard service. 4 stars because the order was incorrect but not surprising with fast food

Horrible food. The burger was dry and the fries were almost burnt.

Price is much too high now ($8 for a single patty burger), service is slow, and the guy who took our order was rude. Not the 5 Guys it used to be

They burned our fries but the food was yummy and the company was awesome! Pretty fast, pretty clean location!

I went there yesterday about 9pm and there were just 2 customers when I arrived. They didn’t have any container to put the peanuts, they took more than 20 min to make the burger and not melt the cheese, plus the fries were not served with the extra portion as they always do, also they forgot my shake and forgot to put one of the flavors I asked for.Def the worst 5 guys I’ve gone too and to finish they didn’t restock fry sauce. The crew looked like they didn’t want to work the last hour of their shift and if that was the case they should have closed earlier because otherwise I would have gone to a better place. Disrespectful

The staff is always welcoming and the food was delicious. They tend to struggle with keeping the lobby clean, but we just end up cleaning up out table and chairs ourselves

Five Guys is my go-to when I want a great burger. I love that they let you put so many different ingredients on to satisfy my craving at that moment. I always order the largest size fries they offer - theyre reliably great too - and Ive (nearlyalways been wowed by the portion size of the fries (granted the largest size is $7, as much as a burger!). The guys working there do a pretty good job with a lot of hungry customers. Full disclosure: theyre not perfect in keeping the dining room clean (very important for me), but I can almost always find a clean place to sit down despite the rush.

If you read this review don’t go worst service ever I’m so surprised how unprofessional they are the coldest fries I’ve ever ate And I ordered large and they give us no topper unbelievable only the third time I’ve ever been to five guys and by far this one is the worst So if you’re reading this save your money and go elsewhere I didn’t even get my order right

No more extra fries 😕 The last 3/4 times weve been there weve consistently gotten WAY less fries than they used to serve. Im talking not even to the top of the cup. I feel like the cups have gotten smaller too. $6 for like 15 short fries just isnt worth it. Good food, not good value.

Frequently come here. And after 9 usually because thats when I finish work. Husband and I were confused when employee told us we couldnt order a shake because they were already cleaning the machine for the night. It was 9:15 pm. They close at 10!Not okay

Single, double, cheese or no cheese. Get your burger the way you want. Freshly cooked. Two single burgers and two regular soft drinks - almost $20

Had the best burger I have ever had in my entire life it was a great time with family and friends great service and i will definitely be going there again and many more times after that my ot was a very relaxing stop on our way home from a trip watch out good burger and all the other fast food joints

This was good. I was not 100% with the gluten free options, but I didnt get cross-contaminated. So this was a successful visit. I would say that the restaurant needs a good cleaning. I always have to bring wipes to wipe down my own table and chairs. The kids running this location are just too young to hold that responsibility. Hire mature shift leads to increase the professionalism of this place.

Great burger joint it cost a little more than the others because it’s a little better.

I wish I could give zero stars. The worst service I’ve had in a while. I feel bad, they are just kids.. and I am usually very patient.. but this was rough. They didn’t get my online order. Told me to wait while they check and they would let me know. Never let me know. I ordered shakes while I waited for the kids. They never filled that order. I finally went up and asked and they took my order by hand. Halfway through the kid walked off to make someone a hamburger that had just walked in. Then came back to finish. I asked about the shakes .. they said ya that online order didn’t come in. I said no.. the one I just ordered in the store.Not sure where the mess up started, maybe ordering online was the issue. But definitely turned me off of going to any Five Guys in the future. Waiting at the store for over 45 minutes.

I was one of 2 costumers in there and it still took 23 minutes to make my food. On top of that I ordered 3 burgers and went home to find only 2 in my bag. Very disappointed in this store

Very busy location, the food was good, they did forget to add bacon to one of our sandwiches, but it was good food.

Id give a zero star if I could. Ive never seen the store so messy. Tables were dirty, the floor needed sweeping, no trays for peanuts, etc. 3 or 4 teenage boys were working & taking their time to get orders out. It wasnt busy at all, just us & 3 other tables if that. I ordered the little cheeseburger with BBQ sauce & grilled onions. No BBQ sauce. I went & asked for a cup because it was left off & they gave me about a teaspoon, if that. BUT the BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT was when my husband found this black hair on a fry. Im a redhead & my husbands hair is brown & about a quarter of an inch long, plus he was wearing a ball cap. I took it up to the counter & asked for a manager. I showed the young man. No response. No apology, nothing... I doubt well come back. Very disappointed. Thats not how you take care of your customers if you want them to return.

