The Deli really needs some quality employees it’s sad that as a customer who pays the employees paycheck always has to deal with attitudes when they approach an employee with the request to cut some deli meat…I’ve worked customer service my whole life and you come across some rude people but the Employees attitude matters.. I’m pretty sure when they go to a business they expect good customer service.

Foodlion is a rip off. The sign for the product will say 3 for 10 but when you go buy it its completely different. And then they want $4.89 for bagels whenever you can go to Walmart and get it for half that .

The store is very clean, the layout is a little different than my usual store. But as far as being stocked it was very well stocked and staff is friendly. Will continue to shop here for sure, that way I can learn the layout.. 😂

I swear the cashier just distracted me, gave me the wrong change and when I went back to get it of course they counted and said they didnt have it. And no Im not about to make a big stink about 10 bucks but I will leave a bad review because thats bad business.

This store has great cashiers who give amazing customer service. My only wish is that they could use their God given right to smile. I’m sure they are smiling but the customer cannot see the smile due to the cashiers having to wear masks. Please allow the workers to live in freedom. Eradicate the masks!

Great Food Lion. Went in Thanksgiving shopping, 2 days before the big day. It was crowded but the employees went above and beyond. One of them went and found 3 different items for us and brought them to us. It was honestly the best shopping trip Ive ever had.

There’s a lady named Roxanne there and she was so rude. I made a call to place an order a SIMPLE order for blue cupcakes and she just completely cut me off and caught this terrible attitude with me, and didn’t even attempt to listen to the order. Would not recommend asking this woman for any help nor will I be going back to this deli, EVER again. How do you work in a bakery/deli and don’t know how to ice a cupcake?

Did the on- line ordering for the first time everything went smooth and wait time for pickup was less than 10 minutes I think that we will be using this for our shopping convenience

Very good...love the fresh fruits and vegetables.Deli was not so good! Fried chicken was not good...wings still had feathers on them and thigh not fully cooked.Overall Lion is a good place to shop, good prices, clean, well stocked and very customer friendly!

Food Lion doesnt carry a good variety of products I look for anymore. Also, meat prices are outrageous compared to IGAs.

Good selection, helpful staff, clean, quiet, shopping experience. Cost a little more than Walmart but worth it.

Entire Staff employee and management are all very nice and friendly. They make every attempt to keep lines short. Usually if more than two people in line they open another register.

Clean store, nice staff but next to no meat/bread to choose from because of the mass wide panic.

Love the rewards! There have been days when I needed some things from the store but didnt know if I was able to pay for it all and the rewards ended up in me saving money and having to pay less at checkout.

Its a very clean store with all items in easy to access places. However, the store is starting to trend upwards in terms of prices. My wife and I planned to grab lunch here after our grocery shopping but couldnt justify 3.99$ for a small sandwich.

This is without a doubt the Food Lion with the widest selection and variety of products Ive ever shopped in. Which is quite interesting when you consider this is a very small town and I lived in Charlotte NC for 19 years.

The store was clean and the employees were friendly. They were out of some items I wanted and the prices were a little higher than I wouldve paid at the local "big box store" that I wouldve been able to order online from and just pick up.

Customer service is awful. Cashiers act like it the worst thing when you get in their line. They mumble when they are talking to you. Dont answer questions and if they do they throw an attitude. I thought I was coming to food lion not walmart.

The management is absolutely horrid. The guy Carl is beyond unfit as manager let alone employee. The lady standing at the end of the registers talking on her phone and laughing was just as as bad. Dissapiunyed to see food lion be so below satndards. Very sad. Whats happen. We have another Wal-Mart it seems.

This is a long review! Manager here is great - I dont know his name but Ill edit when I find out. If you ever have a problem with a purchase, cant find what youre looking for, etc, hes quick and happy to help and so is the rest of the awesome staff. One time I couldnt find a certain flavor of sunchips two weeks in a row and I spoke to him and the next week they were there. Another time, I bought pre-bagged apples and they werent good at all, I let him know on my next visit and he pulled them all off display and replaced them so other shoppers wouldnt have the bad experience I did. Lastly, just recently, my 8 year old decided it was a good idea to eat some of the celery when I wasnt looking. I found out and decided to use the event to help my son learn that eating food that you havent bought from a store is the same as stealing. I found the manager and he could tell I was disappointed in my sons actions and wanted him to learn that its not alright to do that, and he spoke very seriously with my son about stealing and about the consequences of our actions and helped me reinforce the lesson I was trying to teach him. Im grateful that they have such good people at this food Lion! Theyre always smiling and always quick to help. This store and its staff deserve recognition for truly making this food Lion a place where shopping is pleasant. Corporate would do good to use them as an example for other their other stores that do not provide nearly as nice of an experience.

This is your typical Food Lion. There were several employees and they were helpful. Cashier was waiting at the entrance to her register waiting for someone who needed to checkout. Were having problems accessing our VIP points online though..why does it have to be so difficult????

My favorite food lion. We do our weekly shopping here and always have a pleasant experience. Check out is always fast and if there is a line, manager isnt afraid to jump in and help out.

One cashier, interrupted by a customer for a pen, customer service representative finally comes over to help him. Both acted as if they didnt want to be there. Not all visits here are this bad.

For a small town food line its great. Staff is super friendly and store is always well stocked. The bakerys pretty good too.

Really nice Worker at the meat department here at Good lion! He had everything cleaned up and put away, and still wanted to serve my Honey Ham I came for and requested! Now thats customer service!
