GameStop in Laclede County

Mostly good. They dont have as good of a selection as st. Robert. Plus the prices are a few bucks higher than st. Robert. If you can wait a few extra days, Ive places have cheaper games. Definitely shop around.

My sons are both very ibto Playstation and Xbox. We spend time at Game Stop every week. I love that our kids and trade in the games they get bored with to get different games and explore different game universes. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. My fiance and I arent as hip to whats cool on this level lop so the staff is very informative and Im grateful for the help. I highly recommend!

Its not usually too busy which is nice. The people working always seem to be very friendly and helpful. They almost always have what Im looking for. Their prices for new items are about average. Their used games are usually priced fairly well. the only thing that I feel might be a little overpriced is there a accessories and merchandise. They do have a Rewards program which does help. Overall though, this is where I do almost all of my game related business.

I applied two weeks ago had console knowledge and all got the interview and was told to wait for the call on friday even if I didnt get the job called today & asked a question the manager picked up & when I went to ask what happened to job she hung up I called back three times & now I cant even get anyone on the phone.

Best GameStop Ive been to in Missouri. We drive an hour and a half to go here over closer ones. Friendly knowledgeable staff, store is clean and well stocked. Always a great experience!!

Been going here since the place first opened. Most of the employees ever seen or talked to here seem fairly knowledgeable about the gaming industry, which any gamer knows is nice when your looking to spend a pretty penny on a new game or console. Also they have a great rewards program for a hardcore gamer, it is well worth the small fee.

Best GameStop around, always friendly and willing to help.

I miss their used consoles selection but I still have problems not spending money here. I love this place.

The guy working was very helpful. He plugged our game system in (at our requestto verify the problem before we purchased what would have been unnecessary equipment (a new power supply), and helped us get what we did need (a new game system). Will definitely go back to this location.

Friendly employees. Good selection, got a game for my husband it had a scratch on it they replaced it no problem.

Always high prices when its there stuff , and only giving pennies for your stuff. They do have a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

My six year old loves this place and they are always so wonderful to have even though he might be just a little bit of obnoxious when it comes to gaming. They are so wonderful to him.

This place is awesome. They helped out with everything I needed. They didnt make me feel like less of a person for not being able to afford a newer console and they didnt guilt me over not having the extra $$$ for a powerup card. Thank you, GameStop. Such amazing service for even the smallest of customers!

They are way to expensive and dont have the meaning of doing any deals or giving what the price of the stuff you bring in to sell, is what Im saying is you guys are ripping people off and its not right, its not hard to be decent to one another in case you didnt know that, have a good day and may the wonderful lord bless you.

Drove out from springfield to get a special console and was amazed at how big and clean this store was. Staff was friendly and helpful, if I ever need to travel for a game again wont hesitate to select this store.

The cashier was super friendly and helpful. She tried to make the checkout process as easy as possible and even set games aside for my boyfriend while we ran to get him a new card.

The people who work here are nice and they have a nice video game selection. And what they dont have they can order in. Watch out though the price of the pre owned games can be higher or within a couple dollars of the brand new games. They even have some fairly cool video game/comic book merch. It is an extremely laid back atmosphere and pretty chill. The customer service associate will ask if you need any help and then if you say no they will leave you be. You can even order a game online and pick it up in store or reserve a copy and just run and get it. Sometimes though they feel understaffed especially on a Friday afternoon or evening. Also it seems as if the company is trying to make the associates push the power up rewards card or the preowned games. But I have not had them push me after I say no. All in all a nice place to get a physical copy of a game and not have to deal with walmart. Also the associates like video games and want to talk about them unlike walmart associates. Would recommend for your video game purchases

Gamestop is one of my favorite "nerd" hubs to frequent. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Every time I go in with the intention of grabbing and going I end up spending at least an extra 10 mins locked in to some type of geeky conversation. They have a huge selection beyond videogames too. Board games, puzzles, amazing statues, Funko Pops!, even an assortment of clothing to feed your nerdiness! Every gamer, nerd, geek, anime lover, and kid at heart owes it to themselves to visit this place at least once a month.

The staff is pretty nice, but they dont have much of a selection. The used games are dang near as much as a brand new one, so Im not sure what the point is. I was really disappointed in their selection of switch games.

Took an Xbox One in to sell, got it appraised online on Gamestop.com for cash value $72.. When we got there, they only offered me only $35!! I even showed them the appraisal online and they wouldnt accept THEIR OWN APPRAISAL! 😤😡👎👎👎 ridiculous! Im making sure to contact someone in their headquarters about this, as well.

This is by far the best place to get games in Lebanon, they have always treated me right, right from the git go and has never luled I plan to buy a Xbox One X a custom controller and a whole bunch of different games.

New management is amazing. The staff seems genuinely glad to be there and are actually helpful. Glad to see this place doing so well.

I love this GameStop I dont understand why people say bad thing about the Manager There pretty nice to me and the other people there as well and we all are Humans we all make mistakes in life but we dont get judge in life but the people that work there the one that get judge that just not fair in life. The manager in charge was really mean, and abrasive. I was trying to sell my Xbox 1. He got a nice little attitude because he didnt have the cash in the register to buy it.

To the staff in the Lebanon Missouri store the dude that worked today the morning shift. You Need some more training on how to treat people. Some of us are not gamers 24/7 so yes. We may ask questions regarding products and prices. Not my fault you are rude or maybe hate your job.I rather drive an hour to thw sprinfield store before stepping in Lebanon MO store again.

Really nice workers, the manager does a good job, they are really helpful, and one of the best GameStop I have been to.
