Great food. Great service. I would recommend this Italian restaurant.
The food is very elegant and delicious. The atmosphere is phenomenal!!
This is a beautiful establishment in a historical building! Great atmosphere, and AMAZING food! If youre looking for a really nice place to eat while traveling.... Just go here. There are not many other options in Tifton.
I wish they had more Italian wine varietals, like nibiolo or Barbara, however the wine list (which was cab heavydid have a lot of good wines on it. Otherwise my visit was great. The food and service was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice.
I enjoed my dinning experience at Fresco which is a muilti level contemporary fine dinning establishment. Drinks were delicious, food was perfect ,staff is fast efficient and professional. They have live music which I love. Plenty of parking space. The tables are well distributed so you have more privacy. Great for anniversaries, dates, girls night out. Absolutely recommend
Great place to relax and amazing food with amazing service. A perfect Saturday lunch if you are on your own or with family and friends.
Best restaurant in area. Tonight was our second Fresco Italiano experience and it was perfect from the wait staff, food quality, to the ambiance.. I recommend the mocha martini to start things off. Enjoy their yummy food!
Ordered the steak and it was fantastic! It was very busy and we had to wait thirty minutes despite having a reservation, but the food and service was excellent!
Love the ambience and decor. Was recommended by a local Tifton resident friend to come here. My friend had the rib eye which I had to say looked delicious and well grilled. My lobster ravioli was also tasty and just the right portion.Service was attentive and up to expectations.
Food is terrible! Nothing like in the picture. The only thing I liked it was environment. We ordered 5 different dishes and none of it was good. Calamari was overcooked, tasted bad and oily, on the side we ordered broccoli and steamed spinach which was uneatable. Chicken was sour and oily. Spaghetti with meatballs tasted bad, lobster with pasta was bad too. Fried Ravioli not good!Do not recommend this place!
Came with a large party of 16 for lunch. Lunch was very good - service was faster than expected and food was delightful.
My wife and I wanted to have a nice date night and this place was recommended by a coworker. We made reservations due to it being a busy Saturday in town. The staff was amazing one even though they were busy our waitress was very helpful and friendly. We started with the calamari appetizer which was very good and an large portion for an appetizer. My wife ordered a shrimp scampi pasta and salad I ordered the lobster ravioli. The entires both were bland lacking any salt pepper or garlic flavor. Unfortunately the salad seemed to have the same issue. We enjoyed the white wine that the waitress and bartender recommended to us. However our entrees were a let down, I understand I can be persnickety with food but at least wipe the rim of the plate and plate the food symmetrically! When you change over $20 bucks it is the last you can do. Our cream brûlée was cold on the edges like it hadn’t even been warmed and the custard was like a chilled. Needless to say I see room for improvement, I hope the back of house can match the front of house.
My husband and I was on a date night and thought we would try this place. I ordered lobster and shrimp linguine and my lobster was raw. I sent it back and didnt want a reorder ..my appetite was lost. They did however take it off my bill. My husband got the ribeye and all I can say is thanks for steak sauce or it would have no flavor!
The restaurant is very nice, staff were great and the food was good. I had the salmon. Not a big fan of the cream sauce. Overall good experience. The economy has forced prices up and not sure I will return.
Watery and overcooked shrimp scampi. Salad drenched in dressing. Food took an hour to come out. Good calamari though.
Got the ribeye 16oz to be honest get the 20oz at longhorns same thing more steak and about $9 cheaper. Nice fancy place but thats all it is.
Food was good. Service very good. I paid $14 for a five oz. glass of house wine Not a bottle---a glass of wine. And it wasnt especially palatable . In fact , it was bad. Outrageous. It appears a lot like a case of price-gouging.Will I go back? Never.
I enjoyed it, great menu and sauces. The fresh bread and cannoli for dessert were worth it.My only complaint is entree portion sizes are a small (inflation sucks). Regardless, I plan to return again.
Great food, and excellent service.Sumter , our waiter, was on point!Great visit, well definitely go again!
