The manager, Dominick, is awesome to say the least! My 9 year old came in to purchase a new game and he walked him through how to use his giftcards in a way only a 9 year old can appreciate! Store looks clean and super well-maintained!! We will be back!

I must say I have been going to this gamestop for over 15 years, with my 2 now grown boys, Id like to give a huge shout out to Sara and Dom , they really were extremely informative, polite and happy. The only reason I give this store three stars because the staff is helpful other than that theyre severely overpriced for pre-owned games. We could go to Walmart two seconds away and purchase the exact same games brand new for roughly the same price that theyre selling used ones that they probably pay pennies on the dollar for. Went to the store originally to purchase Spider-Man. Talked to Christian at the counter he was very helpful in picking a game, however, didnt like the game so I brought it back a few days later.Talk to Christian again and he exchanged my product for me and found another GameStop close by for me to get the game I wanted. He made a call there so it was easy for me to pick up. Great customer care, thanks for all your help!

Its a great place to go buy video games, not good to sell but buying games is great and theres also a good amount of game related merchandise.

We had every parents nightmare when the beloved Xbox died 8 pm on a school holiday. Ashley the store associate was so incredible and knowledgable and navigated us through this stressful last minute purchase and helped us get a new gaming system and trade the old one to make it less expensive. So greatful to Ashley at Gamestop Old Bridge!

This GameStop is hands down the best in the area. The staff is extremely knowledgeable of the games they sell. The store has an enormous amount of collectbles too! The management team is easily the most helpful, of any GameStop I have been too. They will literally do ANYTHING in their power to help you find and get (in a timely manneryour favorite games and collectbles.

Ryan the salesperson was very helpful with a online purchase and in store pickup. A good inventory of products and current. Plenty of parking with a strip mall.

The staff here are exceptional. Ashley is a wonderful sales person that knows her job very well and makes you feel like family. The additional staff, Elena, John and Ryan also are very accomodating and make you feel so welcomed. My son Steven loves coming to this store to spend his money and mine!I recommend this location to all my friends!

Bought an Xbox 1 X yesterday and the guy John helped me out a lot. Wasnt sure which one I should get and he was able to advise based off of what Ill be using it for. Thanks for the help.

One of the most organized branches out there.. its awesome that their staff knows about family friendly titles.

I went in just to pick up a game i had pre-ordered. The staff when i walked in had a few people waiting around the register as one customer was being rung up. None of the staff seemed interested in talking to me about upcoming games/pre-orders that most locations do, and none of the staff bothered to say anything to me, just talked to one another. Felt like they wanted you in and out right away, no real enthusiasm for games.

Staff is very dishonest. Beware. I bought a PS4 and within two weeks it became defective. I spoke to the, so called manager, over the phone and she told me i had to go through Sony. I informed her that the receipt states that within 30 days defective products are exchanged at Gamestop. She acted as if she was not aware of that policy. What a liar!! Ill start going to Walmart from now on.

Not a good place to bring your kids there rule for trading games are crazy and give you only pennies for most game
