Coffee is subject to each persons taste. My go to drink is a White Chocolate/Carmel latte. I have had them from here to California and none are as good as Five Lakes. The staff is always friendly and do their best to meet the customers expectations.

This was a perfect place to have coffee. Lots of help so there was quick service. Great cinnamon roll, nice booth to sit in. Not loud at all.

Looks nice inside and employees had a good attitude. What really brought this experience down was after ordering Two Black Tie Mochas, I received two plain mocha ice coffees that were watered down and, surprisingly, tasted extremely bad. You would have to taste it to believe it. Almost as if soap found its way into the drink.

The bagel sandwich was hot and delicious.

I go here every morning before i go to work. Its a pretty far drive for me so I love having my coffee every morning. This morning was different though… I get there and an employee practically screams at me through the speaker saying “We’ll be with you in a moment.” Not even a hello. Figuring they were busy i waited patiently. I ordered my usual. A caramel macchiato, extra hot, skinny, no foam!!! NOT ONLY HAVE THEIR PRICES GONE UP!! But my order was wrong! And when I tried to order a breakfast sandwich they told me they were out?????? How can you be out of sandwiches?? Cant you just make more??? Never coming back again rather go to star bucks!!!

The best White Chocolate mocha around. Ive had white chocolate mocha at other places. Non like theirs. Its the best.

Excellent bagel sandwiches with chipotle sauce on them. Scones just warmed up frozen. Amazing iced coffee blend.

I ordered a Matcha tea frozen and it came more as a smoothie. Not sure what they put in this one, granted I should have asked before ordering but I had gotten one at a different location and was able to drink it. This one I tossed after the first drink. When I tried to call to ask, the phone went straight to a mailbox, which was full, so I couldnt even leave a message. If not for what I have stated, I probably would have rated it higher. The place was nice and neat, and the service was good.

Great great service very nice people great coffee. Ive had many of their egg sandwiches and theyre always delicious but lately theyre so slappy the Chipotle or the garlic parm that they put on and its just all over the bagel and all over the wrapping and impossible to eat on the run. It would be great if it could be made a little neater

I had the light roast coffee and a cranberry muffin, at the drive thru, very tasty. Apparently, like many businesses, they dont have staff for indoors.

The coffee for me is 6/10 after I found a different coffee house with coffee that I liked better, but their breakfast bagels and African Autumn tea are amazing.

This is the best spot to sit and talk with friends. The coffee is superb, the staff are so friendly and inviting, not to mention accommodating(one helped me write a Christmas letter to a friend), and its so clean and cozy. The music they play is perfectly suited for the environment and it really calms the soul. Shipshewana needed this!

The people are absolutely wonderful and the coffee is definitely a must have on a bad day. The Malted milk is my go to is so sweet and yummy.

Five Lakes Coffee was my saving grace in the coffee-less wasteland that is Northeastern Indiana. The service was spectacular, and the coffee was phenomenal. I strongly recommend an iced coffee with almond flavor.

Sometimes the drinks are perfect, other times they miss the mark, especially if ordered in the afternoon/evening hours. I have specified extra cream or sugar in something and been met with total disappointment of how the coffee turned out.

Got coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and a smoothie. They forgot my smoothie and it took literally 5 minutes to get it made. Not sure why. Everything tasted good though!

I dont like coffee too strong so I usually ask for half the espresso. My drink was just right and Ill for sure be frequenting this place more often! 😊
