I had an amazing experience getting my car here. It was the easiest process I have ever been through buying a car, they transported to my town at another location and I only went in for financing. I live 2.5 hours away from this location and got amazing service to purchase this vehicle without driving there. Thank you so much to Max Motors and Peyton for making my experience so amazing!!
Dont come here. Im a broke college kid, but they still charged me $140 for a diagnosis. Told me my exhaust system was fried and it would cost $4k to fix, and then processed to look at me with a straight face while I tried to turn on the car and the battery was dead. Ended up being about to get my entire exhaust system replaced at rose muffler for $1200. Go there
Worked with them on my 2019 Hyundai Veloster 2.0 with services on my coils and spark plugs, each time they took care of the issue and did not fight over warranty at all, they even went ahead and did an oil change for me since it was about time and covered it under warranty which is amazing. They also got me a good deal on trading in the car i said above for a 2020 Hyundai Veloster N and worked with me the entire way to get me the best deal and payments, the salesmen are not pushy whatsoever and will not pressure you into buying a car that you do not want. Amazing staff, amazing people, would work with them again in the future. Side note, servicing your car will take some time but these people do amazing work so give them their time and space, be patient, and know your car is in good hands, don’t listen to the people in the reviews saying “it takes hours..”.
I’m sure sales team is nice, but service department could use some improvement. Had a common issue diagnosed on my 2004 F-150. Called back and scheduled an appointment to have the complaint addressed, but the day before my appointment I received a rather rude phone call from service advisor Rob Billinger asking why I was having my remanufactured engine repaired there and notifying me he did not have parts to complete my appointment. Over a week later and he still hadn’t ordered the parts. I took my vehicle elsewhere.
I dont begrudge a dealership from trying to make money, but I do when they arent honest about how they are doing it. Was told by an internet rep that Max Hyundai was only charging MSRP for the 2023 Hyundai Palisade. As I begin the process of moving forward, they then tell me that I am required to purchase the ProPack paint sealant and the Lo-jack security system. Also if Im financing I have to use HMFC versus obtaining my own financing. I backed out right there. Many dealers are charging over MSRP for vehicles right now...I get that, but at least be honest about it and dont let me get into the nitty gritty and tell me after the fact I cant use my own financing and I am required to purchase accessories I dont want. Is this deal probably still better than elsewhere...yeah it probably is. But I prefer an honest approach versus an oh by the way approach. FYI, Noller Hyundai in Topeka is only charging MSRP and nothing else, they just havent been able to get the same amount of inventory.
Great customer service, I just got off the phone with Mr.Stelter and he answered all my question was super patient and very helpful. Got my problem solved with ease!!
Scheduled an appointment for oil change + tire rotation. Showed up and told service I want full synthetic, gave me a thumbs up. Get the receipt. They used regular oil. I call them out and old dude with a beard gets all defensive of his girlfriend which is the one who forgot to put down the correct oil. So I would not recommend this place. It wasn’t a mistake, it was a lady not caring about their customer..
Great service experience but really wish they could do something about the flies in the waiting area. Looks like they were able to put up fly paper traps and are aware that it is an issue for customers.
Great communication and understanding on what I wanted when went there and great prices on deals.
My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them a couple months ago. Because I work so much, my wife was the one that visited the showroom. They were nice enough to let her bring it home for a day or two so I would have a chance to check it out. After looking over the car, I had a couple of MINOR things I wanted them to take a look at (touchup paint on the rear bumper, slight tire noise, small emergency shift plug by the shifter and detail the engine bay). They agreed to all these things and gave us a loaner car while they took care of it. The loaner car was gross. The smell of smoke was horrible, but lets forget about that. They brought the car back to us the following Monday. None of the things had been addressed at all. Why keep it for 4 days and just let it sit? If your not going to even look at it, dont lie to me! Ultimately, we love the car. But be fore warned. If you expect things to be right when you get your car, dont expect it to be from them.
Nice waiting room. Good experience, but problem not found yet. I have to go back. Hope its solved this time.Went back two days later for more research into problem. Decided that a packrat had invaded the engine compartment and munched on a wire or two.The staff was great. Shout out to Rod and Jacob for being so kind and helpful.New problem a month ago. All fixed now. Thanks Jolene and all techs.
