This place is the only place to grocery shop in Franklinville basically. Unfortunately because of that the prices are tripled. For a can of Progresso soup, it was in the high range of $4. For a pack of bacon it was $10.99. I understand its convenient, but to scale prices that high is just not okay. I would give this place a lower rating if it wasnt for the workers. The workers are wonderful.
Ok store but very pricey. Almost double the cost of other grocery stores, but only one in town.
Has everything needed, not much selection on some things. Produce can be pretty bad.Prices are higher than expected.
Fantastic small town store with all the staples. I will be visiting again if I ever have the pleasure of coming through Franklinville.
Fill your vending machine or maybe have your hours posted.
Great produce at great prices. Certainly my go-to market. You won’t be disappointed!
Excellent butcher, and fresh fruits and vegetables departments. Open daily from 07:30. Deli department, on-site bakery, and coffee.
Wide selection of wilted produce, assorted out of date meats with a wafting aroma of stale cigarettes with a mundane array of shoppers wandering in their pajamas.
Great spot to eat if you’re working in the area from out of town! Deli in the back is excellent. Really friendly staff as well.
Prices are ridiculous in the poorest senior citizens pay for it
I love Fresh Market! All of the employees are so nice.
Its a small grocery store but you have to check the produce out carefully.
Fairly well stocked for its size.Covid precautions are lax leading to reduced rating.
Produce not very fresh. Usually out of sale items. Deli food not desired.
Your run of the mill gorcery store, priced pretty well. The deli serves great, fresh subs with friendly staff and clean ailes. Great pit stop if youre in the area
You guys need to change the donut filling back to the original whip cream instead of the pudding
Homemade sausage highly recommended to give a try.
Produce is poor some of the meat is outdated... I only buy canned food
Nice store good selection of items friendly staff
Great community asset, fresh food at a decent price.
The only grocery store in town, so prices are not do reasonable.
This is a communist store that infringes on your right as an American citizen. Dont bother shopping at this place. Besides being rude their produce is aweful. If I could of given no stars I would have they are UnAmerican. No wonder these small places end up going out of business they comply to the plandemic. We all know there is no virus. Wake up America take back your country. Just a side note where did the flu go?
Friendly staff but really pricey i only go for hot bar and will drive to save a lot or dollar general instead for my main shopping
Good food, decent selection, unfortunately not even close to the mist friendly location for "outside" travelers and traffic...
I am thankful to have a grocery store located in our rural area. Their chicken finger subs are very good. Fish fries are ok. Staff is friendly. Some staff are better than others with proper mask wearing during this pandemic.
The best chicken finger subs for 1000 miles!Hit this deli up every-time we come to Western NY.
Great people and products at good priced
This place is awesome! The workers are super nice
The fruits and vegs are so gross and rotten they just need to throw it all out
Friendly folks.ok prices.remember they are our local store
This "grocery store " is a joke. The produce is garbage. Nothing is baked in the "bakery." Not even worth stopping here.
Nice people clean store good place to shop
Love this store, prices are kind of high but they have everything you need here!
No Bathroom??? Had I known this I would have gotten my gas elsewhere
Staff and owner are friendly and accommodating. They all wear masks without complaining. Prices may be a bit higher on some items but their meat and produce are generally very fresh and worth the few cents extra. Small town store with a friendly small town feel.
Great deli food and take out. The store has everything you need from a larger food store.
They have the best subs and specialty foods. Always well stocked and friendly service.
Really needs better produce. The sausage they make is fantastic. Prices on thing like milk seem high, but there are not many people here in Franklinville.
Has things in a normal grocery store, but doesnt have a big selection. They dont have many international items or unique things that youll find at the bigger grocery stores or specialty places. But for being out in the middle of nowhere, this is your only option.
I called advanced to see if they had a product that was looking for they did I want to buying the entire case and getting a discount and because I just had surgery one of the managers actually walked the product out to my vehicle fantastic service super friendly people
Always find a good deal here at the meat section is awesome and fresh !!
Small town market with a small town atmosphere and a large store selection. I always find what I need here!
Love going here, see people I havent seen in years that matter to me , and awesome food in the deli, nice cuts of meat in the meat depo. And I find cool stuff for my kiddo in there too. 😁
A bit expensive but considering the next closest store is 20-30 minutes down the road its fine with me.
Very convenient and great selection of food but a little pricey!!
A cool little grocery. Prices are 10-25% higher than ALDI or Tops, but great variety for such a little store. Kaiser rolls are oh so soft. Their homemade jalapeno beef sticks are a surprisingly tasty find. Their submarine sandwiches are made fresh on the spot very quickly with good ingredients, and they are delicious and cheap!
The produce is always spoiled, rotten, bruised or too ripe to eat. You need to check any bagged fruit before bringing it home. Expect to pay 25-30% higher for the produce you will throw away either immediately or within a few days. The overall selection of dry foods are a 50/50 mix of the Sure Fine Brand or Name brand but youll pay more for either one. Their specials are the full price at other stores, I fail to see any deals at all. The deli selection is minimal with maybe six cheese selections (of course Sure Fine brand competesand only the basic of deli meats. Imported cheeses for recipes we like to make wont be found here, there is a basket of Asiago in the cooler. Every box of cereal $3.89. The freezer area is almost always broken down in one section or another and you will pay the bill for this in the prices. The only area that will not rot will cost you 40-50% higher than other stores. The plus? there are carts across the store overflowed with expired foods at a discount price and signs across the shelves Reduced because the expiration date nears. All in all, you will pay more for the only store around. If you ask why, you will be told to shop elsewhere. No doubt, nothing anyone can do but deal with it. Oh, and should you want to use the laundry mat next door, it will cost you $4.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry, per load. Watch for the 70% of the machines that are out of service.
Average grocery store. Supplies most necessities. Staff is generally friendly and helpful.
Nice little store. If Franklinville didnt have this store youd have to drive to clean or arcade.
Fresh Market in Franklinville is a great place to shop! Everyone that works there is always pleasant. They go out of their way to be helpful. Drew is one of the best workers they have!😁
