If you go here, find the girl who loves potatoes. It sounds like a joke, but she’s INCREDIBLE. Got some shoes for my partner who’s had pain in his heel for running. She’s so charismatic, AUTHENTIC, and knowledgeable. She deserves a raise!!

Went to return a pair of shoes that turned out to be the wrong size purchased less than 6 days ago that were fitted by an employee in store and worn only once. We only wanted to exchange them for a 1/2 size up. They would not accept the return and then blamed the poor sizing on us. Wont go back.

Rude, some looked like they were on drugs, swore at my grand-daughter, only wanted to check other prices. Very bizarre.

Amazingly helpful staff. Even though they didnt have stock of the shoe that I wanted, went above and beyond to help me.

Would like to personally thank Brad in store. Helped me pick out some good socks and also advised me on good foot lubricant to utilise when breaking in new shoes. He also helped me try a variety of styles on while massaging my feet to ensure a great fit for the shoe. Thanks for a great service Brad and looking forward to the next foot massage and shoe trying session!

Everytime I have shopped at Footlocker, now being the second time, staff have been extremely unhelpful. Everytime I need something from them they make it seem like a chore to help me and I constantly have to seek out attention.

Worst online shopping in the world

Extremely slow snail-like service. Machines were clearly incompetent and inefficient. It took an hour to process a sale. The employee was nice however the machines were out of date and faulty. Only one machine could use cash and the other one couldn’t.

Service was extremely slow for reasons as following:1. Faulty machines2. Workers who were standing around talking about personal problemsAdditionally, the worker that was serving us did not recommend the best for the customer as the worker did not recommend the 10% discount for signing up. Furthermore, we were only told about this discount after our purchase.I hope that this review is viewed and feedback is taken into consideration to improve customer service in the future.Regards

Recently purchased a pair of runners. Service was excellent with good assessment of foot shape and walking pattern to tailor the shoe type and size.

Spent a lot of money at this store only to find out its poor quality stains and paint on the shoe i am not happy with thee workers who apparently look over the shoe before yoy pay top dollar. I am a sneaker head i have a lot of shoes but the quality of staff in this store is a joke go elsewhere in all honesty

Tim was super helpful. Even though they didnt have my size, Tim took the time to show me some options. He pointed me to another retailer who might be able to help and I was successful there. You cannot ask for better, more genuine customer support than that. I will be recommending Footlocker as a first stop for shoes in the future.

I love their music selection. Staff are friendly and you can usually find reasonably priced sale items. Not the biggest foot locker in the world, but they have a decent selection of shoes and clothes.

Absolutely foul music that they play so loud. Swearing every second line. Extremely unpleasant when trying to shop.
