Love the floors! Previous home owners had already put down partial floors and we thought it would be a nightmare to match or complete but Peter and Katie made it so easy for us and were even able to match as close as possible. The installation was even better than expected. Working from home I wasn’t sure how it would go noise wise, but the gentlemen were very courteous and friendly, they made all the cuts and kept most of the noise outside. This is my second experience with FCI Flower Mound. The first project (hardwoods installed in our master bedroomwent so well that when we decided to add hardwoods to match to our second floor, there was no question on who to call. We also decided to re-carpet the bedrooms. As expected, the group at FCI was professional, courteous and did a fantastic job with our floors. The installers are always extremely careful and CLEAN before, during and after the project. We could not be happier with the price, product and service. I highly recommend!

Excellent family business to work with. They went beyond the above average to locate a flooring that blended to the point you can not tell the two rooms were not laid at the same time. Their prices are equal to Floor Decor and other places we investigated. Also the men who laid our floor were professional. They arrived on time, worked quickly and neatly, and had a positive attitude when it took several hours to scrap up the section that had old flooring on it. THe leader person even removed a plank I felt stood out like an ink stain and relaid one that blended better. Super company, owners, and work crew. You are missing a positive experience if you do not contact this company, AND I am very hard to please.

FCI were extremely helpful in presenting many vinyl samples to choose from. Peter Haacker was very patient throughout the entire process, even waited a few months for our final decision, without any pressure.Our entire home was completed in less than a week. We are very satisfied with our Shaw carpet and the carpet pad. Pete and Katie are very professional, easy and personable to work with. They give excellent customer service no matter what. Through all the delays due to Covid, they did not drop the ball. They worked hard on our behalf to see to it we got our carpet. They made sure we were completely satisfied in the end. The whole process was very easy. They came to our house to measure and bring flooring samples. We selected several samples that we liked. To help us decide on the carpet we wanted, they shipped larger samples of the ones we liked directly to our house within a couple of days. Katie and Pete were very friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service and communication was TOP NOTCH! Our new carpet and hardwood floors look great!!!

Pete was great to work with and always quick to communicate. The installers were pleasant to work with and while there were some things missing they were quick to remediate them and get the project finished. They could be better on communicating the schedule.

Pete and Katie at FCI-Flower Mound have provided flooring for two of our houses. They are unlike any flooring salespeople we’ve ever worked with. There’s no sales pitch, just helpful and accurate information on all the choices you have to make. The installation team is professional and super-efficient. About a year after they carpeted our first house in Denton, our dog tracked bright blue semigloss paint on our beige carpet -- and it did not stain! Most of it came out immediately with a carpet cleaner, and the rest of the paint came out with the carpet cleaner the next day. We were so happy with the carpet and the purchase/installation experience, we didn’t consider a different company in September when we moved to Fort Worth and needed flooring. We love our floors. FCI-Flower Mound is excellent.

We were looking to install hardwood flooring in our master bedroom as this was the only room on our 1st floor without. Not only did the team at FCI-Flower Mound come in at the same price for our solid wood, hand scraped floors as others quoted us for laminate, but I cannot say enough about how professional they are.While the wood had to acclimate for a week, once that was complete our flooring was finished in a week. The crew was courteous, clean and really did a phenomenal job. They laced our new floors into the existing and as hard as Ive tried, I still cannot tell where the new floors begin and the old floor ends.. I would definitely use them again.

Pete was great to work with-from the moment of inquiry through Home Advisor until the completion of the tiling project (home office and master bedroom). He came out and gave me a free quote, providing several hardwood and tile samples to choose from and offering to bring more. He and his daughter came back to help us pick out a grout color to go with the wood-look tile we chose--always putting covers over their shoes in order to not track in dirt.We set a date and a time and the crew showed up exactly when they were supposed to--they were respectful, efficient, and finished our project in a day and a half. Pete and his daughter stopped by to make sure everything was going ok and it defnitely was. The crew not only did an amazing job during the project, but they cleaned up before leaving and we absolutely LOVE our new floors! The whole process was excellent from communication, understanding our needs as well as the installation crew. They all took the time to ask questions and get clarification. Peter personally came on site to monitor the progress and do a final walk through. He has even been available and a strong willingness to help with questions after the work had been completed and invoices paidI would also say they were very price competitive but even if they are not the cheapest On your project it’ll be worth Having them based on quality and smooth experience.
