Ford Service Center in Albany County

My work truck been there for two months and still isnt fixed. When we call they say we will call you back never get a call back. I called three times today no call back. We still dont know what was wrong with it. It sat in the parking lot for a month before they realized it was there and that was because we called to see how it was going with it. Worse place ever go to browns ford in Amsterdam the service guys at the desk need too go

You have stolen Mr Buluts coverage rights. Didnt acknowledge your customer about warranties. And even wrote his mileage wrong. Shame on u.stay away from them

Mike Moolick is the guy you need to stay away, he is financing manager at the moment and very knowledgeable about tricking people. He changed my APR rate at last minute and he didn’t even provide the proof of letter he had to show me. I got my car even if I pay now higher interest, because I drove almost 3 hours to get the car and didn’t want to go back without anything. If you don’t want to experience the fraudulence, do not make a deal with him. He doesn’t even answer my calls/emails anymore, very bad customer service!

DePaula Ford is amazing! I would highly recommend them! Amidst all that is going on in the world, Frank, Jay, Aimee, and Mike worked hard and *safely* to get us into our Ford Expedition. They took care of every little detail from financing to insurance to registration of the vehicle. I feel the entire team truly did everything according to what was in our best interest. We will definitely return to them in the future when we need another vehicle!