Horrible experience, we live 3 hours away from this dealership and did everything online and phone with salesman Felix. We agreed to purchase a 2022 Kona NLine and were so excited that it would be delivered today. On 1st view there are many scratches on the driver side, and then when we went inside our home to sign the papers the page showed the vehicle has 6740 miles. We were in shock, and ran out to check the odometer, and sure enough it did. They still call this a new car because it has never been titled. We called the office and Felix is off today but we were told this Kona was used as a service car.Dillon apologized for this mishap, but we just could not keep this vehicle as is.We feel so lied to and taken advantage of!
2022 F250 1500 miles terrible shake when braking. Obviously has worped rotors. I scheduled a 10:45 appointment, it is 3:00 pm and they still haven’t looked at it. I have walked out to asked the status. They do not know, nor have they went to check… I won’t be back… I’m assuming warranty work is not a priority. Why make an appointment if you are not going to try to maintain a reasonable schedule…
I had brought my vehicle in for automatic transmission fluid change service. They gave me The Works Service Instead- which is oil fluid change and tire rotation etc … This is not what I asked for and they didn’t even have a conversation with me before they decided to make an executive decision to change what my service was. I was not happy. Then in conversing with me about why it was a problem that they rotated my tires they tried to use the excuse that I had 3 different brand of tires. I shut up paid them for the transmission fluid change and walked away! Yes I know my tires are different but to put a tire in the front that is bad is not as safe for me to drive on… they said tread was good which it is- but I had An independent Tire Service Company change my tires and they pulled a nail out of one of them (my sidewall was not damaged…. And I had been informed that the semi damaged tire needed to stay on the rear axle! Thank god the car transmission doesn’t need to be changed for a long time!!!If they were questioning my intelligence on the type of service I asked for I wish they would have opened up that conversation with me and we could have avoided this problem. “Hey Mam you know you have a sealed transmission and it is not normal to do this kind of service.” And I would have been like “Yes I know … it still needs to be done because I have recently just bought this car at a small time dealership and I would like the transmission fluid to be changed by a ford dealership! I have had everything else looked at already!”
I purchased a Hyundai with the help of a consultant named Cameron. The car we were looking for was in transit and we were not certain when it might arrive. I was contacted by Cameron a few days later and informed that they were able to trade with another dealership for a car that was very close to my specifications. He also emailed the link to complete the required information which is relatively simple. They are about an hour and a half drive from me and I told him that we could be there the next morning to collect the car.We were greeted by Cameron when we arrived at the dealership. He went over the features of the car and some paperwork and directed us to Finance while he went to fill up the tank. All the paperwork was ready and we were out of their within the hour.I appreciated not being haggled or pressed and Cameron was open and honest. If I am in the market for another Hyundai, I would not mind driving 100 miles to get it.I noticed that there have been some negative reviews about challenges with the follow up paperwork etc and I will update this review accordingly.
This was the worst car buying experience have ever had. I have been given the run around by people like Paul and Jay the finance manager as well as other people that work for the dealership. All I want to do is get my tag and they can even send your correct paperwork. I live in Iowa and they sent meet Minnesota paperwork as if they cared. I talked to several answering machines and I am buying from out of town. I do not recommend Max motors because they do not care about their clients. I have asked to speak to the general manager but they keep giving me the run around. I have not even been able to get my tag and have had this car for almost 3 months.
This has been, hands down, the most in organized experience I’ve ever had. We purchased a New palisade through them with a trade in, they lost the trade in documents, failed to notify they financing department that we had a trade in which resulted in us paying 2 extra months of car payments on a car we believed we had traded in. They then had us sign documents with dates that were not the day we were actually there. (Several weeks later When I brought this up with the new manager they never called back. I had bought several vehicles from flint hills ford with no issues, but max motors gave the single worst/sketchy experience I’ve had.
Horrible service department. We had am 8am appointment for an oil change. Called at 11 and after waiting on hold for about 10 minutes we learned they still were not done with the oil change. We were planning to leave town and were delayed by 2 hours waiting on them. If you want efficient service dont use them. We wont be going back.
Would definitely recommend! After having a bad experience with previous ownership we were super hesitant to stop by to look at trucks. We tried anyway, and were very well taken care of by Ty, Bill, and Paul. I cant say enough nice things about them, especially Ty. They worked with us to get us what we wanted, and were pleasant the entire time. We never felt like we were being "sold" on something, and Ty was super laid back and honest with us - which goes a long way in this business. Really made the entire experience relaxed and fun. If youre thinking about buying a vehicle, I would definitely put Ty at Max Motors on your list to stop by!!
