Entire facility is immaculate👏thanks to those staff members. To start, at reception/check out are the team of Chris & Chris. Efficient with a joyous way of welcoming & sending you on your way. Next is Nurse Julie K, everything you want a nurse to be & more. She even ran, literally ran, my forgotten sweater out to me. That brings me to Brinn Ostrander of orthopedic medicine is caring knowledgeable & listens with care. I cant imagine being treated elsewhere.

Very clean and neat. Great atmosphere and location. I like the small town park like feel. Minimal wait for doctor. Staff was very courteous and helpful. While I understand why, I don’t like that you have to schedule an appointment for lab work.

They were polite and courteous and i didnt have a long wait after check in and the nurses and doctors had great bedside manners

Fox care pharmacy is completely unprofessional, unreliable and rude. I will never be going back. I don’t trust them handling my medication at all, they have made me miss 4 doses of things before because they are always late with refills. Always.

Great staff at the Womens Health Center.

Staff is amazing, they make sure that you are comfortable, and are doing fine. I like how the dentist tells you what he is doing, and keeps checking up making sure you are okay and that you arent feeling anything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a oral surgeon

This is a great facility except that they really dont have a large map at the entrances so you can wind up looking for your office for quite a while.

I absolutely love this hospital and their staff. The doctors are phenomenal, like absolutely phenomenal. Ive gone in twice for issues with my pelvis and ovaries. The second time I came, I could hear a doctor fighting on the phone with Albany Medical center, the doctor at basset needed to get a patient to Albany because they had what that patient needed and basset did not. Albany medical center is horrible from my experience and the doctor at basset had no issue telling Albany that she thought they were just being lazy and didnt want to take the time to transfer this patient. I loved being able to hear a doctor be so upset at the negligence of another hospital. I love the compassion here.

I am always in awe of the ingenuity of this medical complex. The concept is genius and extremely convenient. I wish other healthcare systems in the Capital Region were more like this.

My daughter went there for all her prenatal appointments last year; they were amazing and handled her first pregnancy with such care and attention!I personally go there for cardiology and i couldnt be more pleased!

It is a place to go for your medical needs. It also has a pharmacy where you can get meds and other supplies. It also has a wonderful fitness gym and hot tub a n.v d swimming pool. The only downfall is those on fixed incomes can not afford it and those who do not drive can n ok t get to it. I think that since we are no longer going to have a hospital in Sidney that they should put a gym, pool, hot tub in the hospital for the bassette patients that live in sidney who can not get to oneonta. All Bassett patients should have the means to get healthy to.

Never in my life have I been disrespected and neglected at a hospital this bad. I went in by ambulance for heart issues. I would of gone to Bassett but I was scared I wouldnt make it that far. The only good nurse I had was Taylor the first woman I had tried twice unsuccessfully to draw my blood, completely ignoring me telling her that it wasnt working because I was dehydrated. Any hint or suggestion you make here will be ignored. Taylor tried the final time. The first two are doing terrible because the needle was in my arm for a very scary amount of time with nothing even connected while the nurse was moving it back and forth leaving a hard and painful bruise extremely quickly. Oh and my other serious concern is that I was hooked up to the ekg to monitor my heart rate which at one point hit 151 and no one even glanced in. I was later unplugged completely for a very extend period which made the fourth time that a very angry man tried to draw my blood and made me sit up to do it ( even though no one else hadeven harder because he wouldnt believe that my heart was so bad since it wasnt plugged it. He also implied i was lying because I got up to pee so much. I asked for a bed pan but I figured theyd be even more unnecessarily mad and fight with each other even more than they already were if I had so I gave up. To end the night I left ama because I was told my chest x-ray would be ready half an hour after doing them. Two hours later I asked for an update on when theyd be done and was given an attitude that was beyond unprofessional and very uncomfortable. As a note to the Angry nurses of night shift from the er at fox- Youre there to Help people, not roll your eyes and moan and complain with every move you make, theres a difference between an off day and being a bad nurse. Walmart is literally always hiring, if you hate your job so much just quit 👍🏻

Great place, great people, very educated doctors and specialists, and they also have the best gym in town, compleat with a pool, sauna, and spa

Its a big building and there are different offices in it, if there is a blood test involved after the doctor visit it is all the way at the other end

I love Foxcare pediatrics. Everyone there are so good with kids. They have patience. And so easy with the kids. My kids definitely love it as well.

Nice clean place and they have redone most of the lighting in the main area outside of the offices

I was very pleased with how my visit to the foxcare center went! They took x-rays (finally, someone listened to me, instead of thinking I was drug seeking!), and they gave me a brace to use and then referred me to physical therapy and an orthopedic surgeon!! I was so happy 😊! They were so kind to me, and helped me use the brace for the first time and everything! I highly recommend their orthopedic section of the building, I dont know about the rest of it, but this part was wonderful!

I like that I can usually get in and out fairly fast. I go to several of the specialist here. Its convenient and I can always find a good parking spot.

This care center is great. I love all the smiling faces greeting me at the door every time I go there, which is to have my teeth cleaned and to see my dentist. My dentist is very patient with me, and this pleases me more than anything else!

I had some bad experiences here with rude employees. Plus the room I was in at the time was so dirty you saw the grime and black yucky stuff all around the edges of the room and clumps of hair and webs in the corners and floors. Looks like whoever cleans rooms isnt good at their job. Main lobby however is super clean and almost reminds me of a hotel but rooms are not good. When they brought me in the room it was still dirty from the last patient with ripped paper on the exam table and wet spots. Was gross

It is a health care outpatient center with medical, dental, laboratory, fitness, meeting facilities, and a snack bar. The complex started out as Oneontas first shopping mall. Efficient remodel. Plenty of parking and a helipad and a separate bank branch building on the campus. Volunteers staff a welcome post at the main entrance. Many people use the open space to get protected walking exercise, public restrooms as well.

They helped me out when I had a pool of blood running on the floor. Small scar. They did great

Disguised as a shopping mall, Foxcare is a sparkling clean complex of medical and therapeutic offices. Even has a breakfast place for the mall walkers

I have been coming here for many years (15+), it is a great place becuase they have a wide array of doctors offices, as well as, a pharmacy so you can get everything done in one place (even lab and x-ray work). It is a great place to bring kids while your spouse has an appointment becuase you can walk them around in the mall like atmosphere and not be stuck in a doctors office waiting for an appointment to finish. They also have a cafe so you can get snacks and even full meals while you wait. I highly recommend FoxCare center it is a great place.

Dont go to FoxCare Center.I had a sever chest infection and they gave me intense pain medicine which I insisted I did not need and then proceeded to give me one dose of antibiotics and sent me home.No prescription and no explanation.As someone who has spent years in Oneonta, I would highly recommend avoiding Fox at all costs and instead visit Oneonta Specialty Care in Oneonta or Basset in Cooperstown, NY. I have been to both of these facilities and received top care.

There are many different Fox Care Center medical departments, and they vary in quality, so it is difficult to give it an overall rating. I am only familiar with three medical departments from the past four years. 1. The lab testing department is quite fine. 2. The walk-in clinic is okay, but the wait can be long. 3. The internal medicine department is stressful, they used to have four doctors and now they have just two doctors--I had to wait six weeks for an appointment with a male doctor that was arrogant, phony, and mean--this was a surprise since someone gave him five stars and said he was a concerned doctor. I was happy with the female doctor I used to have there. Anyway, I found myself the next day looking for a different primary care doctor. I recently moved to the wonderful countryside in Upstate, NY permanently from a stressful NYC after more than 35 years back and forth. I was told that many in the area go to Albany, NY for health care.
