This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you wont regret it.Loved my stay with Four Point. Rooms are good, Breakfast is great, All major attractions like the Space needle and Lakes are at walking distance. I had an early morning flight and reception scheduled a call to wake me up on time.. 😊

My wife and I stayed in May 2022 for four nights. We were told at check-in that our room would only be cleaned after the third and seventh night. This information is not on their Web site. We stayed for four nights. Our room was never cleaned during the four nights we were at this hotel. We requested that our room be cleaned several times both to the cleaning staff and at the front desk. Although we were told the room would be cleaned, it never was. On day three after the room had not been cleaned, we placed our garbage and dirty towels in the hall outside our door. I have stayed at numerous Marriott hotels over the years at locations throughout the United States and in other countries. I have never experienced this before even at Marriott hotels that have cost much less than the $250/night that this hotel charges. I do not recommend this hotel and suggest that you consider other hotels in the area for your stay in Seattle.By the way, there also was limited hot water for showers several days.

The staff was nice and place is so good. It only takes almost 10 mins by car to go to everywhere. Parking fee $20 per day is also cheap when comparing with other hotels around here. If I come back to Seattle, then I would like to stay here again!Downside is they don’t clean the room during period that we stayed here (3-4days). Only can get more towels.But worth it for price and can see space needle in the room.

Right next to the Space Needle. About a ten minute walk to the Space Needle. About a mile walk to the city center and all the touristy activities. Conveniently right next to a grocery store as well. Within walking distance of plenty of restaurants.With the current prices, Lyfts that took me about 8-15 miles out of here were approximately $20/$30 one way. If youre fine with using public transport, its within walking distance of a bus stop and the light rail.Friendly & helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Limited breakfast buffet was ~$15. Snack area was always stocked. Lobby and other public areas were clean as well. Thought the area was rough at first glance, but its actually right next to a busy intersection with foot traffic.

Great service! Friendly staff. If I had a problem with anything in my room I would just call the front desk and they would help me out immediately. The rooms are clean equipped with the basic necessities such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. My room had an awesome view of the space needle. Breakfast was okay. Beds are comfy and the ac/heater work perfectly! Will be staying here again when I come to visit.