Loved our entire experience at Max Ford. Back in October I brought my Hyundai Tucson in for an overall diagnostic test, just to make sure wverything was in hood working order. I got the best customer service there with the guys on the service side. which is what made us come back when we decided we wanted to look for a newer vehicle. We were greater by Tim who was fantastic throughout the whole process. He listened to our concerns and needs about a car we wanted and worked with us find what we were looking for without going way over budget. I highly recommend stopping by if your in the market for a new /used car or just needing service done to your vehicle.
Worst experience ever 10 months on a warranty replaced the motor have it back with a broken erg valve. And they cant even reinstall supports correctly. Just down right terrible service I will never be doing business I highly recommend you find another ford dealership to work with.
Sold me a used truck with a hefty price tag that lasted a little over a year before having a major transmission issue. Truck randomly looses acceleration on roadways and high ways and is barley safe to drive. Beware buying used vehicles from here, shady salesman.
Dillon Ruthstrom was very easy and convenient with our financing. It was awesome we could do everything online. Our salesman Blu Leavell made it so great and easy. He delivered the car to our driveway. Never had a car buying experience go so good. We didnt have to step one foot on the car Definitely recommend Max Motors. Thanks Blu and Dillon
Had my 2011 Ford F-350 in for an oil leak and discovered there were seals leaking on the Turbo and a vacuum pump was weak. After having major repairs done I am very happy with the work that was done here in Manhattan. Taking my truck on a road trip I was surprised at the different in fuel mileage, I normally would around 17mpg but on this trip I got over 19mpg. When I spoke to the service manager (Randyabout it he was surprised but also said the vacuum pump could have been weak for a long time and that might have made a difference. The tech that worked in my truck needs to be commended for his work. THANK YOU MAX MOTORS
FHA checks all the boxes for me: great customer service, fair/reasonable prices on services, and completely transparency about repairs & maintenance schedules. Scheduling online services is super easy, and so is checking in once you get there. My favorite part is the post-service car wash. Whether you need it or not, it just shows the extra mile they go to send you on your way with repairs done and your vehicle looking great!
Hayden was an excellent salesman! He was knowledgeable and we left with a great vehicle, as well as a suggestion on where to grab a bite to eat in Manhattan. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
Took my wifes Hyundai in for a recal and to have the breaks serviced. Our service advisor, Greg Pulse, worked us in on a Saturday. The needed repairs couldnt be completed due to Saturday shop hours. Although the car was drivable, Greg didnt want us driving it due to the breaks not performing 100%. He gave my wife a loaner and completed the needed repairs Monday morning. I was impressed with the friendly and professional staff. Especially Greg Pulse. He kept me informed about the repairs on the recall and had everything completed and ready on time. Thank you Greg and the maintenance team at Flint Hills Auto.
I had the best experience at Flint Hills Auto. I walked in to friendly faces and was helped to find my dream car. After finding my dream car. They got to working the number and getting in my the car I wanted. At the end of the day I went with my dream car in hand. I couldnt have asked for more from them. I would send anyone I know that need a car to them anyway. Thank you for everything that you guys have done to get me in my car. You guys are the best.
I had used the dealership before with the previous owners/management for repairs, oil, etc. and my final visit with them left me extremely upset. HOWEVER recently I took in my car for a strange noise and they did a super thorough job! Matt in the auto shop kept me updated with calls and texts regularly as my car was in for quite a while, and he helped me out making sure I had a rental car! He found me great deals and I left paying less than expected! He even checked in afterwards to make sure things were good! That is customer service! The new management has some GREAT staff on their team! I look forward to my next visits! :)
I had a great experience at Flint Hills Auto today! Shawn and Rodney were great to work with. I didnt want to spend all day at a dealership, and I didnt have to. I needed a reliable car, and I got the Sonata I wanted. I came in prepared and I wasnt given a runaround to try to get me in something I didnt want. Shawn kept the process moving quickly and I couldnt be happier with my new car. I would definitely work with Shawn again!