Food is great always hot and fresh, they completely screwed up my order this time but it was just a bad day, they are normally dead on.

We came in 20 minutes before close and they got us our food fast and went out of the way to make sure it was just right 👌

I’m livid. My husband and I have been moving all day and I ran to get food for him and my helpers. I’m still sitting here. We ordered 3 hamburgers. And I’ve been waiting a total of 1 hour so far. We are all tired and hungry and we needed fast food for the sake of being fast and I’ve been extremely let down. Should have gone to a sit down. Would’ve been out sooner.

The food was amazing!However....The cleanliness of the place was not up to par, nor how they cleaned. Being in the fast food industry myself, I do have higher standards for other restaurants. And this place failed.Please make sure that your employees use actual cleaners, sweep well, and the trash cans are changed. Pretty much do a dining room check before your dinner rush.Yes, I understand that being short handed does not help. That is still not an excuse.For repeat business, please ensure your lobby is clean and cleaned well.

Weve eaten here a few times. The food has always been good and accurately made without too much of a wait. Its typically busy during the usual rush times. The tables are all counter height style. The cashier was really friendly the last time we went.

Five guys is usually always great but yesterday I went around 8 o clock and 2 people were running the line. I dont even blame the employees for the wait time or anything, clearly the employer is to cheap to fully staff a shift or to careless. I bet these employees are underpaid as well just to make there lives even more miserable. Im giving 2 stars solely because of the employer not staffing a kitchen properly. It would be 1 star if I didnt feel bad for these poor employees, personally if I were in there position I would quit. Take some notes Five Guys.

Ok. What happened to the staff there? Ive been to Five guys many times, in several locations, and tonight was an absolute joke!Myself and 4 family members made an order. The wait time wasnt too bad, for there was a continuous stream of customers walking in and ordering.The trouble started when our number was called out and I went to retrieve a single bag, that was stuffed to the rim with fries. Ok. What about the burgers, sandwich and shake?I took the overflowing bag back to the table my family was sitting at and had to literally dump out the contents onto a few napkins we laid out. After a few inches of fries, we found the three (little fries cupsburied underneath. Ok. That was a bit ghetto/ tacky. Why couldnt the fries get put into their own bag?Alright -1 star there.Next, we find that we werent given every burger we ordered. After bringing the receipt to the counter, the annoyance response I received was new and unexpected. I understand that youre a busy chef, but theres a polite way to communicate.-1 more star.Next, my brother had ordered a shake, and called out to me saying we didnt get it, while I was still standing next to the chef. I turned back to the chef and received an obviously fake smile and a well recited "We will get it to you, itll be about 5 min." . . . . . .Alrighty then, -1 more star.Weve only received a portion of our meal and after trying to get things straightened out, getting nothing but frustration and irritation for the next 3 min, youre down 3 stars pal.Finally, I sit down and try the fries that I dont see any other family member eating, and nearly choked. Let me say really quickly, that I love spicy food, and my Hispanic friends have changed my last name to Lopez because I eat my food more spicy then they do. I nearly choked on these fries because there was more Cajun powder/ seasoning caked onto the fries, then there were fries. These fries werent spicy, but just tested horribly. Like really bad. That was a waste of $15 on just the fries.-1 star.Lastly, I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos. What did my burger have? No bacon, and no jalapenos! Im done.-1 star.We were shorted a burger, a shake, bacon, jalapenos and edible fries. We were dealing with millennial children, still in high school, that were distracted by and playing with friends over the counter.Alas, every member of the family wasnt satisfied and requested that I share this event we lived through.It may be an infrequent circumstance, that we had the misfortune of receiving. Regardless, I have no desire to return.

Best fries ever and they give you tons. My family loves the burgers. I get the lettuce wrapped burger. Never disappointing.

Wyatt and Jackson KenCleanest five guys with the friendliest staff. Wyatt, Jackson, and Ken had our food out fast and the order was correct. Much better experience than our regular five guys.

Man, I used to love how they gave you tons of fries. Now the fry servings are a lot smaller, and the price is a lot more. Bummer. The one thing that made the prices worth it is a thing of the past.

Absolutely terrible food! The wait was almost 30 minutes for 3 burgers, no fries and 3 shakes. The food was terrible and the shakes were melting by the time we got it. It was the worst $45 bucks we’ve ever spent for lunch. This is not the first time we’ve had a bad experience here. Just an overrated, overpriced, trendy burger shop. Not worth a second look!

