GameStop in Reno County

The gentleman that was working was kind of rude, he seemed like he hated his job and just wanted to leave. We where going to buy a new Nintendo switch with a couple of games, used PlayStation 4 controls, and games to go with but I almost couldn’t stand being in there because of him! I know you don’t want to follow us around but take your job seriously please!

Love gamestop! The Hutchinson KS location with Dustin at the forefront is a good one to go to. Great customer service and feel welcomed but the company should give better trade credit 😜 lol

I called to ask a question and I was put on hold which I’m fine with but a was on hold for around 15 minutes and then they hung up I love the store when I go in person but wouldn’t recommend calling

The employee answered all my sons questions about his new game quickly and was super helpful!

They helped us get our daughters game working, and truly listened and not tried to tell us what we wanted.

Nothing I was looking for was in stock.....but instead we have ere given excuses. He even said that competitors wouldnt have the items....but they did.

Comes I didnt find what I wanted in terms of collectibles and figures but for games and gaming accessories its pretty good for that.

I recently pre-ordered a game from there and all I got was the disc in a paper sleeve and no pre order content code so I thought maybe it was on the disc I went home and there was only the game no pre-order content I was very disappointed.

Walked in to a very busy scene. Lots of customers, long line at the check out. Appeared that it would probably take a while to get assistance finding what I was looking for.... but I was wrong. As busy as it was the customer service employees (2 of themasked if I needed help finding anything, and I said "possibly, Im just looking around" not wanting to e a bother. After I decided I was most likely out of luck finding what I was in need of ( Wii power supplyconsidering I didnt see ANYTHING for a Wii on the shelves or walls etc. As a last minute attempt before leaving empty handed I went to the sales counter and asked the very busy employee if they had anything for Wii, specifically a power cord, and without hesitation he politely answered YES, and immediately called another busy employee over to help me, show me where and what they had and luck was on my side, they had 1, just 1 power supply! I was extremely happy, and even more pleased with the low price! It was much lower (nearly 50% lessthen everything I had found online to order! I definitely recommend this GameStop to anyone looking for older products for their game systems. My son is a very happy kid now!

I have never been disappointed at the Hutchinson Kansas GameStop. Every employee its so helpful, happy and energetic, and so quick to help. Cant say enough about the team. They welcome you with your name. Answer any question and give you information on the latest games coming out. A very intelligent crew. They have made people feel so welcomed that an individual literally ran his car into the store LOL true story!!!!! The mess was cleaned up and safe for customers in no time. You must come visit, youll leave with a smile!

Not always the best price on games, but the staff is always awesome and fun to talk games with. Also, they have a great selection of Funko figures

The young fella working was very knowledgeable and helpful. My 2 sons and I visited the store so they could spend some birthday money. He greeted us when we walked in and knew exactly where the product was that we were looking for. It was nice to see great customer service still alive and well!! This store has a great variety of items for all kinds of systems!! Highly recommend it!!

We love this place! Super friendly employees and they are very knowledgeable about games, systems, Pokemon, etc. My kids love to go there and talk about Pokemon.