Not impressed, have went several times and tried different menu items but was not impressed. I love Italian and have been to many restaurants but was not happy with this one. I liked the muaic.
Went in with such high hopes for a great meal after reading the reviews -perhaps we werent the ideal clientele due to our mix of skin color - I dont say that foolishly nor ignorantly either, I travel the US for work and Ive been to many states across our nation and even the tiniest of country towns in our nation, TRUST me i know when Im being treated poorly due to not being caucasian - poor judgment on hostess and waitresses part - while waiting for a table, we noticed all the non white diners were being sat in ONE particular spot of the restaurant, the lower area of restaurant with the large window where the sun was beaming through and very uncomfortably warm.Lets move onto the food - the bread that comes to the table was warm and soft, the waitress brought the dipping condiments as an after thought when we had 1 slice of bread left.No beverages offered for kids besides the bar juicea for their cocktails -the pineapple juice is canned that is transferred to a bottle, even though the waitress tried to convince me otherwise (I worked at a busy bar in my 20s i know what canned pineapple juice taste like and you can surely taste the difference)The seasonal peach burrata was the best thing we ordered from menu. The chicken piccata was bland itself with only the sauce having flavor, total miss. The side of broccoli was pretty standard. The meatballs with polena was another win.The alfredo was a miss, it was greasy and lacked the spices that make the alfredo sauce itself, the cheese used was extremely strong and overpowered any other flavor in dish if it had any.The waitress was probably the biggest issue, she made our experience extremely awkward - she brought the bill, drop it on table, started picking up dirty plates and decided to just stand behind my husband looking over his shoulder to see what we were going to tip her, it was uncomfortable and again extremely awkward especially because I had to ask her to back away and give us a minute.I understand this next part bears no fault on restaurant - however on our way to car, a homeless person that was clearly on or coming off drugs accosted us, she approached my 4 and 6 year old and she was too close for comfort - we ended up giving her our doggie bag.Anways if you choose this place i hope you have a better experience.
Fantastic food! Lobster ravioli was amazing (warning...it is real lobster...so watch out for shells...how you know it is good). We are definitely coming back! (Service was very good and fast too, and we spotted the owner bussing tables.)By the way, the place is very well designed, and not horribly loud despite the high ceiling...a lot of love and thought went into this place.
The atmosphere is amazing with beautiful setting with the candles. The price is worth it though and fine selection of wines. Love my matini!!
Overpriced for very small portions. horrible quality Its a fake nice resturant vibe for food that deviates from normal dishes just so they can charge you more.
I really like coming here. Its pretty and the food is good. The only thing Im not a fan of is how loud it is there. They often have local musicians playing, which is great, but its so loud I cant have a conversation with whoever Im with.
I give this place 2 stars because it’s a nice place to dine in. I would’ve gave it a 3rd star if the portion size was worth the money. I would’ve gave 2 more stars if the food was flavorful. I ordered the stuffed lobster ravioli and it came on an oversized plate with 6 medium sized ravioli drowned in sauce. It wasn’t slappin at all. I also had a side of creamy spinach and I was the worst I’ve eaten at any restaurant. The meal was like $33 and I had a cup of water with lemon to drink. I left this restaurant still hungry. That’s my experience. I only left a review because I dine in at the real milk and honey in Atlanta ga. I ordered a meal that was the same price that came with 2 fried lobster tails and creamy grits for the same price. Right now I’m eating leftovers 😉
DO NOT go to this restaurant if you have a big party. The service was HORRIBLE, the only drinks we received was water we never got the drinks we ordered, we never got the food we ordered and its been an hour now. When we got ready to leave they brought out two appetizers. Also $400 was paid ahead of time in order to keep the reservation. When we confonted them about their customer service, they were very, very rude. They did not want to refund our money, saying that we ate when obviously we DIDNT eat anything! We had to notify our bank of the situation. At the end of the day we did get our money back and we will never patronize this business again.
