Got my first brand new bike today. Very happy with it

I took my bike into the store to have my gear derailer adjusted and the store clerk/service tech. Took my bike in the back and fixed it in5min.excellent service And good price. 😄

Cant say enough good things about the shop. Call them today to drop off my bike to adjust the brakes. They said go ahead and bring it in. It Was done within an hour or so! Didnt realize untill after I left how little they charged me for the work.Top Notch service

I took my bike there for tire changes and other rapiers yesterday. They fixed it before time and at very good price. I am very happy with their service as well.

Had been calling about repairs needed on a bike, with several conversations. They never got back to me, and I ended up doing the work myself. I was waiting on information they said theyd provide.If the bike shop is too busy to follow up on their word, then they should just not give it. Seems like the respectable thing to do

The best bike shop I have found since being in woodland. Outstanding service and stay open longer for customers like myself that stripped out a derailer screw and needed a new one before morning. I cant say enough about the team there!

Incredibly helpful with a world of knowledge family-owned. So they care about the local community and being fair priced and committed to providing the best service possible. I have been to several bike shops looking to buy a new bike soon. When Ive gone to other bike shops and they learn Im not buying that day they really dont want to answer alot of questions and in fact they seem to disappear. NOT Foys they spent so much time answering every question and made me feel like I was the most important cutomer they had. When I was leaving the owner even gave me a map of a ride he and his friends do on the weekends and invited me to go with them when I find a bike. Now let me tell you what you and I cant find that anywhere anymore. Ill be back FOYS dont you worrie. Thanks again for showing us the standard of being a good business. Buy local from small business. Just tooky bike in for a major tune-up, its first in over a decade. The replaced the few things that needed replacing and got everything back in shape. It now rides like it did when it was new.

I have been goung to Foys Bike Shop for several decades, and it is what every bike shop should be like. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable, and their prices are so reasonable thst even though I am a fan of Amazon, I still buy my bike stuff here. They are so good at repairing bikes that if they are not too busy and my bike needs an adjustment or I am unsure what is wrong, they will fix it on the spot, and quickly. It always amazes me how fast they figure out the problem. And they are willing to explain things they do to me, and even show me how to do simpler things myself. It is easy to see why they have so much repeat business. While waiting for my bike to be fixed I have seen them interacting with other customers, and they all get treated very well.
