I recently made a $2500. purchase only to have to cancel the order two weeks later. Lynn Metzer at Forma tried to help me figure out a solution to my problem but I was just unable to commit to the plan offered. He made the process of purchasing and canceling the order effortless and stress-free. Big thanks to Lynn. I will be considering Forma once again when Im in the position to make a purchase.

I am so happy I walked into this store. They sell Scandinavian modern design furniture that is focused on being comfortable. They believe in the products they sell so the sales process is very relaxed and about finding the right furniture for the customer. I found the perfect chair for my space and couldn’t be happier.

I was so happy to find this store! I am short (5’1”and have back issues. I searched all over the area to find furniture that works for me, without success, until I found Forma. Forma had a number of choices that would work. The furniture is very well-designed. Nathan is very knowledgeable and encouraged me to take my time to find the best fit for me. He was very patient with all my questions. I ended up with a gorgeous, comfortable and well-made sofa and two recliners. I recommend the store and the staff highly.

Warning read critical reviews before buying. I ordered a stressless chair from Forma and like other poor reviews on this site I have now waited months past the intended delivery date with absolutely no proactive Communication from the sales agent or owner. I called in several times and was told they would get back to me and the first two times I received no callback.It was only once I was upset that they paid attention to my requests by returning my phone calls. However even then, when I requested a refund because I could not wait for the chair any longer because I am moving, I was told I would have to pay a 50% restocking fee. This is ludicrous as the industry as a whole typically request a 10 to 15% restocking fee. I was told that they could ship it to my new home location but that I would encourage charges for that.In the end I still don’t have my chair, I am in the middle of a move from Colorado to the East Coast and the most stressful element of my experience is dealing with Forma.You will not get good customer service if anything goes wrong. Only if everything goes right.

Awesome Experience! Lynn Metzer and his staff have been wonderful to work with. Lynn is knowledgeable, personable and professional. The quality of the furniture they sell is top notch. When we were determining how best to furnish our living room, they were very helpful in suggesting options to meet our needs and budget. Forma did a great job helping us find the right modern sofa after searching for quite some time elsewhere. Other places tried to get us to buy almost anything and Forma really listened to our needs and were able to match it with no pressure at all.They were thoroughly professional and lived up to every promise made and communicated very well with us.Delivery day brought an unforeseen issue from the manufacturer and the delivery guys were able to fix it on the spot, were courteous in our house and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

Connie helped fit a chair to my husbands body size, she explained the functions and the value! We bought the signature recliner and ottoman plus the Stella 2.5 seater with headrest and ottoman.Jay and Tyler delivered our furniture and placed them right where I wanted them and repositioned them to make the room look great. They were careful and professional!I highly recommend Forma Furniture! Shannon went the extra mile to get our delivery before Christmas!

I could not be more pleased with my gorgeous new chair or the personalized service I got at the Boulder store from Lynn and Anastasia. Selection of the leather color was much easier after a home visit by Anastasia to see our personal decor and to encourage my process of choosing a color I wanted. Every time I come into my living room, I am filled with joy seeing my chair. It’s comfort is also unparalleled. I was pleased with the delivery option too, as the scheduler and the two delivery guys were efficient and pleasant. I would recommend Forma to anyone seeking furniture.

ALWAYS ASK FOR LYNN! He is the best. Knowledgeable, courteous, excellent customer service. I shopped at many stores in the area looking at Ekornes Stressless furniture and I found the best selection of floor models - by far - at Forma, and Lynn knew many of the specs, dimensions and features of various styles off the top of his head. This made my visit very efficient - I did not have to wait for him to shuffle through the catalog to find answers. He was helpful without being pushy or overbearing. When I finally came back nearly two months later to purchase, he knew me by name! If you want a tailored experience, buy at Forma. They do not disappoint - Lynn especially!

Great experience today working with Lynne. He is very knowledgeable with the Stressless chairs and my less common request for the office chair version. We went to 5 different furniture stores between Denver and Boulder and Forma was the only one with a floor model with the office chair base.

This is my second purchase if a reclining chair and footstool from Forma. Needed a good chair to sit in for my work, and a few years ago, received excellent help in fitting me for the correct size and design. Have been so happy that now, working from two settings, realized I require another one. Working with LYNN on phone and email in this time of care, and he was more than attentive and helpful; he sent me all of the current information on models that I requested, and offered to keep me posted on all steps in the process. This is the place to go for top quality furniture. It can be a bit on the expensive side but the selection and quality is top notch. It’s also more of a local business rather than a chain, so I like to support local business. It’s a tricky location in a shopping center, so you got to drive around to find a good spot.

We went in with a very specific set of needs for a sectional. Our sales associate, Amanda, was patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to help us find exactly what we needed and wanted, and made sure we would be happy with the end product. I will post a review on the actual product when it arrives in 4-8 weeks, but for now, I can say that the service and product line are top notch. There are a lot of options on the floor, and through their vendors, and all supplied by good, solid associates!

My husband loves more modern styles- after hours trekking through all the big furniture stores, we came to Forma and finally felt like we were at home. Forma Furniture in Boulder (and Ft Collinsis a high-end furniture store. They represent the Stressless brand of luxury Scandinavian comfort chairs. This furniture from Norway is well made and ergonomically designed. The Stressless line includes a variety of “similar” chairs that are different enough that it takes both time and, more importantly, a sales staff that is fully familiar with the full product line to completely appreciate the variety of individual features. This is where Forma and their Sales Consultant Lynn excel. Through his extensive knowledge he was able to help find the right chairs for my wife and me. Further, in order to fully appreciate the design and comfort of these chairs it is necessary to spend some time sitting in them. The Forma store provided the ideal setting to spend time with the chairs in a relaxed atmosphere to be assured that we were making the most informed decision. Lynn is very knowledgeable about the product line and was able to facilitate our selection process. He provided valuable insight into other similar chairs in the Stressless line to the ones we chose. In fact he brought in another chair from their other store to assure we had the best choices available as we finalized our decision. Lynn provided the high level of professional service that one would expect to help in selecting an important long-term luxury item expected to provide comfort and value for a number of years. We are loving our Stressless couch from Forma Furniture in Boulder. Lynn Metzger spent significant time with us trying the various couches and explaining the advantages of each. Then he facilitated delivery to our mountain home without a hitch or huge cost. Buying the couch was a big expenditure for us so getting such professional and personable assistance was much appreciated. Weve been so happy with the lamps and coffee table/hassock we got from Forma Furniture with the awesome help of Lynn Metzer and the other great staff. Lynn has referred us to specialists to help us with furniture we bought elsewhere that needed repair, alerted us to special warehouse sales for the EKornes stress-less furniture they carry, and alerts us to new items that might fit what we are looking for longer-term. Forma Furniture in Boulder is the most wonderful store!! Ive been in there several times recently, and the people working there are just absolutely lovely! The owner himself, Travis, is one of the nicest people youll ever meet. He has helped me very patiently in selecting the perfect chair for my chronic injuries in my neck and back. They also have affordable financing that makes the whole process easy if you need furniture and want to buy some time. The gorgeous selections from the Ekornes Stressless company are incredible and the ONLY recliners I have found anywhere in the Boulder/Denver area that actually are so very supportive and therapeutic that I can sleep In if my painful neck and back act up. This is a beautiful store with people like Lynn, who patiently helped me select a chair for weeks on end and Karen who is also delightful. You wont find a better selection or an owner who really cares to go the extra distance to help you with a comfortable chair or sofa, no matter how long it takes. Very impressive store!!!
