We only go to this game stop because they always provide excellent customer service, above and beyond.

Tried to Call for the past 5 hours and no one picked up the phone, store associates must play with themselves in the back or something.

I preordered the new Pokémon game weeks ago.. I came the day it was released and they didn’t have the art that the preorder came with for me… that’s the only reason I ordered with GameStop over someone else… :( I’d been looking forward to this for weeks.

I make purchases but Im not a fan

I wish I knew the guys name that was working the day I took my grandson in because he was so nice and helpful. Wish there were more like him.

Went in here to try and get a PS4 bundle we had seen on the website, and to our amazement they actually had it in stock. The customer service that we received from Matt was above and beyond. We still havent received everything yet, just one game but its also only been 3 days and its coming by mail.

i love this particular store and everyone in it but i have a gripe. i couldnt get a ps5 OR xbox series x preordered because although im on the mailing list, I got NOTHING, AND the credit card for gamestop doesnt even work on the website according to IT and customer service, so I couldnt have even used it. its annoying when the store opens earlier than what the hours say on the website and I cant get my preorders cuz theres no communication. more gamestops problem than this store, but still a little ridiculous. this is what drives me towards best buy for certain things.

They didnt have the controller I needed but found it at a nearby GameStop, called them and had them hold it for me. Very appreciative of their staff for thinking if customers like this.

Grant is the best store owner Ive ever met and treats all his customers well and always helps you with whatever you need I love this game stop its the only one I really go too

Been a customer at gamestop for 10+ years and never had an experience to open google and leave a reveiw about but this guy here is a MVP. Thanks for helping me out man! Putting this kid to bed and gonna bactually be able to play after a year!

It saddens me Everytime I think GameStop destroyed eb-games only to become a crappier version of it 15 years later.

Brought our xbox one into the store because we were told by another location tha the whole system was broken. I explained the situation the the guy there and he took a look at it all for us turned out the xbox one was fine it was just the brick. The quality of the guy working with us was great not only was his customer service excellent but he did not try to tell us lies just to make a big sale like the other store did I will drive out of the way next time we need something I will not step foot in the gamestop in the capital city mall again.

Everyone is always so friendly and they carry some cool collectible toys.

Where else can you got get a PS4 game (new or used), also a Game of Thrones pops, and a cool Tee shirt. Only at game stop. Always cool people working & ready to help. ( Im a big customer service guy, how I get spoke too & treated in a store).They never fail! Great place!

This place is so cool. If you are looking for a great game thats not expensive then this is the place to go. The only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars is because if you trade in games for money you dont get a lot of money back.

Typical Game Stop store, well stocked with helpful employees who are willing to find what UR looking for at another store.

I didnt get the names of my associates, but they were some of the most kind Ive ever had the courtesy of having as a cashier.

Took games in to exchange for store credit. The employee working was clearly annoyed at that fact when we walked in the door like it isnt his job. The store was clean and fairly well organized though and we found everything we were looking for.

Great store. Everything placed perfectly. Games are in alphabetical order to make the right one easier to find.

Nice clean shop. Employee was nice to me and my 6yr old son..a lot more memorabilia than last time we were there. My kid loved looking at it all

This store has a very nice show room but thats about it .. First i pre-orderd. Call of duty black ops 2... week later go 2 pay on it and they cant find my order so i get my recipe come 2on find out they put it under the wrong name! ... whatever it got fixed i paid the $180. For the care package addition... i dont do midnight releases so i go in this morning at 10 so i can pick up my game 2 find out they also ordered it for xbox not ps3 problem is i dont have a xbox .. now im waiting on a call from them 2 find my game.... do not plan on shopping here ever again there are other gamestops around that pay more attention 2 the customerwestat and what they say