I really like how everyone at this restaurant seems happy. I know it may be a front, but they seem genuinely happy, and that is abnormal for fast food. They have the best fries, and I love the burgers here. It is consistently one of the best burgers.

The one time I have received a mistake here was when they put mustard on my burger instead of pickles. It was the lunch rush when it happened, but the staff were still super friendly, and once I found the mistake at home in the end the manager made it right by replacing my meal. Solid location with friendly staff that care! I will continue to return here.

This location consistently has mobile orders wait unreasonable times, and from the looks of dine-in customers, they dont look too happy with their wait times either. Staff was clearly working as hard and as fast as they could. Owners, stop being absolute cheapskates and hire enough workers to properly run your store.

Honestly, best place to get burgers and fries. With very nice management and staff. Food is made on the spot, and although you may have to wait a minute it’s so worth it to have a juicy delicious burger with all fresh toppings and firm but soft on the inside fries. Totally recommend it here!

This Five Guys has continued to exceed my expectations constantly. Best one around ( I know because I commute around the state constantly), the staff always are super friendly and helpful. I got the Bacon Cheeseburger, it was fresh, juicy, and exactly how I like it. I like coming every Friday after I get back from work. This Friday I came in around 7, it was pretty busy but they got my food out very quickly. Absolutely love Five Guys and this one in specific, very very well maintained location.

I really love Five Guys burgers. The past few times I have been in to this location and the one in Lehi, its been pretty dirty on the inside. we got there at 4:45 yesterday before the dinner rush and the restaurant looked destroyed. It was hard to find a clean table and there were peanut shells all over the floor. This was surprising because there was hardly anyone there. Im used to Five Guys being super clean. This makes me not want to go back.

I struggle when I see burger prices in the $10 range. Its hard for me to imagine that any burger could be good enough to be the same price as so many amazing and varied other choices. I like that i can get a large variety of toppings without an additional cost. I really appreciate places that do lettuce wrapped well and this is one of the better places for that. Lettuce wrapped also requires that the burger stand on its own more than with a regular bun. In this case the burger was a bit overcooked and distracted from the experience. Overall: good not amazing.

This locations burgers and fries were good, but my shake was very watery and the employee who handed it to me nonchalantly said “sorry our machine is watery today”It would have been nice if we had a warning from the cashier or the kids making the food before we got it. Or at least a “would you like to wait for our machine to be fixed?” Disappointed with our experience.

I usually love Five Guys burgers, but today the burger I got was bland. It was a bacon burger, and I couldnt even taste any bacon, and the patties didnt seem to be seasoned at all. For $9, I expected more.At least the fries at Five Guys are always the very best, but they get greasy fairly quickly, so theyre best eaten hot and at the restaurant.

Wonderful place for a burger. It is definitely priced to be a treat and not an every week stop. The ingredients are fresh and the store is always clean and good smelling. I’ve never been disappointed except when I accidentally got mushrooms in my burger, but that was my own fault. The service is very fast for them freshly making everything to-order

The burgers were fantastic; juicy, fresh, cooked exactly as I prefer...great veggies and toppings, as well. I love that they list where the days potatoes are from (for those delicious fries). The free peanuts are a fun idea and the wait for food was relatively short. Five stars for the food and service.However, the music was too loud to have a conversation across the table, and the tables and chairs were rather uncomfortable. It was too hot to eat outside so we tolerated the unpleasant atmosphere inside the establishment.Zero stars for the venue.

Hamburgers, French fries are all made fresh with lots of toppings to choose from. Delicious! Even the strawberry shake has real strawberries in it. The chocolate shake has a very rich flavor. Service was friendly, kind and food was served within 15 minutes.Wonderful tasting food.

My favorite hamburgers on the planet. I go to Five Guys somewhat regularly and I can never get enough. The combo of their juicy meat, meaty cheese, fresh produce and soft buns makes their burgers the best out there. Highly recommended.Their shakes are delicious as well and their fries are crispy and thick. The fry servings are really large so my wife and I usually share a small order.

Good burgers and cajun fries. With Covid 19 they were not doing the free peanut thing, and the pink sauce was in those little to go containers.

Another great burger place in Utah!! I know this is a ton of other places as well, but their burgers and fries are just awesome! They even let you customize your burger, for me I’d rather they just tell me what I want they are the pros haha, but I know a lot of people like the custom order feel. Environment is great especially if you like peanuts! Their Cajun style fries are bomb!