I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion SE a couple of years ago from a private owner. I had the car for several months and during my morning commute a warning light came on the dash and the power steering had quit working. I was lucky enough to safely get the car into a parking lot but it was very difficult. I called Ford and they informed me of a steering assist recall had been issued on the car and I would have to take it to a dealership to have it fixed. I was also told that due to the mileage of the car that i would have to get it to the dealership at my own expense. So 2 days later I decided to drive it down to Flint Hills Ford with it almost impossible to steer instead of paying for a tow truck."Troy" the sales manager for the whole service department had arranged for the car to be inspected. I get a phone call 3 hours later and he explained to me that I needed a new steering gear because it had failed and that I was required to cover the cost due to the mileage and that the recall had been fixed already which also made me responsible for the cost. He told me that the car needed new tires, and several other parts that would be somewhere around $2,800.00 and also made it very clear that the car was not even worth fixing. I then explained to Troy that i was familiar with Fords and that the steering assist was controlled by the cars computer and that flashing or updating it would fix the issue. He told me that it was not the computer and the steering gear had failed completely. When I asked what just getting the steering gear replaced would cost and how long it would take he said it would be $1,700-2,000 and he didnt even know when he could get the part. At this point I told him to send the shuttle back to pick me up at my residence and return me to the dealership to get the car.I entered the service area to pick up the keys to the car and they had an invoice waiting that said I owed $120.00 for the inspection which at no point was told about it before. I paid the amount and asked to speak to Troy but he had conveniently left for lunch, so i requested to speak to his supervisor. I told the supervisor about Troy saying my car wasnt worth fixing and that he had declined my request to have it repaired at my expense. Regardless of what he thought, I was a paying customer and him being a service advisor, his job is to sell repairs for the service department not turn paying customers down. At this point I decided to leave before I got anymore angry.I was handed my key and got in my vehicle and started it. I was exiting the service garage and as I made the first turn the car turned with no problem, and the next turn was the same. The steering had miraculously started working again. So I immediately realized what had happened and even though the car was working perfectly I became so angry I had to pull over and take a minute to get my composure. So TROY not even 30 minutes before had said the steering gear had completely failed and that it had to be replaced no matter what.So what happened was the service tech had done the inspection and it involved flashing the computer which controls the power steering assist exactly like i had mentioned and it fixed the problem. TROY had no intention of even attempting that and instead lied about the steering gear being broken, otherwise how would it work unless it was replaced.TROY is a liar, he could care less about the customer and attempting to charge me 2,000.00 for something he knew was not broke is just as bad as stealing. I couldnt believe that flint hills ford would employ somebody like him and let him get away treating customers with disrespect and then attempts to scam them at the same time.
This review is better late than never and as Promised and warranted. Back in September of 2019, I was very fortunate to have been acquainted with the NEW GM, Mr. Dillon Clark. The service and respect I received as a former customer is what has EARNED my business AGAIN. I had been inquiring about getting a refund on an extended warranty I purchased on my 2017 f-150. I received a less than satisfactory response at the time. This prompted me to call to ask to speak to a manager. When I was informed that Mr. Clark was the new GM, was relieved as the previous one’s integrity was not forthcoming. I was greeted with respect and my concern was made a priority with GREAT customer service that has earned my business back. I’m “old school” and Mr. Clark personally handled my request in a timely manner and went above and beyond to accommodate. I went to the dealership to see if and how much it would cost to buff out a small ding/scratch in my door and to meet Mr. Clark. I was pleasantly surprised to find a young man from Texas with “old school” values of doing what’s right and customers come first with follow through. So happy this dealership has a new GM to bring it to back to what made me buy my first truck there. The GM before him was a typical stereo type salesman that well all hear about and hope to never come across. Long story short this GM and a service representative named TJ (who are no longer thereand how they both handled the paint damage that the service shop had created on my tailgate is why I refused to do business there. It’s why I traded in and bought my 2019 from another State so I wouldn’t have to deal with the damaged tail gate paint that would have cost under $500 to fix I was told.I believe with this new GM, Flint Hills Ford will serve many more customers and earn back some loss business. Thank you!!
I had taken my van in to get serviced and detailed at Flint Hills Auto and I had a great experience! Randy the service manager and the service department did great and were very helpful. The detail turned out great as well, it was a very large vehicle so I knew it would be some work but, Jesse was very helpful with getting it scheduled and looking good. So overall it was a great experience at Flint Hills
This was the best car shopping Ive ever had. Very easy and honest people. Found exactly what I needed to replace a totaled car without any pressure to "buy." Just great customer service and honesty - ask for Shawn Baer if you want an honest, trusted advisor in car sales!