I probably will not come back for carry out. I called ahead of time to pick up my order and still had to wait 15 minutes because my order was not complete. They forgot to give me my salad & silverware to eat my food. My shrimp Alfredo was very dry & had 5-6 pieces of shrimp in it. The salad that I waited for was covered completely in dressing. It’s very busy during lunch so most of the workers were running around like chickens with their heads chopped off.
Great food, very good service, terrible music, and a nice ambiance. We got reservations only a few nights ahead of time. We enjoyed the chicken involtini, pasta primavera, and the "Sylvester" salad. There were several nice wines at different price points. The staff were attentive and hard-working, but busy. The music was really an insult to the ears, a fake digital violin trying to play an entire bands worth of music, not entirely unlike a 1990s era sound card on a computer. If theyd only ditch the music, then I bet the place would be always packed.
Food was delicious. Lobster and shrimp linguini..Drinks were fabulous.. Blood Orange Margarita, Fitzgerald, and Pompeii Martini..Atmosphere is a remodel warehouse...AMAZING.Staff was spot on with suggestions, friendly and professionalI will stop there again.
We waited for over an hour for our food to come out. Ordered meatball appetizers twice and never got them. Food was average. Steak was tough with lots of fat and gristle and I ordered a baked potato but received roasted potatoes instead. Ordered a jack daniels on the rocks and received jack and coke. Wont be coming back.
Arrived at our reserved time and waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Once everyone was there we ordered promptly. From the time we ordered to the time they brought our food it was an hour and fifteen minutes! An hour and fifteen minutes! Every time we needed our waitress she was nowhere to be found. By the hour mark we were going to get up and leave, but we decided to wait just a little longer. The place and setting is very nice and beautiful, but waitress and kitchen staff are SUBpar. Food was bland and some of the plates had been sitting for a while as food was cold. Hot food needs to be hot and cold food, cold!Close down or hire new staff! You are embarrassing yourselves!
This place is AMAZING!!! My husband and I went for our anniversary. ,The atmosphere, the food, music the drinks were wonderful. The staff go above and beyond! Highly recommend save room for the Creme brulee.... Worth the calories!
I wish we actually had a dinner experience to share about, sadly our encounter is strictly based on the hostess attitude towards us as guests. We decided to give this restaurant a try after being on the road most of the day on our way home. So sick of fast food we deviated the chain locations off of I-75 after reading positive reviews on yelp of others that had done the same. Our first thought was this place looks really nice - no one standing around or waiting (5 pm on a Saturdayso there shouldn’t be a problem for a party of five. Once arrival we were prompted if we had a reservation to which we answered no and were they required and she answered yes, but let’s see if there’s something we could do. We took a seat in the lobby area and proceeded to wait with our children. Clearly seeing in the dining room more than a few tables open, my husband and I looked at ourselves and both nodded knowing that they were just going to send us on our way. Five minutes later the hostess came back to let us know there weren’t any tables available for us. She didn’t give a waiting option such as - there will be a wait and so forth. It’s sad to see how lately with such a lack of employment and things in the consumer/customer service department etiquette and hospitality falls through cracks with some places due to the slim pickings there are to choose from. Please be sure to make a reservation and if you have children choose to go elsewhere. This establishment clearly would rather serve a certain type of customer and we didn’t fit the bill. They truly missed out on avid restaurant goers with children that try and eat from the adult menu and not your typical chicken tenders and fries. Better luck next time we ever swing by Tifton.
We had reservations for 20 but only seated 16. They had reserved us the large table upstairs at 5PM. We were immediately seated and introduced to our server Diego. He was courteous and prompt with his service. He immediately made sure we were all aware of the surf and turf special. All of the orders were correct from initial drinks to entrees. The aged steak is real aged steak. Is is soft like silk. Everything was delicious. The price point is above average for the area but you get what you pay for. During the entree we were entertained by a violinist playing modern hits. Overall and excellent experience to celebrate the birthday of four great women. We will definitely come back. You can tell by the plate how much I enjoyed it.As a side note, it is cheaper to purchase the whole bottle and share than it is by the glass as is to be expected.
