I Have been dealing with Fred Cole for 50 years. Their service is faultless, woudnt shop anywhere else

I was told they had one vacuum left when I ordered it. Got to the store and it was apparently floor stock that they couldnt even be bothered packing it back in the box .I told them it would move around in the tray of the Ute got told to just lay it on the floor with a car full of children. Will not be going back to the Griffith branch again.

Thank you for the great service. The lights were off and store closed but when they saw me walk away the owner opened the door and asked if he could help. I said what I was after and would come back the next day but he insisted on helping me there and then. This is why I buy local from a locally owned company.

Fantastic customer service from all of the staff from the time I first walked in the door, to the phone call to going back days later. They helped me make the right decision by asking the right questions. No question I had to ask was too silly for them and they explained everything so well.