If youre in the market for a new/used vehicle, I would urge you to consider visiting Flint Hills Ford. Hayden Ford our sales representative provide an unmatched customer service experience. I can honestly say this was the first car-buying experience where I did not feel rushed or cheated like being promised something that was not provided. Case in point, we were promised two fobs for the vehicle we purchased. Their locksmith could not provide the fob due to software issues, so Hayden and the sales manager sent us to another dealership to get the fob and reimbursed us on the spot for the new fob. Hayden helped us understand all the functions that the vehicle has and explained how they worked, told us to call him direct if we had any questions. I believe Hayden is one of those people that understand the usual hassle of buying a vehicle and carefully spends his time making sure you are 100% satisfied. He was patient and accommodating. Hayden makes it his goal to work with you, rather than just for the business. A down to Earth character who simply gets stuff done, I think Hayden considers the vehicle buying experience like he would want someone to treat him if the roles were reversed. He knows that the slightest issue can ruin ones experience. From start to finish, Hayden and the Flint Hills Auto staff works in your best interest and, when it comes to buying a vehicle, these are the type of professionals that you want. Thank you for everything. Well be back to have it serviced.
I brought my car in to get a pro pack done a few months back and it looked great. I tend to ask a lot of questions so I went back and spoke with Jesse the manager in the detail department last week and he was very helpful he even went out of his way and gave me a can of cleaner from his own supply that he said was the best stuff. I will definitely be back to Flint Hills.
I brought my car in to get fully detailed because I had a gift certificate That my wife bought me over a year ago for Christmas. I wasn’t able to find time to get in sooner so I was worried I couldn’t use it still. But I took it in and showed the manager Jesse J and he was very polite and said they would honor it. They made the car look great (I had tons of dog hair The customer service was great and I will definitely be back to support this local business..
I had an amazing overall experience with Flint Hills auto! Jesse Jenkins the detail Manager was very polite and helpful! They made my car look brand new again and also got all of the scratches out that I thought would never come out! I highly recommend going to Flint Hills for all your vehicle needs
Had a GREAT experience with Baer! The quality of service he gave us was exceptional! The process was smooth! You can always buy a car from anywhere but it the experience that sets these guys apart! The service department also provided a good experience and got us in and out in a timely manner! Would highly recommend this dealership!
Very pleased with the service here. It is very evident how Flint Hills Auto has outstanding top down leadership. Edward Luster and staff know how to treat customers. The experience here is what people expect from a dealership.Edit: We bought our second car from Flint Hills Auto. This time Trenton Goering helped us out and was very kind and professional. It is very nice to see consistency with whoever helps you at this business. Outstanding job and keep it up!
Aaron was amazing! Didn’t really know what I was looking for but knew a budget and price range. He definitely made sure to work with that. Was super patient and very understanding. Honestly made everything so easy and painless. Didn’t feel pressured or pushed to get something I didn’t like or wasn’t in my price range and I appreciate that so much. Will definitely be recommending him to all my friends with are looking for a new vehicle!
I bought a car from Flint Hills Auto yesterday. Overall it was a good experience. Keith was awesome! He did a really good job and wasnt pushy at all and was super knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. I would definitely recommend him.On the other hand, Tyler the finance guy was not the best. He was extremely pushy and rude at the end. He made me want to walk out without the car. I told him that I didnt want the dealer warranty add-on and that I would rather use my savings account if something breaks and he replied with, "Oh but how much did you say you had in savings again? Not enough to fix a repair." He pushed and pushed for at least five minutes and it was really frustrating. It ended the experience on a bad note.
Donovan is such a super nice guy! You always feel a little nervous when you are looking to get into a new vehicle, but he made sure to answer any questions we had and then some! He really knows his stuff, and are thankful for all the help he provided for us! Thank you again Donovan and keep up the amazing job!
