Black Friday shopping. Extremely crowded. Helpful staff and very knowledgeable.

Great selection of games.

I went in to buy Persona 5 Royal steelbook for switch, and they advertised that they had it. when we got to the register, they almost forgot to give me the game and I almost left with the store display. I told them I needed the game and they tried to give me the regular copy of the game, but I paid for the steel book, it said that on the receipt. The employee seemed to not know where anything was, and asked another employee to help look for it. She looked in each drawer and said she knew they had it, but didnt know if they sold it or not. They should have taken that display off the shelf and put another one up that doesnt say steel book. Its bad business practice to advertise something you dont have.

I first went in the store for my sons birthday and he wanted a game they didnt have stocked. Ryan ordered it to have it delivered to my house. 2 days later I found it said it was canceled for no reason I called to talk to him to find out what happened. No one knew but I work in oral surgery so Im busy and I didnt want to go pick it up at U.D. location. Ryan went beyond expectations to go get it and bring it to the store and come to find out he got everything fixed and it was delivered anyway so I never had to get it after work. I am extremely greatful and he is a wonderful employee and my son was super happy... Thank you Ryan for going above and beyond.

Was looking for a charger and the manager gave me one of his own

Just like the others..lots of options for those looking for used gaming stuff or gift cards.

Associate had no clue or inclination of how to address issues w controller bought. And when addressing associate about other products that have had similar issues in later years he had no knowledge 😳😐.

Great customer service. One of the few GamesStops that consistently walk up, greet you and ask if you need help. They maintain a decent stock or new and used Games as well as accessories.

Took my PS4 in and asked if they could repair a bad hdmi plug and they said said they dont do that anymore. Crazy stock price like they have, youd think a game store could fix the machines for the games they sell customers or at least sub it out. #screwed

Well managed store. Always busy and always has new product on hand. The Store Manager has a ton of knowledge along with a few of his associates. They know when new games are releasing and know all the details of what you need for what systems. We picked up a Animal Crossing Switch, and 2 games. They didnt oversell us on extras even when I asked us if needed. They also did not pressure me into any of the warranties which I liked.

They need to change there check out policy! I walked in to buy a 35 dollar game which they sell for 39 plus uncle sams cut wich is fine, but when I tried to buy the game I was given a long sales pitch for the warranty wich I had to say no 3 times then I was asked to put 5 bucks down on a future game that I showed no interest in but had to say no 2 times to that, then I was asked to donate a dollar to make a wish wich I shamefully had to publicly decline, and finally I got to pay my 45 bucks and leave, this made a simple transaction way more stressful and complicated than it to be!!!

I love game stop. I wish that the one closest to me didnt close. This one was just as I remember, and it had good prices and a very good variety of items I found appealing.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Staff are limited in being able to make sure customers feel safe. There was only 1 staff member working which made it difficult for him to enforce the number limit policy in store. There is a sign that says only 5 allowed in store yet there were about 12 people in the store when I went. Unless this is changed I will not be going back to this store for this reason.

Plenty of new and used video games for sale. Great service. The staff is super friendly.

I CAME IN AND BOUGHT 3 PSN GIFTCARDS. I PAID, THEN WENT HOME AND TRIED TO PUT THEM IN BUT IT SAID IT WASNT ACTIVATED. I called and they were nice about it, they said "okay, well activate them for ya. I was happy, however, there was a deal that is why I bought the gift cards and now it aint there. Activate my cards please!

I LOVE going to this place and buying a bunch of things.

Its Gamestop, theres not much to say in that respect. I went there for an older system that they happened to have in stock, so that was convenient.

Where else can you get PS3, PS4, Xbox (new or used), Nintendo Switch games and classic games an system s as well! Oh an they have clothing for the family too! Did I mention POPs toys, they have them. Lol. Im sure you get.. if not swing pass a store!

I have pre ordered 3 items there and each time I’ve come in with the confirmation email and they’ve said “We don’t have that item right now but we’ll call you when it comes in.” I haven’t gotten a call for any of my items. Just sad really

GameStop gets a bad rep nowadays. I dont blame em... But Ill be damned if this aint one of the nicest, friendliest, most laid back group of workers! Very outgoing staff, offer to help you find anything, etc. If youre worried about what youre getting into, dont be! This is one of the best GameStops Ive ever had the pleasure to purchase games/etc. from.

Got these four games to add to my collection!! I got horizon Dawn zero just from a recommendation from a staff member & absolutely loved the game! Just told them what I play and they pointed me right to that game. It was amazing! I love GameStop!

The customer service in this place is great. The atmosphere is fun, and the store is clean. A great GameStop to visit.

Dead Store Walking...just doesnt know it yet. Small, with pushy staff and the same selection of tired reskinned video games that one can buy online without leaving home.

Staff is very helpful and you can almost always find what you want.

My husband and i went in for a game. I cant remember the name of it. Its a 3ds game but anyway the girl behind the counter found it right away. She was bulding something with what appeared to be the worlds smallest Lego pieces. Looked hard but she was nice and said she wanted it displayed so customers could see what it looked like. Great customer service:)