Excellent Calamari, Ribeye and Chicken Piccata! Great atmosphere and great service! Certainly recommend!
My wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary here and we have no regrets. The owner was very pleasant as well as the staff. The food was excellent and the overall experience made memories that well never forget. They had flowers and wine ready at the table, and a violinist who played for our special occasion! The special anniversary dessert was delicious too. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience! We will definitely be back soon.
The best restaurant in the entire state of Giorgia. excellent taste. The hoster was a Mexican who has the best care and education in the world. if you go through titfon it is mandatory that you stop here to eat. I would like to give it 10 stars.
Food was amazing. Staff tried their best, but had a few snags. Will not ding them for it, the food was soooo good!! And prices really good as well! Someone told us this might be the best place in town…
Always amazing! We make Frescos all of our birthday traditions. The steaks are always tender and cooked to the perfect temperature. The Salmon has a dreamy cream sauce that will leave you thinking about it until your return.
Ate here with my friends and husband on a Saturday afternoon. The place looks really nice and tidy. Theres even a second floor. You will receive complementary bread and water. However, the arrival of our food took a while. The baked ziti makes you think you are on a diet. The sandwiches were kind of dry and didnt have much flavor. The fettuccine is the best choice!
Great atmosphere! The food was very good and drinks as well! Live music was a plus too!
Food was good. Server forgot us until other workers came and asked us if we had already eaten....
The FOOD was AMAZING! The atmosphere was PERFECT! And just as important, the service was SPECTACULAR!The menu said ‘Life is to short to eat and drink badly. Good Food. Good Friends. Good Times.’#truth #lifemantraOur only regret... we could not try everything!
Phenomenal food, environment, and people can be found here. One can learn a lot about a person from the type of food they serve and business they run. This place reeks of excellence and love. You will absolutely find great and simple food here from the high quality olive oil to the perfectly seasoned lasagna. You all need to come here as soon as you can or I’m gonna eat all the food.
Beautiful with Ambiance! Social distancing, very clean, nice background music, intimate dining experience. We had my sisters 41st surprise birthday dinner there. The staff were amazing, they were "all in" with helping us with the surprise, we were seated on the second floor separate from the rest of the restaurant. We had our own personal waitress/server. She was exceptional. All positive vibes from the moment you enter the restaurant. Great food, great drinks, very large portions, very satisfying with burning candles everywhere. Whenever we are back in Tifton, visiting family, we will definitely eat here. You will not be disappointed. I cant wait to return!
Was recommended this restaurant by our hotel. Place looked lovely and the parking lot was very busy so our expectations were high. Hostess told us she couldn’t seat us without a reservation so had to wait an hour (even though they have seating at the bar). We came back an hour later and they seated another couple who came in without a reservation at the exact same time...Was served bread that if I could have bitten it, would have chipped a tooth! My husband was served his pasta dish and the waitress asked if I would like a plate to share his dish... (seems they forgot to serve me It took an hour to be served 2 pasta dishes even though there was no longer a dinner rush at 9:30 at night. (btw... if you’re a true Italian, you know you have to boil your pasta with salt). Dishes were tasteless. To add to this not so pleasant experience, we were overcharged for meatballs that we didn’t consume and twice for a salad. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend.
Nice fresh food but super busy and a little hi priced. Worth the extra for the quality.
Wonderful new space in Tifton. We were in town for a business meeting and our colleagues took us to Fresco Italiano. Very spacious. Thoughtful design and repurposing of the space. I had the shrimp linguini and the shrimp were perfectly done. The lobster ravioli looked delicious. The salad looked extremely fresh. Great drinks selection. Very clean and well organized. The staff were super helpful and friendly.
Great menu and great service. Decent beer selection on tap and an extensive wine selection. Moscow Mule was very good. Smashed potatoes are not mashed potatoes, they are potatoes smashed. It was busier than expected on a Wednesday night at 7pm. Calling ahead would be a good idea.Casual setting. Jeans felt appropriate but business casual was the norm amongst the crowd.