I always knew Flint Hills was a wonderful dealership but yesterday, they absolutely exceeded our expectations. My husband and I worked with Cory and Glen and cannot wait to work with them again. My husband and I went in looking to purchase a used vehicle that we saw on special and ended up in a 2018 that we absolutely love, that won’t break the bank. We were given a variety of options and they did everything possible to get us into a wonderful vehicle. Most salesmen are pushy but there was absolutely I’m no pressure from Cory. He was clearly more concerned with finding us a car that we loved than earning a commission. We were treated just like family at Flint Hills and you will be too. We simply explained a few things that we wanted in a vehicle and Cory immediately knew what to recommend to us.We live an hour away from Flint Hills but it was worth every mile to drive in and get the wonderful service we received. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience and we WILL be purchasing from Cory again.
Pierre was awesome! He’s not pushy like most salesmen that we’ve dealt with in the past. He helped us get our dream truck at a decent price within the payment range we were looking for at a low APR! It’s the first time we haven’t had buyers remorse on a vehicle! We knew what we wanted for when we walked in and that’s what they gave us! The whole Flint Hills Auto has a great atmosphere and makes you feel comfortable. Thank you Pierre and Flint Hills Auto!
This was probable one of the lowest stress car buying I have had. I live almost 2 hrs away and they worked with me on my trade and made it easy to work with them. Houston Driver was an excellent sales person. Even when issues were found with the vehicle I was buying, they were very accommodating and made it right with me. I would highly recommend them even to everyone even though they are 2 hrs away.
This is the second time I have purchased a new vehicle. The first time was in 2015 and it was a great experience. This time Edward was the one helping me. He showed me the Elantra (which is a great car), but Im a Ford-Girl. So I chose to replace my F150 for a more budget friendly Fiesta. I threw a lot his way and he delivered. He found the car I wanted and all that was left was to figure out the financing. Here is where Willie took over and secured a low APR with a good monthly payment. I am completely happy with my experience.I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my new car.
Is there any way to add a sixth star here? Edward was awesome to work with. This was the best dealership experience I have ever been through and I will be keeping Flint Hills at the top of my list when its time for my next vehicle. We drove two hours just to visit this place and were glad we did. There were none of the high pressure tactics that are all but guaranteed where Im from.I highly recommend Edward and the Flint Hills staff if you are in the market. Even if theyre a bit out of the way, its worth the trip.
I bought a used car from Flint Hills auto last Friday (March 31), and everyone there was helpful, polite, and friendly the whole time. I first spoke with Brittney, who helped me schedule a test drive for the beginning of the week. Before that appointment happened, the car I was planning to see got sold: because of that, I was worried I might not find a good car in my price range, and I told Brittney Id have to look more at their website before rescheduling. But she followed up shortly after that, double-checking my price range, and let me know there were several more options that just hadnt made it to their website yet. The fact that she followed up so quickly, and tried to help me find options in my price range was awesome.I ended up test driving 3 cars on Thursday with Steve, and he was really helpful the whole time. He mentioned a few other cars that might work for me if I didnt like the first 3, none of them far from my desired price range, which was great because I was trying to make a decision that day. I ended up loving the 2nd car I drove, which was listed at a great price for the condition it was in (it was lower mileage, and almost like new, especially compared to what I thought I would be able get with my budget). I came back on Friday to figure out financing & trade-in, which went smoothly, and ended up with a great used car by the end of the day Friday.Id never purchased a car before so I wasnt sure what to expect, but the whole process was great, and everything seemed very fair! I only really worked with Brittney & Steve (and I think Cameron for financing?), and they were awesome, but everyone else working there was very friendly too! Thanks!
I have to let everyone know about my experience with FLINT HILLS FORD in Manhattan. I had gone there when it was called Dick Edwards and after being lied to and treated poorly by a service advisor I stopped going. It is now under new management and the lying service advisor was fired. On Thursday I had to have a repair on my transmission. Today I got in my car and it would not start- tried but would not turn over. I called the dealership right away and am embarrassed to admit I thoroughly tested their commitment to customer service. I was put in touch with the owner of the dealership. He sent a master tech and someone else to my house. They ran diagnostics, apologized for the trouble, and fixed the issue at no cost! He had offered to tow the car to the dealership for free but I requested a cursory check prior to towing and he made it happen. I am beyond thrilled with how he handled me as an angry and late for work customer, their honesty in the issue they discovered, the no charge diagnostic/repair and their promptness. They have earned my loyalty! If you had a bad taste in your mouth while it was still Dick Edwards I encourage you to go back now that they "cleaned house" and have new management and ownership- you wont be disappointed!
