Real nice long term campground for this area. Not a KOA, but clean surroundings, affordable price, reliable utilities, and awesome hiking in the Blackies or family housing area.We were visiting for a few days. Recommended for young families needing an option with peaceful accommodations. Also near the action for this mission. Plenty of cool hardware zipping by on the way to fun, fun, fun!We recommend to Americas best!

Beautiful RV park with Mt Tiefort in the background. Reasonable rates and a brand new community center with washrooms, showers, pool tables, ping pong, and more.Also offers trailer storage.

Hot in summer.....cool and windy in winter. Rarely rains. Lots of dust. Good desert experience. You need good A/C in summer.

The price is much too high for what you get. The RV Park Manager (Johnny Jiminezis difficult to work with. Hardly any of the advertised amenities are ever open for patrons to use. There is no WiFi, so plan on having your own internet source…. Pay your rent on time or they charge you a $10 a day fee (without any notice).But the neighbors are all awesome!! We’ve made so many life long friends from this park (which is the only reason it got two stars). It’s right next to the 11th Cav Det. Horse Regiment, and the Irwin Horse Club (civilian boarding). Also not far from the ranges, Mt. Blackie, and storage facilities.

This hookups work, but the sites are located on a washed out road that resembles an abandoned parking lot. The price is great at 15 bucks a night, but dont expect any amenities.

Great place to spend the night. Full hookups with 30 and 50 amp available at each site. Sunsets are amazing up here. You must have a military ID to get to this RV spot. Very remote location with great views. Check in is at out door recreation desk. Everyone was very helpful. Great place to stay when visiting the base. Lots of history here.
