Well it took me a few trys to get a hold of them, left voicemails, no response, asked them to fix Fascia, made sure they new that was our main concern, they took pictures of it, they gave us a quote, they didnt get back to us for a couple weeks. I had to ask when they would be able to do it, they kept telling me a day and wouldnt show up, I had to contact them myself again 3 different times. Then they show up on a day we didnt even plan on, and they didnt even fix the Fascia! They just put a new roof over our add on, which we wernt as concerned with. When I asked they played dumb and told us they would do it for another $3-400. I do not recommend Gabriel Roofing. Not professional at all.

Went above and beyond working with insurance adjustors to get an accurate assessment on my property damage.

Worst experience and very hard to get a hold of, job dragged for 6 months and still could not complete it without excuses on receiving material on time. Did not bother to call for almost 4 months, I had been calling for weeks and he did not answer until I used a out of state number. Was charged for product we offered to provide that we had on hand and was quoted one price on contract and was told that would be the price and he turns out to charge over.

Roof was installed in a timely manner and clean up was good. Gutter replacement was poor. We have made numerous attempts to contact them to come fix it. Our calls haven’t been returned and no attempt made to fix the problems. Have been trying to get this resolved since August 2020.

Our roof was severely damaged by a hail storm in the KCMO area. We contacted Gabriel Roofing to give us an estimate, we were so impressed with the estimate and the owners knowledge about roofing itself that we didnt get an estimate from anyone else. The work was completed in an efficient and timely fashion and it looks wonderful! I recommend this company for all of your roofing needs.
