I wouldn’t say it’s awesome, have a look at the foam a fill around the place. Timber lined roof in the lounge room is water damaged. En-suite upstairs was beautiful, down stairs not good. Warm upstairs with wood heating but -10 downstairs, no heating for guests. Bench in my shed is better than the 70s kitchen. $350 a night - it isn’t cheap.Great location and looks like the owners are trying to put some money back in to fix the place up.
